The module of any of claims 1-6, wherein the substrate of the thin film circuit board comprises: polyimide, polyethylene terephthalate, or liquid crystal polymer.

An electronic device, comprising: the display device comprises a display panel, a driving chip, a thin film circuit board and a flexible circuit board;

the display panel is provided with a single-layer glass area, the single-layer glass area is provided with a first circuit and a second circuit, one end of the first circuit is connected with the display panel, a wiring point at the other end of the first circuit is connected with one end of the driving chip, the other end of the driving chip is connected with a wiring point at one end of the second circuit, a wiring point at the other end of the second circuit is connected with a wiring point at the first end of the thin film circuit board, a wiring point at the second end of the thin film circuit board is connected with a wiring point of the flexible circuit board, and the thin film circuit board is of a bent structure;

the width of the conducting circuit area on the first end of the thin film circuit board is smaller than that of the conducting circuit area on the second end of the thin film circuit board.

The electronic device of claim 8, wherein the shape of the thin film wiring board comprises at least one of:

quadrangle, trapezoid, same-side rounded rectangle, single-side rounded rectangle or curved trapezoid.

The electronic device of claim 8, wherein the connection comprises at least one of: conductive adhesive connection, conductive film connection, or soldering.
