The mounting arrangement for a flow meter component according to claim 5, further comprising a first fastener (6), said first fastener (6) being inserted through said first mounting slot (5) and into said flow meter component (1) for securing said flow meter component (1) and said mounting bracket (2).

The fixing device for the flowmeter component as claimed in claim 2, wherein a second mounting slot (7) is formed in the fixing bracket (2) on the side contacting with the balance weight (4), and the fixing bracket (2) is fixedly connected with the balance weight (4) through the second mounting slot (7).

8. The fixing device for the flowmeter component as claimed in claim 7, wherein the balance weight (4) is provided with a mounting hole (8), and the balance weight (4) is fixedly connected with the fixing bracket (2) through the mounting hole (8).

9. The fixing device for a flow meter component according to claim 8, further comprising a second fixing member (9), wherein the second fixing member (9) passes through the mounting hole (8) and the second mounting slot (7) for fixing the fixing bracket (2) and the balance weight (4).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of measurement, in particular to a fixing device for a flowmeter component.

Background

In a coriolis mass flowmeter, the driver and the sensor of the flowmeter are fixed by a support, and the design of the support and its physical parameters (mass and stiffness) have a crucial influence on the zero point stability and the interference resistance of the flowmeter. At present, the bracket is manufactured by stamping metal plates.

In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following problems exist in the prior art: the strength of the sheet metal support is poor, the sheet metal support can deform in different degrees after being fixed with the flow tube, in addition, the flow tube drives the support to vibrate under the working state of the flowmeter, and the zero stability of the flowmeter is adversely affected due to the weak rigidity and asymmetry of the sheet metal support.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, embodiments of the present invention provide a fixing device for a flowmeter component, so as to solve the problems in the prior art that a sheet metal bracket has poor strength, generates deformation after being fixed to a flow tube, and has poor rigidity and asymmetry that may adversely affect zero point stability of a flowmeter.

In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a fixing device for a flowmeter component, including two fixing brackets, where the two fixing brackets are fixed on two sides of the flowmeter component; each fixing support is provided with a connecting arc, and the connecting arcs are axially symmetrical in the vertical direction;

optionally, the fixing device for a flowmeter component further includes a balance weight, and the balance weight is fixed on one side of the fixing bracket and used for making the fixing device for a flowmeter component mass symmetric.

Optionally, in the fixing device for a flowmeter assembly, the fixing bracket is made of a square pipe with a rectangular cross section.

Optionally, in the fixing device for a flowmeter element described above, the fixing device for a flowmeter element is mass-symmetric by machining the square tube.

Optionally, in the fixing device for a flowmeter assembly, a first mounting slot is formed in a side of the fixing bracket, which is in contact with the flowmeter assembly, and the fixing bracket is fixedly connected to the flowmeter assembly through the first mounting slot.

Optionally, the fixing device for a flowmeter assembly further includes a second fixing element, where the second fixing element passes through the mounting hole and the second mounting slot hole, and is used to fix the fixing bracket and the balance weight.

According to the technical scheme of the invention, one embodiment of the invention has the following advantages or beneficial effects: the connecting arc is arranged at one end of the fixing support, the fixing support is fixedly connected with the flow tube of the flowmeter through the connecting arc, and the connecting arc is axially symmetrical about the vertical direction, so that when the fixing support is fixed on the flow tube of the flowmeter through the connecting arc, the connecting rigidity of the fixing support and the flow tube can be ensured to be symmetrical along the middle plane of the flow tube, and undesirable deformation of the flow tube during working vibration is effectively avoided. The two sides of the flowmeter component are respectively fixed with a fixed bracket, namely, the flowmeter component is fixed on a flow tube of the flowmeter through connecting arcs on the two fixed brackets. When the flowmeter component is a driver on the Coriolis mass flowmeter, the two fixing supports are respectively fixed to two sides of the driver, and the driver is fixed to a flow tube of the Coriolis mass flowmeter through a connecting arc on the fixing supports, so that the installation and the fixation of the driver are completed.

Further effects of the above-mentioned non-conventional alternatives will be described below in connection with the embodiments.

Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a fixing device for a flowmeter assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention includes two fixing brackets 2, where the two fixing brackets 2 are fixed on two sides of the flowmeter assembly 1; each fixed support 2 is provided with a connecting arc 3, and the connecting arcs 3 are axially symmetrical in the vertical direction;

Alternatively, in the fixing device for flowmeter components provided by the embodiment of the present invention, when the fixing bracket 2 is used to fix a driver on a coriolis mass flowmeter, the fixing bracket 2 is fixed to a flow tube by the connecting arc 3, and the fixing manner of the connecting arc 3 to the flow tube may be welding or other fixing manners meeting requirements. Alternatively, embodiments of the present invention provide a mounting bracket in which the connecting arc 3 is secured to the flow tube by vacuum brazing.

As shown in fig. 1, the fixing device for a flowmeter element according to an embodiment of the present invention further includes a balance weight 4, where the balance weight 4 is fixed on one side of the fixing bracket 2, and is used for mass symmetry of the fixing device for a flowmeter element. By arranging the balance weight 4 and fixing the balance weight 4 to the outer side of the fixed support 2, the whole fixing device is adjusted to be symmetrical about the center mass of the two flow tubes, so that when the flowmeter component 1 is fixed on the flow tubes through the connecting arcs 3 on the fixed support 2, the overall stability of the flowmeter can be improved, and the flow tubes are effectively prevented from generating undesirable deformation during working vibration.

As shown in fig. 4, in the fixing device for a flowmeter element according to the embodiment of the present invention, the fixing bracket 2 is made of a square pipe having a rectangular cross section. The fixed support 2 is manufactured by adopting a standard rectangular square tube machine, the manufacturing mode is easy to process and low in cost, the purchasing cost is reduced, the connection arc 3 can be ensured to be axially symmetrical about the vertical direction, the problems that the fixed support 2 is poor in strength and weak in rigidity after metal plate stamping processing are solved, and the strength and the rigidity of the fixed support 2 are improved. Optionally, in the fixing device for a flowmeter component provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the rectangular square pipe may be made of steel or other metal materials. Optionally, in the fixing device for a flowmeter component provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the fixing bracket 2 is machined and manufactured by using a rectangular square steel machine, and the rectangular square steel has good strength and rigidity, and is low in cost, easy to machine, and the purchasing cost is reduced.

As shown in fig. 3, in the fixing device for a flowmeter element according to the embodiment of the present invention, the fixing device for a flowmeter element is mass-symmetric by machining and manufacturing the counter pipe. In the practical application process, the whole fixing device can be ensured to be symmetrical about the center mass of the two flow tubes by directly machining and manufacturing the other flow tube.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in the fixing device for a flowmeter element according to the embodiment of the present invention, a first mounting slot 5 is formed in a side of the fixing bracket 2 that contacts with the flowmeter element 1, and the fixing bracket 2 is fixedly connected to the flowmeter element 1 through the first mounting slot 5. The fixed bracket 2 can be conveniently and fixedly arranged on the flowmeter component 1 by arranging a first mounting slot hole 5 on one side of the fixed bracket 2 to be fixedly connected with the flowmeter component 1.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the fixing device for a flowmeter assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a first fixing member 6, and the first fixing member 6 is inserted into the flowmeter assembly 1 through the first mounting slot 5 to fix the flowmeter assembly 1 and the fixing bracket 2. The flow meter element 1 and the fixing bracket 2 can be easily fixed together by inserting the first fixing member 6 into the flow meter element 1 through the first mounting slot 5. Optionally, in the fixing device for a flowmeter assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention, when the first mounting slot 5 is provided with a thread, the first fixing element 6 is a bolt or a screw, and a portion of the flowmeter assembly 1 that contacts the fixing element 6 is correspondingly provided with a thread.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the fixing device for a flowmeter assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention, a second mounting slot 7 is formed on a side of the fixing bracket 2 contacting the balance weight 4, and the fixing bracket 2 is fixedly connected to the balance weight 4 through the second mounting slot 7. The balance block 4 can be conveniently and fixedly arranged on the fixed bracket 2 by arranging the second mounting slot hole 7 on one side of the fixed bracket 2 to be fixedly connected with the balance block 4.

As shown in fig. 5, the fixing device for a flowmeter assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a second fixing element 9, the balance weight 4 is provided with a mounting hole 8, and the second fixing element 9 passes through the mounting hole 8 and the second mounting slot 7 to fix the balance weight 4 and the fixing bracket 2. The fixing bracket 2 and the balance block 4 can be conveniently and fixedly connected together by passing the second fixing member 9 through the mounting hole 8 of the balance block 4 and the second mounting slot hole 7 of the fixing bracket 2.

Alternatively, in the fixing device for the flowmeter component according to the embodiment of the present invention, the flowmeter component 1 may be a driver or a sensor of a coriolis mass flowmeter, that is, the driver or the sensor of the coriolis mass flowmeter is fixed to a flow tube of the coriolis mass flowmeter by the fixing bracket 2.

The following describes the use of the fixing device for a flowmeter component according to the embodiment of the present invention, taking a driver of a fixed coriolis mass flowmeter as an example.

As shown in fig. 5, when the flowmeter element 1 is a driver of a coriolis mass flowmeter, the first fixing member 6 is first inserted into the driver through the first mounting slot 5 of the fixing bracket 2, the fixing brackets 2 are fixedly mounted on both sides of the driver, the second fixing member 9 is then inserted into the mounting hole 8 of the balance weight 4 and the second mounting slot 7 of the fixing bracket 2, the balance weight 4 is fixed to the outer side of the fixing bracket 2, and thus the assembly of the fixing device is completed, and finally the connecting arc 3 of the fixing bracket 2 is fixed to the coriolis mass flowmeter flow tube by vacuum brazing, thereby completing the fixed mounting of the driver. The structure can ensure that the connection rigidity of the fixed support 2 and the flow tube is symmetrical along the middle plane of the flow tube, avoids undesirable deformation generated in the working vibration process of the flow tube, and simultaneously improves the zero stability and the overall performance of the Coriolis mass flowmeter.

Therefore, in the fixing device for the flowmeter component provided by the embodiment of the invention, one end of the fixing support 2 is provided with the connecting arc 3, the fixing support 2 is fixedly connected with the flow tube of the flowmeter through the connecting arc 3, and the connecting arc 3 is axially symmetric about the vertical direction, that is, when one end of the fixing support 2 opposite to the connecting arc 3 is horizontally placed, the central angles corresponding to two arcs after the connecting arc 3 is bisected by the vertical axis are equal, and are both a degrees, so that when the fixing support 2 is fixed on the flow tube of the flowmeter through the connecting arc 3, the connecting rigidity of the fixing support 2 and the flow tube can be ensured to be symmetric along the middle plane of the flow tube, and the flow tube is effectively prevented from generating undesirable deformation during working vibration. The two sides of the flowmeter component 1 are respectively fixed with a fixed bracket 2, namely, the flowmeter component 1 is fixed on the flow tube of the flowmeter through a connecting arc 3 on the two fixed brackets 2. When the flowmeter component 1 is a driver on a Coriolis mass flowmeter, two fixing supports 2 are respectively fixed on two sides of the driver, and the driver is fixed on a flow tube of the Coriolis mass flowmeter through a connecting arc 3 on the fixing supports 2, so that the installation and the fixation of the driver are completed.
