Background

The front semi-permeable membrane and the rear semi-permeable membrane are made of one of a hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene semi-permeable membrane supported by high-density polyethylene or a hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene semi-permeable membrane without support.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
