The invention belongs to the technical field of bag type dust collectors, and particularly relates to a filter bag frame and a filter bag for an environment-friendly bag type dust collector.

Background

The bag type dust collector is a dry type dust filtering device. It is suitable for trapping fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. The filter bag is made of woven filter cloth or non-woven felt, the dust-containing gas is filtered by the filtering action of the fiber fabric, after the dust-containing gas enters the bag type dust collector, dust with large particles and large specific gravity falls into the dust hopper due to the sedimentation of the gravity, and when the gas containing fine dust passes through the filter material, the dust is blocked, so that the gas is purified.

The filter bag in the prior bag type dust collector is of a cylindrical structure; under the condition of the same conditions of volume and the like, when the surface area of the filter bag is larger, the dust removal efficiency is higher; therefore, when the maximum volume of the filter bag is not changed when the filter bag is unfolded, the effect of improving the dust removal efficiency can be achieved by increasing the surface area of the filter bag.

The invention relates to a filter bag frame and a filter bag for an environment-friendly bag type dust collector; the structure design of the filter bag and the shape of the existing filter bag have the advantages that the surface area of the filter bag is remarkably increased; meanwhile, the shape of the filter bag is different from that of the existing filter bag, so that the filter bag needs a special filter bag frame to be spread.

the main frame comprises a cylindrical barrel A and a control rod; the inner surface of the cylinder A is in sliding fit with the control rod;

rectangular through holes are uniformly formed in one opposite side surface of the cylindrical barrel A; rectangular blind holes are uniformly formed in the opposite side face of the control rod; a hinged support A is arranged on the inner bottom surface of the rectangular blind hole; the hinged support A is hinged with a connecting rod; the other end of the connecting rod passes through the rectangular through hole and is hinged with the inner side of the telescopic ring;

the telescopic ring comprises a telescopic ring A and a telescopic ring B; the telescopic ring A and the telescopic ring B are both of a semi-ring structure; the telescopic ring A and the telescopic ring B are hinged or in sliding connection;

the expansion ring A and the expansion ring B are hinged or slidably connected, so that the expansion ring A and the expansion ring B can control the opening degree of the existing filter bag; or the opening degree of the larger outer diameter area in the bag body in the filter bag body is enabled; because the outer diameters of the bag bodies in the filter bag body are different, when the filter bag frame is placed in the filter bag body, the maximum outer diameter of the filter bag frame is smaller than the minimum outer diameter of the filter bag body, so that the filter bag can be conveniently operated and installed and cannot be broken.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. compared with the shape of the existing filter bag, the filter bag has the advantage of obviously increasing the surface area through the structural design of the filter bag.

2. The filter bag frame can be put into the existing filter bag in a contracted state and then unfolded, so that the existing filter bag can be completely unfolded to the largest extent; compared with the existing filter bag frame, the filter bag frame disclosed by the invention also has the advantage of improving the dust removal efficiency.

Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

the bag body 101 is of a sugarcoated haw structure; the cross section of the bag body 101 is formed by connecting three bag body units 104; the bag bottom 102 is provided with an inner concave structure 103;

compared with the existing filter bag with a cylindrical structure with a rectangular cross section, the surface area of the bag body 101 designed into the sugarcoated haw structure is remarkably increased, namely, the dust removal efficiency is improved;

the main frame 2 includes a cylindrical barrel a201 and a control lever 202; the inner surface of the cylinder A201 is in sliding fit with the control rod 202;
