Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. In one embodiment, the controller main power supply can be an alternating current power supply or a direct current power supply, three blocks of a direct current 12V power supply functional block, a direct current 5V power supply functional block and a high-voltage direct current power supply functional block are powered through a switch, the direct current 5V power supply functional block outputs 5V voltage to power the remote control signal receiving block and the main control chip control functional block, the direct current 12V power supply functional block supplies power to the remote control signal transmitting functional block and the LED illuminating lamp, and the high-voltage direct current power supply functional block supplies power to the motor driving output block. In one embodiment, the dc 12V power functional block of the controller is an independent power supply provided with an isolation device, and is provided with a short circuit protection function, the motor driving output block is provided with a current feedback circuit, and the main control chip control functional block is designed with a control program of protection logic, so that when a power line is damaged or a plug is inserted incorrectly, a random short circuit such as AB/AC/BC/a12V +/B12V +/C12V +/a 12V-/B12V-/C12V-cannot cause damage to the motor driving output block, the main control chip control functional block, and the dc 12V power functional block, thereby causing the functional failure of the controller. The aviation conversion plug 6 is connected with the power control module through wires, the number of the wires is 8, the number of the wires is 5 at most, and the fault rate can be greatly reduced.

In one embodiment, the remote control signal transmitting function block on the handle is adjusted by the remote control chip, and the starting and closing switch can be a normally open and normally closed switch, a pressing type switch, a light touch type switch, a hand lifting type switch and the like; the speed regulating switch can adopt a tact switch, a potentiometer, a dial switch and the like.

In one embodiment, the remote controllers are individually matched due to the need for control. When a plurality of controllers and a remote controller are operated together, mutual interference cannot be generated. The control box is provided with a remote control signal code matching switch, and the code matching switch can be matched with a plurality of controllers independently by initializing code matching through a remote control channel without generating signal crosstalk.
