The following describes embodiments of the present invention in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the hoop-type base gravity dispersing device of the present invention includes a water inlet pipe 1, a water outlet pipe 2, an outer ring 2, an inner ring 3, balls 4, a force-dividing chain 5, a mechanical arm 7 and a positioning ring 8, wherein the outer ring 2, the inner ring 3 and the balls 4 form a hoop, the mechanical arm 7 and an in-situ regeneration system 10 form the hoop-type base, and the hoop-type base has gravity which is concentrated on the outer wall of the water inlet pipe 1. The problem to be solved by the invention is how to uniformly apply the gravity of the machine base to the outer wall of the water inlet and outlet pipe 1 so as to prolong the service life of the water inlet and outlet pipe 1.
