The working principle is as follows: when the angle transmission transfer case is used, firstly, the power of an engine 24 is transmitted to an input shaft 6 through an input flange 1, then the power is transmitted to a winch chain through a bevel gear 2, a first bevel gear 16, a main shaft 17 and a chain wheel 18, the power torque transmission direction is changed, the torque on the input shaft 6 is transmitted to an intermediate shaft 9 through a first gear 5 and a second gear 7, then the torque is transmitted to a turntable through a turntable power combiner 8, the torque is transmitted to an output shaft 11 through a third gear 13 by the second gear 7, then the torque is transmitted to a rear axle and a front axle of a main locomotive through a rear axle driving flange 12 and a front axle power combiner 15, the power output of the input shaft 6 and the output shaft 11 is controlled by a first combined gear ring 14 and the sliding clutch control of the combined gear ring 3 through a first shifting fork 4 and a second shifting fork 10, and the main shaft 17 and the output shaft 11 are dynamically interlocked through a handle, the rotary table power coupling 8 and the front axle power coupling 15 realize the clutch between the rotary table drive and the front axle drive through the internal shifting forks and the combined gear ring structure, and the content which is not described in detail in the description belongs to the prior art which is well known by the technicians in the field.
