1. A set-top box comprising at least:

the box body (1) can be placed on a mounting surface capable of vibrating, and at least one interface (5) for plugging a connecting cable (4) is arranged on a first side surface (1a) of the box body (1) which is approximately perpendicular to the mounting surface, so that the box body (1) can be electrically connected to an external device through the connecting cable (4);

a support part (2) which is arranged on a first surface (1b) of the box body (1) which is vertical to the first side surface (1a) so as to support the box body (1);

a clamping portion (3) which can be arranged on the first surface (1b), wherein the support portion (2) and the clamping portion (3) can together form a support structure for supporting the cartridge (1) such that the first surface (1b) can be substantially parallel to the mounting surface in the case of a simultaneous abutting contact of support portion (2) and clamping portion (3) with the mounting surface,

it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,

in a state where one end of the connection cable (4) is inserted into the insertion opening (5) and the other end thereof extends in a first direction, the connection cable (4) is nestable in a first end portion (17) of the grip portion (3) in the first direction so that the grip portion (3) can slide relative to the connection cable (4), wherein:

a second end (18) of the clamping part (3) in a second direction opposite to the first direction is slidably connected to the first surface (1b) so that the clamping part (3) can generate relative sliding relative to the box body (1) in the direction of the first direction or the second direction when being acted by an external force, wherein, under the condition that the clamping part (3) generates relative movement between the clamping part (3) and the box body (1) when being acted by a first external force in the second direction, the clamping part (3) can increase the projection area formed on the first surface (1b) in a manner that the distance between the clamping part (3) and the supporting part (2) is reduced, and the first end (17) of the clamping part (3) can exert a pressing force on the connecting cable (4) in the second direction, so that the connection strength between the interface (5) and the connection cable (4) can be increased.

2. The set top box according to claim 1, characterized in that said grip (3) comprises at least a first plate (3a) for supporting said box (1) and a second plate (3b) for nesting said connection cable (4) in a perpendicular condition to each other, so that the cross-sectional shape of the grip (3) can be defined by an L-shape, said first plate (3a) being separable from said support (2) in a condition in which said first plate (3a) is slidingly connected to said first surface (1b), so that said second plate (3b) can be substantially parallel to each other and spaced from said first side surface (1a) by a set distance, wherein:

the second plate body (3b) and the first side surface (1a) can be connected through an elastic connecting part (10) with the length capable of being increased or decreased, the first plate body (3a) and the supporting part (2) can be subjected to gravity applied by the box body (1) under the condition that the first plate body (3a) and the supporting part (2) are placed on the installation surface, so that friction force can be generated between the first plate body (3a) and the installation surface, and the clamping part (3) and the box body (1) can be kept relatively fixed based on the friction force under the condition that the elastic connecting part (10) is in a stretching state;

in a case where the first plate body (3a) is separated from the mounting surface such that the box body (1) is in a suspended state, the elastic connection portion (10) may apply the first external force to the second plate body (3b) in such a manner that the length thereof decreases, wherein the clamping portion (3) may move toward the support portion (2) in response to the first external force such that the projected area may increase.

A set-top box according to claim 2, wherein a sliding groove (8) having an extension direction substantially parallel to the first direction or the second direction is further provided on the first surface (1b), the clamping portion (3) is slidably connected to the sliding groove (8) so that the projected area can be increased or decreased in a manner that the clamping portion (3) slides along the sliding groove (8), wherein:

the clamping device comprises a first plate body (3a), wherein a locking portion (11) capable of sliding in a third direction approximately perpendicular to the first surface (1b) is arranged on the first plate body (3a), the locking portion (11) can slide in the third direction and abut against the sliding groove (8) based on a second external force applied by the mounting surface under the condition that the first plate body (3a) is placed on the mounting surface so that the locking portion (11) can abut against and contact with the mounting surface, and the clamping portion (3) and the box body (1) can keep relatively motionless based on the abutting contact of the locking portion (11) and the sliding groove (8) under the condition that the elastic connecting portion (10) applies the first external force to the second plate body (3b) in a stretching state.

A set-top box according to claim 3, wherein in case the distance between the box body (1) and the installation surface is increased so that the gravity force exerted by the box body (1) on the installation surface is decreased, the second external force can be decreased, and in case the first plate body (3a) and the installation surface are separated from each other so that the box body (1) is in the suspended state, the second external force can disappear, so that the deadlocking portion (11) can be slid in a fourth direction opposite to the third direction based on a third external force and separated from the sliding groove (8) to further enable the clamping portion (3) to make a relative movement with the box body (1) based on the action of the first external force.

The set top box according to claim 4, wherein the deadlocking portion (11) comprises at least a first spring (11a) and a stopper rod (11b) for providing the third external force, the first plate body (3a) is provided with a T-shaped hole (12) having an extending direction capable of being substantially perpendicular to the first surface (1b), and the stopper rod (11b) is capable of being disposed in the T-shaped hole (12) in a manner of being nested in the first spring (11a) in a state that the first spring (11a) is disposed in the T-shaped hole (12), wherein:

the length of the limiting rod (11b) can be larger than that of the T-shaped hole (12), and then under the condition that the first plate body (3a) is placed on the installation surface, the third end portion (19) of the limiting rod (11b) can be in abutting contact with the installation surface, so that the limiting rod (11b) can slide along the third direction under the action of the second external force, the length of the first spring (11a) is increased, the stretching state is achieved, and the fourth end portion (20) of the limiting rod (11b) can be in abutting contact with the sliding groove (8);

in the process that the distance between the first plate body (3a) and the mounting surface is gradually increased, the second external force can disappear, so that the limiting rod (11b) can slide in the fourth direction based on the third external force provided by the first spring (12a) to separate the fourth end part (20) and the sliding groove (8) from each other.

The set top box according to claim 5, characterized in that said interface (5) can comprise at least one first interface (5a), said grip (3) can comprise at least one first grip (300a), said connection cable (4) can comprise at least one first connection cable (4a), said first side (1a) being provided with at least one separation portion (13) for the active separation of said first connection cable (4a) from said first interface (5a), wherein:

the first connection cable (4a) being connectable to the first interface (5a), the separate portion (13) being connectable to the first connection cable (4 a);

under the condition that the first clamping part (300a) and the box body (1) generate relative movement to enable the second plate body (3b) of the first clamping part (300a) to abut against the separating part (13) along the first direction, the separating part (13) can drive the first connecting cable (4a) to move along the second direction, so that the first connecting cable (4a) can be separated from the first interface (5a), wherein the first direction is opposite to the second direction;

the second plate body (3b) is provided with a plurality of fixing grooves (6) which are arranged at intervals, and each fixing groove (6) can be internally provided with at least one connecting cable (4), so that the extending directions of the connecting cables (4) can be parallel to each other.

The set-top box according to claim 6, characterized in that the separation portion (13) comprises at least a housing (13c) having a first hydraulic chamber (13a) for containing a fluid medium and a second hydraulic chamber (13b) for containing the fluid medium communicating with each other, wherein:

the first hydraulic chamber (13a) and the second hydraulic chamber (13b) each extend in a direction substantially perpendicular to the first side surface (1 a);

the volume of the second hydraulic chamber (13b) can be increased in the case where the volume of the first hydraulic chamber (13a) is decreased, or the volume of the second hydraulic chamber (13b) can be decreased in the case where the volume of the first hydraulic chamber (13a) is increased.

8. The set-top box according to claim 7, characterized in that a first piston pusher (14) is provided in the first hydraulic chamber (13a), a second piston pusher (15) is provided in the second hydraulic chamber (13b), the second piston pusher (15) being connected to the first connecting cable (4a), wherein:

under the condition that the first clamping part (300a) and the box body (1) are relatively moved, the second plate body (3b) of the first clamping part (300a) can abut against the first piston push rod (14) along the first direction, so that the second piston push rod (15) can move along the second direction in a mode that the volume of the first hydraulic pressure cavity (13a) is reduced and the volume of the second hydraulic pressure cavity (13b) is increased.

9. A network tv set, characterized in that the network tv set at least comprises:

the box body (1) can be placed on a mounting surface, and at least one interface (5) for plugging a connecting cable (4) is arranged on a first side surface (1a) of the box body (1) which is approximately perpendicular to the mounting surface, so that the box body (1) can be electrically connected to an external device through the connecting cable (4);

a television display (7) connectable to the box (1) by the connection cable (4);

a support part (2) which is arranged on a first surface (1b) of the box body (1) which is vertical to the first side surface (1a) so as to support the box body (1);

a clamping portion (3) which can be arranged on the first surface (1b), wherein the support portion (2) and the clamping portion (3) can together form a support structure for supporting the cartridge (1) such that the first surface (1b) can be substantially parallel to the mounting surface in the case of a simultaneous abutting contact of support portion (2) and clamping portion (3) with the mounting surface,

in a state where one end of the connection cable (4) is inserted into the insertion opening (5) and the other end thereof extends in a first direction, the connection cable (4) is nestable in a first end portion (17) of the grip portion (3) in the first direction so that the grip portion (3) can slide relative to the connection cable (4), wherein:

a second end (18) of the clamping part (3) in a second direction opposite to the first direction is slidably connected to the first surface (1b) so that the clamping part (3) can generate relative sliding relative to the box body (1) in the direction of the first direction or the second direction when being acted by an external force, wherein, under the condition that the clamping part (3) generates relative movement between the clamping part (3) and the box body (1) when being acted by a first external force in the second direction, the clamping part (3) can increase the projection area formed on the first surface (1b) in a manner that the distance between the clamping part (3) and the supporting part (2) is reduced, and the first end (17) of the clamping part (3) can exert a pressing force on the connecting cable (4) in the second direction, so that the connection strength between the interface (5) and the connection cable (4) can be increased.

10. The network television set according to claim 9, characterized in that the grip (3) comprises at least a first plate (3a) for supporting the box (1) and a second plate (3b) for nesting the connection cable (4) in a perpendicular condition to each other, so that the cross-sectional shape of the grip (3) can be defined by an L-shape, the first plate (3a) being separable from the support (2) in a condition that the first plate (3a) is slidably connected to the first surface (1b), so that the second plate (3b) can be substantially parallel to each other and spaced from the first side surface (1a) by a set distance, wherein:

the second plate body (3b) and the first side surface (1a) can be connected through an elastic connecting part (10) with the length capable of being increased or decreased, the first plate body (3a) and the supporting part (2) can be subjected to gravity applied by the box body (1) under the condition that the first plate body (3a) and the supporting part (2) are placed on the installation surface, so that friction force can be generated between the first plate body (3a) and the installation surface, and the clamping part (3) and the box body (1) can be kept relatively fixed based on the friction force under the condition that the elastic connecting part (10) is in a stretching state;

in a case where the first plate body (3a) is separated from the mounting surface such that the box body (1) is in a suspended state, the elastic connection portion (10) may apply the first external force to the second plate body (3b) in such a manner that the length thereof decreases, wherein the clamping portion (3) may move toward the support portion (2) in response to the first external force such that the projected area may increase.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of broadcast television, and particularly relates to a set top box and an internet television.

Background

With the rapid development of computers and networks, the implementation form of television has changed greatly. For example, combining a network cable, a set-top box and a television set can achieve a variety of functions such as watching television, watching movies, watching pictures, listening to music, etc. That is, the combination of the network cable, the set-top box and the television set results in the generation of internet television. The set top box is short for a digital television set top box. The set-top box is a conversion device for converting digital television signals into analog models, and can decompress and restore digitally compressed sound and image signals to generate analog video and sound signals, and finally output and display the analog video and sound signals through a television display and a sound device. For example, patent document CN208112817U discloses an intelligent set-top box, comprising: the set top box comprises a set top box body, wherein a power supply connector, a USB interface, a network interface, an HDMI interface, a light interface, a switch button, a video output interface and an audio output interface are arranged on the back of the set top box body, the set top box body is in a fan-shaped shape with an excessive arc, a signal receiving area is arranged on the front end face of the set top box body, a plurality of annular heat dissipation long holes are further formed in the front end face of the set top box body, a power supply, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a controller and a radiator are arranged inside the set top box body, an LED display screen is arranged on the upper surface of the set top. That is, set-top boxes typically have multiple interfaces of different types to enable connection with different devices. For example, a set-top box can be connected to a television display through an HDMI interface.

The internet television is a brand new technology which utilizes a broadband cable television network, integrates various technologies such as internet, multimedia, communication and the like, and provides various interactive services including digital televisions for home internet television users. For the internet television, a user can install various application software, so that the user can provide application services such as information services, entertainment, shopping, payment, financing, security and the like facing the daily life of a family. The internet television generally has two implementation forms, one is a combination of an intelligent set-top box and a television, wherein the intelligent set-top box and the television are two independent devices, the set-top box is connected to the television through a VGA or HDMI interface, and the television is only used as a display terminal. The other type is an internet television all-in-one machine, namely an intelligent set top box is integrated in a television. For example, patent document CN204011954U discloses an plug-in set-top box and an internet television, in which a power and signal connection mechanism, a power and signal connection member, and a fixing mechanism, a fixing connection member are provided on the set-top box and the television, so that an external set-top box can be connected to the television quickly in a plug-in manner to realize a plug-and-play structure.

The way in which internet television is implemented by a set-top box connected to a television display typically has several problems: (1) a set-top box typically has multiple interfaces to connect with different devices. For example, a network cable interface is required to connect with a network port, and an HDMI interface is required to connect with a television display, so that a plurality of cables are connected to the set-top box, and the plurality of cables are entangled and knotted. (2) When the connecting cable connected to the set-top box is pulled by external force, the connecting cable is easy to separate from the interface of the set-top box and fall off. (3) The existing set-top box can reduce the damage risk caused by the falling of the set-top box by arranging a cover, but even if the set-top box is sufficiently protected, the falling of the set-top box can cause an abnormal state such as short circuit of internal components, or the set-top box can fall into a position with poor ventilation such as a sofa gap due to the influence of the placement position of the set-top box. The set-top box may generate a risk of spontaneous combustion due to abnormal heating and reduced heat dissipation in an abnormal state or an environment with poor ventilation, thereby causing a fire. Therefore, the present invention is directed to a set-top box and an internet tv capable of flexibly coping with the above problems.

Furthermore, on the one hand, due to the differences in understanding to the person skilled in the art; on the other hand, since the inventor has studied a lot of documents and patents when making the present invention, but the space is not limited to the details and contents listed in the above, however, the present invention is by no means free of the features of the prior art, but the present invention has been provided with all the features of the prior art, and the applicant reserves the right to increase the related prior art in the background.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a set top box, which at least comprises: the box body can be placed on a mounting surface which can vibrate, and at least one interface for plugging a connecting cable is arranged on a first side surface of the box body which is approximately vertical to the mounting surface, so that the box body can be electrically connected to external equipment through the connecting cable; a support part disposed on a first surface of the case body in a state perpendicular to the first side surface to support the case body; a clamping portion which can be arranged on the first surface, wherein the supporting portion and the clamping portion can jointly constitute a supporting structure for supporting the box body, so that the first surface can be approximately parallel to the mounting surface under the condition that the supporting portion and the clamping portion are simultaneously in abutting contact with the mounting surface, and the connecting cable can be nested in a first end portion of the clamping portion along a first direction under the condition that one end of the connecting cable is inserted into the inserting opening and the other end of the connecting cable extends along the first direction, so that the clamping portion and the connecting cable can slide relatively, wherein: the second end of the clamping part along a second direction opposite to the first direction can be slidably connected to the first surface, so that the clamping part can generate relative sliding relative to the box body along the first direction or the second direction when being acted by external force, wherein in the condition that the clamping part is acted by first external force along the second direction to generate relative movement between the clamping part and the box body, the projection area formed by the clamping part on the first surface can be increased in a mode that the distance between the clamping part and the supporting part is reduced, and the first end of the clamping part can exert extrusion force on the connecting cable along the second direction, so that the connection strength between the interface and the connecting cable can be increased.

According to a preferred embodiment, the grip comprises at least a first plate for supporting the box and a second plate for nesting the connection cables in a perpendicular condition to each other, so that the cross-sectional shape of the grip can be defined by an L-shape, the first plate and the support being separable from each other with the first plate slidingly connected to the first surface, so that the second plate and the first side are substantially parallel to each other and spaced apart by a set distance, wherein: the second plate body and the first side face can be connected through an elastic connecting portion, the length of the elastic connecting portion can be increased or decreased, under the condition that the first plate body and the supporting portion are placed on the installation face, the first plate body and the supporting portion can both receive gravity applied by a box body so that friction force can be generated between the first plate body and the installation face, and under the condition that the elastic connecting portion is in a stretching state, the clamping portion and the box body can be kept relatively fixed based on the friction force; in a case where the first plate is separated from the mounting surface such that the case is in a suspended state, the elastic connection portion may apply the first external force to the second plate in such a manner that a length thereof is reduced, wherein the clamping portion may move toward the support portion in response to the first external force such that the projected area may be increased.

According to a preferred embodiment, the first surface is further provided with a sliding groove having an extending direction substantially parallel to the first direction or the second direction, and the clamping portion is slidably connected to the sliding groove such that the projected area can be increased or decreased in a manner that the clamping portion slides along the sliding groove, wherein: the first plate body is provided with a dead locking part which can slide along a third direction approximately perpendicular to the first surface, the dead locking part can slide along the third direction based on a second external force applied by the mounting surface and abut against the sliding groove under the condition that the first plate body is placed on the mounting surface so that the dead locking part can abut against and contact with the mounting surface, and under the condition that the elastic connecting part applies the first external force to the second plate body in a stretching state, the clamping part and the box body can be kept relatively still based on abutting contact of the dead locking part and the sliding groove.

According to a preferred embodiment, in a case where the distance between the case and the mounting surface is increased to reduce the gravity applied to the mounting surface by the case, the second external force can be reduced, and in a case where the first plate and the mounting surface are separated from each other to make the case in the suspended state, the second external force can be eliminated, so that the deadlocking portion can be slid in a fourth direction opposite to the third direction based on a third external force to be separated from the sliding groove, and further the clamping portion can be moved relative to the case based on the action of the first external force.

According to a preferred embodiment, the deadlocking part comprises at least a first spring for providing the third external force and a stopper rod, the first plate body is provided with a T-shaped hole having an extending direction capable of being substantially perpendicular to the first surface, and the stopper rod is capable of being disposed in the T-shaped hole in a manner of being nested in the first spring when the first spring is disposed in the T-shaped hole, wherein: the length of the limiting rod can be larger than that of the T-shaped hole, so that under the condition that the first plate body is placed on the mounting surface, the third end of the limiting rod can be in abutting contact with the mounting surface, the limiting rod can slide along the third direction under the action of the second external force, the length of the first spring is increased, the first spring is in a stretching state, and the fourth end of the limiting rod can be in abutting contact with the sliding groove; in the process that the distance between the first plate body and the mounting surface is gradually increased, the second external force can disappear, so that the limiting rod can slide in the fourth direction based on the third external force provided by the first spring, and the fourth end part and the sliding groove are separated from each other.

According to a preferred embodiment, the interface can comprise at least one first interface, the clamping part can comprise at least one first clamping part, the connection cable can comprise at least one first connection cable, and the first side face is provided with at least one separation part for actively separating the first connection cable from the first interface, wherein: the first connection cable is connectable to the first interface, and the separate portion is connectable to the first connection cable; under the condition that the first clamping part and the box body generate relative movement to enable the second plate body of the first clamping part to abut against the separating part along the first direction, the separating part can drive the first connecting cable to move along the second direction, so that the first connecting cable can be separated from the first interface, wherein the first direction is opposite to the second direction; the second plate body is provided with a plurality of fixing grooves which are arranged at intervals, and each fixing groove can be internally provided with at least one connecting cable, so that the respective extending directions of the connecting cables can be parallel to each other.

According to a preferred embodiment, the separation part comprises at least a housing with a first hydraulic chamber for accommodating a fluid medium and a second hydraulic chamber for accommodating the fluid medium communicating with each other, wherein: the extension directions of the first hydraulic cavity and the second hydraulic cavity are approximately vertical to the first side surface; the volume of the second hydraulic chamber can be increased in the case where the volume of the first hydraulic chamber is decreased, or the volume of the second hydraulic chamber can be decreased in the case where the volume of the first hydraulic chamber is increased.

According to a preferred embodiment, a first piston push rod is arranged in the first hydraulic chamber, a second piston push rod is arranged in the second hydraulic chamber, and the second piston push rod is connected to the first connecting cable, wherein: under the condition that the first clamping part and the box body generate relative movement, the second plate body of the first clamping part can abut against the first piston push rod along the first direction, so that the second piston push rod can move along the second direction in a mode that the volume of the first hydraulic pressure cavity is reduced and the volume of the second hydraulic pressure cavity is increased.

The invention also provides a network television, which at least comprises: the box body can be placed on the installation surface, and at least one interface for plugging a connecting cable is arranged on a first side surface of the box body, which is approximately vertical to the installation surface, so that the box body can be electrically connected to external equipment through the connecting cable; a television display connectable to the box by the connecting cable; a support part disposed on a first surface of the case body in a state perpendicular to the first side surface to support the case body; a clamping portion which can be arranged on the first surface, wherein the supporting portion and the clamping portion can jointly constitute a supporting structure for supporting the box body, so that the first surface can be approximately parallel to the mounting surface under the condition that the supporting portion and the clamping portion are simultaneously in abutting contact with the mounting surface, and the connecting cable can be nested in a first end portion of the clamping portion along a first direction under the condition that one end of the connecting cable is inserted into the inserting opening and the other end of the connecting cable extends along the first direction, so that the clamping portion and the connecting cable can slide relatively, wherein: the second end of the clamping part along a second direction opposite to the first direction can be slidably connected to the first surface, so that the clamping part can generate relative sliding relative to the box body along the first direction or the second direction when being acted by external force, wherein in the condition that the clamping part is acted by first external force along the second direction to generate relative movement between the clamping part and the box body, the projection area formed by the clamping part on the first surface can be increased in a mode that the distance between the clamping part and the supporting part is reduced, and the first end of the clamping part can exert extrusion force on the connecting cable along the second direction, so that the connection strength between the interface and the connecting cable can be increased.

According to a preferred embodiment, the grip comprises at least a first plate for supporting the box and a second plate for nesting the connection cables in a perpendicular condition to each other, so that the cross-sectional shape of the grip can be defined by an L-shape, the first plate and the support being separable from each other with the first plate slidingly connected to the first surface, so that the second plate and the first side are substantially parallel to each other and spaced apart by a set distance, wherein: the second plate body and the first side face can be connected through an elastic connecting portion, the length of the elastic connecting portion can be increased or decreased, under the condition that the first plate body and the supporting portion are placed on the installation face, the first plate body and the supporting portion can both receive gravity applied by a box body so that friction force can be generated between the first plate body and the installation face, and under the condition that the elastic connecting portion is in a stretching state, the clamping portion and the box body can be kept relatively fixed based on the friction force; in a case where the first plate is separated from the mounting surface such that the case is in a suspended state, the elastic connection portion may apply the first external force to the second plate in such a manner that a length thereof is reduced, wherein the clamping portion may move toward the support portion in response to the first external force such that the projected area may be increased.

The invention has the beneficial technical effects that:

(1) in the actual use process of the set-top box, the extension directions of the connecting cables are different from each other, so that the problem of cross winding of the connecting cables often occurs, the cross winding of the connecting cables easily causes the stress concentration of the interface, and the connecting cables easily fall off from the interface. Through setting up the clamping part for the concentrated stress that the interface received can shift to the fixed slot, thereby can reduce the risk that connecting cable drops from the interface. Simultaneously, when the clamping part slides left so that the fixed slot supports against to the left end of connecting cable as far as possible, first plate body can play the purpose of pressing from both sides tight connecting cable to further reduce the risk that connecting cable drops from the interface.

(2) When the connecting cable is required to be separated from the box body, the connecting cable can be straightened by sliding the clamping part rightwards, and then a user can disassemble and store the connecting cable conveniently.
