The chlorinated butyl rubber prepared by introducing chlorine into a butyl rubber solution not only retains the inherent performance characteristics of butyl rubber, but also can be used with various rubbers to produce various rubber products.

The steel wire belt surface glue raw material adopts the chlorinated butyl 1066 rubber, overcomes the defects that the butyl rubber is slow in vulcanization speed, poor in adhesive property and difficult to use with other rubbers, and the like, has the characteristics of good air tightness, good elasticity, good heat resistance, excellent acid and alkali resistance and the like, and is beneficial to improving the heat resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, adhesion and the like of the steel wire belt surface glue.

The chloroprene 120 rubber has the advantages of heat resistance, ozone resistance, weather aging resistance, oil resistance and good adhesive property, and is beneficial to improving the adhesive property of rubber materials and steel wire belts.

The wear-resistant carbon black N330 is high-reinforcement carbon black, has good wear resistance and excellent dispersibility and processability, so that the elasticity and dynamic property of vulcanized rubber are better than those of common carbon black, the steel wire belt surface rubber is used at the upper end of a pad belt of a drum-type vulcanizing machine, the rubber material and the steel wire are required to have better dynamic bonding strength, and the bonding of the steel wire belt and the rubber generates heat greatly through high-speed operation, so that the semi-reinforcement carbon black is added into the formula, the medium-reinforcement performance and the good processability are realized, the rubber material generates heat less, the good dynamic property is realized, and the elasticity of the rubber material cannot be influenced by large-amount filling.

The anti-aging agent 4010 plays a role in improving the vulcanization degree of rubber materials in butyl rubber, and also plays a role in resisting ozone aging and protecting chloroprene 120 rubber.

The zinc oxide in the formula is the most widely used inorganic active agent, the vulcanization degree of the rubber material can be improved, and the magnesium oxide is used as a vulcanizing agent of the chloroprene 120 rubber in the formula and exists as the active agent in the formula. The thiazole accelerator DM has good vulcanization characteristic and has the characteristics of good vulcanization flattening period, moderate scorching time, good physical properties of vulcanized rubber and the like; the thiazole accelerator DM and the sulfenamide accelerator TMTD are used together, so that the rubber material has longer scorching time and faster vulcanization speed, and the adhesion of the rubber material and the steel wire belt is facilitated.

The steel wire belt surface adhesive is used for steel wire belt buffer adhesive of a drum vulcanizer, has high elasticity, low heat generation, heat resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and good bonding performance, can ensure that the surface of a steel wire belt is flat and elastic, can avoid the damage phenomena of wire breakage, corrosion and the like of the steel wire belt under the severe use conditions of large load, high temperature, frequent deflection, corrosion and high-speed operation, and ensures that the steel wire belt is safe to use, long in service life and convenient to maintain.
