1. An electronic smoking set, comprising a power module, a control module and a heating module, wherein the control module is electrically connected to the power module and the heating module;

the heating module includes:

a heat shield;

the heating assembly is arranged in the heat shield and comprises a supporting cylinder, a heat conduction main body and a heating element, the heat conduction main body is nested in the supporting cylinder and covers at least one part of the heating element, the heat conduction main body is columnar, an air guide groove is formed in the outer wall of the heat conduction main body, and the air guide groove extends from the bottom surface of the heat conduction main body to the top surface of the heat conduction main body;

a smoke containing tube, at least a portion of which is disposed within the heat shield;

2. The electronic smoking article of claim 1, wherein at least two of the air-guiding grooves are disposed in a circumferential array on the outer wall of the thermally conductive body.

3. The electronic smoking article of claim 1, wherein the line corresponding to the air guide groove is a straight line, and the length direction of the air guide groove is parallel to the length direction of the heat conductive body.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of smoking sets, in particular to an electronic smoking set.

Background

Conventional electronic smoking articles generally include a metal heater for heating air so that the heated air heats the body of the cigarette.

In practice, the inventors found that the above technical solution has the following technical problems:

above-mentioned heater and air direct contact because the material of heater is the metal, therefore the heater can have the metal peculiar smell in the in-process that generates heat can making the air that heats, and this can influence the taste of the smog that the electron smoking set exported.

Therefore, a new technical solution is needed to solve the above technical problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an electronic smoking set which can avoid peculiar smell in heated air.

In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

an electronic smoking tool comprises a power module, a control module and a heating module, wherein the control module is electrically connected with the power module and the heating module; the heating module includes: a heat shield; the heating assembly is arranged in the heat shield and comprises a supporting cylinder, a heat conduction main body and a heating element, the heat conduction main body is nested in the supporting cylinder and covers at least one part of the heating element, the heat conduction main body is columnar, an air guide groove is formed in the outer wall of the heat conduction main body, and the air guide groove extends from the bottom surface of the heat conduction main body to the top surface of the heat conduction main body; a smoke containing tube, at least a portion of which is disposed within the heat shield; the gas guide component is arranged between the heating assembly and the smoke body containing pipe, and is provided with a first gas guide hole which is communicated with the inner space of the smoke body containing pipe and the gas guide groove.

At least two air guide grooves are arranged on the outer wall of the heat conduction main body in a circumferential array mode.

The lines corresponding to the air guide grooves are straight lines, and the length directions of the air guide grooves are parallel to the length direction of the heat conduction main body.

Compared with the prior art, in the embodiment of the invention, because the air is heated by using the combination of the heat conduction main body and the heating element, the air to be heated is only contacted with the heat conduction main body 108, and is not contacted with the metal heating element, so that the heating element does not generate chemical reactions such as decomposition and the like, does not generate harmful substances or peculiar smell, namely, can avoid the peculiar smell in the heated air, and in addition, the oil absorption of the heat conduction main body is poor, and the peculiar smell cannot be generated by combining with the tobacco tar.

In order to make the aforementioned and other objects of the present invention comprehensible, preferred embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.

Detailed Description

The word "embodiment" as used herein means an example, instance, or illustration. In addition, the articles "a" and "an" as used in this specification and the appended claims may generally be construed to mean "one or more" unless specified otherwise or clear from context to be directed to a singular form.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, an electronic smoking article according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a power module, a control module and a heating module, wherein the control module is electrically connected to the power module and the heating module; the control module is used for controlling the heating module to heat or stop heating, in particular, the control module is used for supplying current to the heating elements 109 in the heating module, so that the heating element 109 generates heat, and the control module is further configured to receive a temperature sensing signal output by a temperature sensing element 110 in the heating module, and controls the magnitude of the current according to the temperature sensing signal to control the heat generation amount of the heating element 109, in particular, the control module is configured to compare a temperature value corresponding to the temperature sensing signal with a target set temperature value according to the temperature sensing signal detected by the temperature sensing element 110, and control the current transmitted to the heating element 109 according to the comparison result, so as to ensure that the temperature of the heated air is between 300 ℃ and 400 ℃, thereby ensuring the taste of the smoke generated after the cigarette body is baked to be comfortable. The control module is further configured to stop supplying current to the heating element 109 to stop the heating element 109 from generating heat.

The heating module is used for heating the air entering the heating module and delivering the heated air to the cigarette body accommodating tube 104. In particular, the heating element of the heating module is used for heating the air entering the heating element to a temperature within a preset range, and delivering the heated air to the cigarette body accommodating tube 104 through the first air guide hole 1051 of the air guide member 105 of the heating module, so as to bake (heat) the cigarette body in the cigarette body accommodating tube 104, so that the cigarette body is atomized, and smoke is generated for the user to suck.

The heating module comprises a heat shield 102, a heating assembly, a smoke containing tube 104 (a smoke cup), an air guide member 105, and a temperature sensing element 110.

The heat shield 102 is tubular, and the material of the heat shield 102 may be one or a combination of more than one of a high temperature resistant plastic material (e.g., Polyetheretherketone (PEEK)), stainless steel, fiberglass, ceramic fiber, and thermal aerogel. A vacuum bladder may be disposed within the heat shield 102.

The heating assembly is disposed in the heat shield 102, the heating assembly includes a supporting cylinder 106, a heat conducting body 108 and a heating element 109, the heat conducting body 108 is nested in the supporting cylinder 106, the heat conducting body 108 covers at least a portion of the heating element 109, the heat conducting body 108 is cylindrical or conical, in particular, the heat conducting body 108 is substantially cylindrical or conical, an outer wall of the heat conducting body 108 is provided with an air guiding groove 1081, the air guiding groove 1081 extends from a bottom surface of the heat conducting body 108 to a top surface of the heat conducting body 108, and the air guiding groove 1081 is used for conveying gas and heating the conveyed gas.

At least a portion of the smoke containing tube 104 is disposed within the heat shield 102.

The air guide member 105 is disposed in the heat shield 102, the air guide member 105 divides the heat shield 102 into an upper chamber and a lower chamber, the heating element is disposed in the lower chamber, and the smoke containing tube 104 is disposed in the upper chamber.

The air guide member 105 is disposed between the heating element and the smoke containing tube 104, the air guide member 105 is annular, the air guide member 105 is provided with a first air guide hole 1051, and the first air guide hole 1051 communicates with the inner space 1041 of the smoke containing tube 104 and the air guide groove 1081; the bottom surface of the air guide member 105 abuts against the top edge of the support cylinder 106, and the bottom edge of the cigarette accommodating tube 104 is disposed on the top surface of the air guide member 105.

The top surface of the heat conductive body 108 faces the first air guide hole 1051.

The temperature sensing element 110 is connected to the heat conducting body 108, a pin 1101 of the temperature sensing element 110 penetrates through the heat conducting body 108 and is disposed on the bottom cover 103 of the heating module, and the pin 1101 of the temperature sensing element 110 is electrically connected to the control module.

At least two air guide grooves 1081 are disposed on the outer wall of the heat conductive body 108 in a circumferential array.

The line corresponding to the air guide groove 1081 is a straight line, and the length direction of the air guide groove 1081 is parallel to the length direction (height direction) of the heat conducting main body 108; and/or the line corresponding to the air guide groove 1081 is a curve. When the line corresponding to the air guide groove 1081 is a curved line, the line corresponding to the air guide groove 1081 is curved along a tangential direction of the outer periphery of the cross section of the heat conductive body 108, and/or the line corresponding to the air guide groove 1081 is curved along a radial direction of the cross section of the heat conductive body 108

The material of the heat conducting body 108 is one or a combination of more than one of ceramic, silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, silicon nitride, zirconium oxide, silicon carbide, ore, and graphene.

A second air guide hole is formed in the bottom of the support cylinder 106, and the second air inlet 112 and the second air guide hole are communicated with the air guide groove 1081 and a second air inlet space 114 corresponding to a gap between the outer wall of the support cylinder 106 and the inner wall of the heat shield 102.

The heating assembly further comprises an insulating member 107, the insulating member 107 is tubular or curved sheet-shaped, and the insulating member 107 is arranged between the supporting cylinder 106 and the heat conducting body 108. The thermal conductivity of the material of the thermal insulation member 107 is less than 0.2W/m · K, the material of the thermal insulation member 107 may be cotton or fiber, for example, and the thermal insulation member 107 is used for preventing the heat of the thermal conduction body 108 from being dissipated, so as to preserve the heat of the thermal conduction body 108, prevent the heat of the thermal conduction body 108 from being conducted to the outside of the electronic smoking set, improve the thermal energy utilization rate, and avoid the inconvenience in use caused by the overheating of the surface temperature of the electronic smoking set.

The heating element 109 is electrically connected to the control module. The heating element 109 is a strip-shaped heating member, and the strip-shaped heating member is a heating pipe or a heating needle.

The heat conductive body 108 is provided therein with a through hole penetrating from the top surface of the heat conductive body 108 to the bottom surface of the heat conductive body 108, and at least a part of the strip-shaped heating member is accommodated in the through hole. The strip-shaped heating element is arranged in a zigzag shape, a curved shape or a spiral shape.

The top surface of the heat conductive body 108 is provided with a receiving portion having an opening facing the first air guide hole 1051, and at least a portion of the temperature sensing element 110 is disposed in the receiving portion.

The heating module further comprises a top cover 101 and/or a bottom cover 103.

The top cover 101 is disposed at the top opening of the heat shield 102.

The bottom cover 103 is disposed at the bottom opening of the heat shield 102, a support portion 1031 is disposed on a surface of the bottom cover 103 facing the heating assembly, and the support cylinder 106 is disposed on the support portion 1031 of the bottom cover 103. The bottom of the support cylinder 106 and the bottom cover 103 are formed with a second air inlet 112 by the support part 1031, i.e., the support part 1031 separates the support cylinder 106 from the inner surface of the bottom cover 103 to form the second air inlet 112.

The top cover 101 has an opening which communicates with the inner space 1041 of the cigarette body accommodating tube 104, and the opening also communicates with the first air inlet space 113 between the cigarette body accommodating tube 104 and the heat shield 102, and the radius of the opening is larger than the radius of a circle corresponding to the cross section of the inner space 1041 of the cigarette body accommodating tube 104. In particular, the outer contour of the cross section of at least a part of the cigarette body accommodating tube 104 corresponds to a regular polygon, or the top edge of the cigarette body accommodating tube 104 has a notch; the top edge of the cigarette body accommodating tube 104 and the opening of the top cover 101 are formed with a first air inlet 111, and the first air inlet 111 communicates with the first air inlet space 113.

The surface of the top cover 101 facing the cigarette body accommodating tube 104 is provided with a clamping part which fixes the cigarette body accommodating tube 104 and the heat insulation cover 102 and separates the outer surface of the cigarette body accommodating tube 104 and the inner surface of the heat insulation cover 102.

The air guide groove 1081 is provided therein with a heat conduction member, which is a planar heat conduction mesh, a spherical (three-dimensional) heat conduction wire (heat conduction strip), a spiral heat conduction wire (heat conduction strip), or an uneven heat conduction surface.

The material of the heat conducting component is one or the combination of more than one of ceramics, silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, silicon nitride, zirconium oxide, silicon carbide, ore and graphene.

The cigarette body accommodating tube 104 is used for accommodating cigarette bodies. A first spacer 1042 is arranged between the outer wall of the smoke containing tube 104 and the inner wall of the heat shield 102, at least two of the first spacer 1042 are arranged in a circumferential array on the outer wall of the smoke containing tube 104, the first spacer 1042 supports the smoke containing tube 104 in the heat shield 102, and a first air inlet space 113 is formed between the outer wall of the smoke containing tube 104 and the inner wall of the heat shield 102.

A second spacer 1061 is disposed between the outer wall of the supporting cylinder 106 and the inner wall of the heat shield 102, at least two second spacers 1061 are arranged in a circumferential array on the outer wall of the supporting cylinder 106, and the second spacers 1061 support the supporting cylinder 106 in the heat shield 102, so that a second air intake space 114 is formed between the outer wall of the supporting cylinder 106 and the inner wall of the heat shield 102.

The second air inlet space 114 is communicated with the first air inlet space 113, and the second air inlet 112 and the second air guide hole at the bottom of the support cylinder 106 are communicated with the second air inlet space 114 and the air guide groove 1081 together.

The first air inlet 111, the first air inlet space 113, the second air inlet space 114, the second air inlet 112, the second air guide hole, the air guide groove 1081, the first air guide hole 1051, and the inner space 1041 of the cigarette body accommodating tube constitute an air circulation passage of the electronic smoking set.

The outer wall of the smoke containing tube 104 is used for preheating the air entering the first air intake space 113 for the first time, the outer wall of the heating assembly is used for preheating the air entering the second air intake space 114 for the second time, and the heating assembly is used for heating the air entering the air guide groove 1081. The first air vent 1051 is used to deliver heated air into the smoke containing tube 104.

Specifically, the external air enters the first air intake space 113 from the first air intake port 111, the heat inside the soot body accommodating tube 104 is transferred to the outer wall of the soot body accommodating tube 104 in the first air intake space 113 to preheat the air for the first time, then the air preheated for the first time enters the second air intake space 114 from the first air intake space 113, the temperature inside the heating assembly is transferred to the outer wall of the support cylinder 106 to preheat the air for the second time, then the air preheated for the second time enters the air guide groove 1081 from the second air intake port 112 and the second air guide hole, and in the air guide groove 1081, the heating element 109 transfers the heat to the air in the air guide groove 1081 through the heat conductive body 108 to formally heat the air in the air guide groove 1081, the air after formal heating enters the cigarette body accommodating tube 104 through the first air guide hole 1051 to heat the cigarette body accommodated in the cigarette body accommodating tube 104.

Since the air is heated by using the combination of the heat-conducting main body 108 and the heating element 109, the heat conduction speed of the heat-conducting main body 108 is fast, and the specific heat capacity is small, so that the heat loss of the heat-conducting main body 108 itself is small during heating, the heat-conducting main body 108 itself is stable at high temperature, and in addition, in the heating process, the air to be heated only contacts with the heat-conducting main body 108, but does not contact with the metal heating element 109, so that the heating element 109 does not generate chemical reactions such as decomposition, and harmful substances or peculiar smell is not generated, that is, the peculiar smell in the heated air can be avoided, and in addition, the oil absorption of the heat-conducting main body 108 is poor, and the peculiar smell cannot be generated by.

Since the first spacer 1042 is disposed between the outer wall of the cigarette accommodating tube 104 and the inner wall of the heat shield 102, the second spacer 1061 is disposed between the outer wall of the supporting tube 106 and the inner wall of the heat shield 102, and air is a poor heat conductor and can prevent heat from being transferred to the heat shield 102, the first air inlet space 113 formed by the first spacer 1042 by spacing the cigarette accommodating tube 104 and the heat shield 102 and the second air inlet space 114 formed by the second spacer 1061 by spacing the heating element and the heat shield 102 can prevent heat of the heating element from being transferred to the outer wall of the heat shield 102, so that the temperature of the outer surface of the electronic smoking set is not too high, and the outer surface of the electronic smoking set is prevented from being scalded.

In addition, because the heating assembly and the cigarette body accommodating pipe 104 are integrally arranged in the heat insulation cover 102, heat generated by the heating module is not easy to lose, the temperature consistency of an upper pipe cavity and a lower pipe cavity in the heat insulation cover 102 is good, heat energy loss is reduced, and the cigarette body in the cigarette body accommodating pipe 104 is uniformly heated, so that better taste can be provided.
