the outer wall of the cavity and the inner wall of the wall body define an air passage, one end of the air passage is communicated with the vent hole, and the other end of the air passage is communicated with the inner space of the cavity through the inserting hollow part.

The electronic smoking article of claim 5, wherein the first fixing member further comprises a base connected to the other end of the first body and at least two engaging pieces protruding from an outer peripheral side of the base, the outer peripheral wall of the base protruding from the outer peripheral wall of the first body;

The electronic smoking article of claim 7, wherein the heat generating module further comprises a flexible fixing sleeve and a pair of pin electrodes, a second receiving groove is formed in an end of the second main body facing the first fixing member, and the fixing sleeve is disposed in the second receiving groove;

the fixing sleeve is provided with two fixing through holes, and the electric leads of the two heating needles correspondingly extend into the fixing through holes one by one;

the pair of bolt electrodes penetrate through the second fixing piece and are inserted into the fixing through holes in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the bolt electrodes are in interference connection with the inner walls of the fixing through holes and are electrically connected with the electric conducting wires.

The electronic smoking article of claim 8, wherein the second body is provided with a pair of through holes, the pair of through holes communicating with the second receiving groove, each of the through holes including a first hole portion and a second hole portion, one end of the first hole portion communicating with the second receiving groove, the other end of the first hole portion communicating with the second hole portion, and the second hole portion having a larger hole diameter than the first hole portion;

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional structural view of an electronic smoking article according to an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of portion A of FIG. 1; fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the electronic smoking set according to the embodiment of the present application, showing the cooperation between the smoking cup and the heating module.

The embodiment of the application provides an electronic smoking set 100, which comprises a smoking cup 10, a heating module 20, a smoking cup bracket 30, a sealing cover 40, an excitation coil 50 and a shell 60.

The heating module 20 is detachably connected to the cup 10. The first end 10B of the smoking cup 10 and the heating module 20 are fixedly arranged in the placing cavity 32a of the smoking cup bracket 30. The cup holder 30 and the sealing cover 40 are sealingly connected to form a sealed space 40 a. The exciting coil 50 is disposed in the sealed space 40a and surrounds an outer peripheral side of the heat generating module 20. The exciting coil 50 is used for heating the heat generating module 20. The heating module 20 is used for heating tobacco products, such as cigarettes, cartridges or bulk tobacco, inserted into the placing cavity 32 a. The smoke cup 10, the heating module 20, the smoke cup support 30, the sealing cover 40 and the excitation coil 50 are all arranged in the shell 60.

Specifically, referring to fig. 3-5, the smoking cup 10 includes a cavity 11 with opposite ends open. The inner space 10a of the cavity 11 is used for placing the external tobacco product. The cavity 11 includes a first end 10B and a second end 10C disposed opposite each other. The first end 10B and the second end 10C are each provided with an opening. At least two connection ports 12 are formed in the side wall of the first end 10B. Alternatively, the number of the connection ports 12 is two, but is not limited thereto.

Each connection port 12 includes an insertion hollow 121 and a catching hollow 122. The insertion hollow portion 121 communicates with the clamping hollow portion 122. The insertion hollow-out portion 121 is used for inserting the connection block 212.

The heat generating module 20 is connected to the first end 10B. Please refer to fig. 6 and 7. The heating module 20 includes a first fixing member 21, a heating pin 22, a second fixing member 23, a pin electrode 24, and a fixing sleeve 25.

The heating pin 22 is fixedly connected to one end of the first fixing member 21. The second fixing member 23 is fixedly coupled to the other end of the first fixing member 21. The pin electrode 24 is disposed in the second fixing member 23 and electrically connected to the heating pin 22. The fixing sleeve 25 is disposed in the second fixing piece 23.

The heating needle 22 includes a heating element 221, a cover 222, and a temperature sensing element 223. The temperature sensing element 223 is provided on the heating body 221. The cover 222 covers the heating element 221. The housing 222 is fixedly connected to the first fixing member 21. A pair of electrical leads of the temperature sensing element 223 is connected to the pair of pin electrodes 24 in a one-to-one correspondence. Alternatively, the temperature sensing element 223 is a thermocouple, but is not limited thereto.

Specifically, the heat generating element 221 is provided with a recess 224 in the middle portion thereof. The temperature sensing element 223 is disposed in the recess 224 and is in close contact with the heating element 221. Due to the skin effect, the induced current is mostly on the surface of the heating pin 221, and the surface temperature rises faster than the center temperature. Therefore, the temperature sensing element 223 is disposed at the center position of the heating element 221 in the vertical direction, and the accuracy of collecting the actual temperature of the heating element 221 by the temperature sensing element 223 is improved.

Optionally, the housing 222 is a ceramic housing, but is not limited thereto.

Please refer to fig. 8-9 in conjunction with fig. 2 and 3. The heating pin 22 is disposed in the cavity 11. The first fixing member 21 includes a first body 211 and at least two connection blocks 212. At least two connection blocks 212 are disposed at an outer circumferential side of the first body 211. Connecting block 212 and connectors 12 are snap-fit one to one. Alternatively, the number of the connection blocks 212 is two.

The connecting block 212 is clamped in the clamping hollow-out part 122. The insertion hollow part 121 communicates the inner space 10a of the cavity 11 with the external air.

With such an arrangement, the area of the space 10a in the communicating chamber 11 is increased, and the flow rate of the outside air into the space 10a per unit time is increased.

Each connection port 12 further includes a connection hollow 113. The connection hollow portion 113 is connected between the insertion hollow portion 121 and the catching hollow portion 122. The connecting hollow-out portion 113 extends along the circumferential direction of the cavity 11.

The width of the connecting hollow-out portion 113 is smaller than the width of the clamping hollow-out portion 122. Due to the arrangement, the clamping portion 21b is not easy to separate from the clamping hollow-out portion 122, and the connection stability of the first fixing piece 21 and the cigarette cup 10 is further improved.

Specifically, the extending direction of the insertion hollow-out portion 121 is perpendicular to the circumferential direction of the cavity 11 of the smoking cup 10. The clamping hollow portion 122 and the connecting hollow portion 113 are disposed along the circumferential direction of the cavity 11. The arrangement is convenient for the heating module 20 and the cigarette cup 10 to be rotationally clamped.

In addition, the connecting block 212 includes an abutting portion 21a and a snap portion 21 b. The contact portion 21a is connected to the outer peripheral side of the first body 211. The engaging portion 21b is protruded from an end of the abutting portion 21a away from the first body 211. The abutting portion 21a abuts against the inner wall of the cavity 11. The engaging portion 21b is engaged with the engaging hollow portion 122. The exciting coil 50 is disposed in the sealed space 40a and around the peripheral side of the wall 32.

The first end 10B of the bowl 10 and the heating module 20 are both disposed within the placement cavity 32 a. The bowl 10 further comprises at least one ventilation hole 13. The second end 10C of the bowl 10 is for insertion of a tobacco product. At least one vent hole 13 is provided at the second end 10C and around the outer circumference of the cavity 11. Alternatively, the number of the vent holes 13 is three, but is not limited thereto.

The outer wall of the chamber 11 and the inner wall of the wall 32 define an air passage D. One end of the air passage D is communicated with the vent hole 13. The other end of the air passage D communicates with the inner space 10a of the chamber 11 through the insertion hollow 121.

The vent hole 13, the air passage D, the insertion hollow 121, and the inner space 10a of the cavity 11 form an air passage structure. Since the air passage D is provided between the cup 10 and the cup holder 30, air is a poor heat conductor, so that the user can avoid the high temperature of the cup 10 from being directly conducted to the exciting coil 50 when performing suction. Meanwhile, after entering the air passage D, the external air is heated by the outer wall of the cavity 11 of the cigarette cup 10, so that a preheating effect is obtained. In addition, the air flue structure is completely isolated from the magnet exciting coil 50, so that smell generated by heating of the magnet exciting coil 50 is prevented from entering the air flue structure to influence taste.

Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the first fixing member 21 further includes a base 213 and at least two engaging blocks 214. The base 213 is connected to the other end of the first body 211. The engagement block 214 is provided to protrude from the outer peripheral side of the base 213. The outer circumferential wall of the base 213 protrudes from the outer circumferential wall of the first body 211. The mating block 214 is an interference fit with the wall 32.

The fitting block 214 is in interference fit with the inner wall of the wall 32, so that the heat generating module 20 is fixed in the placing cavity 32 a. In addition, the outer peripheral wall of the base 213 protrudes from the outer peripheral wall of the first body 211, and the protruding portion of the base 213 is used for limiting the connecting section 10B of the bowl 10.

Please refer to fig. 7-11 in conjunction with fig. 2. The heat generating module 20 includes a second fixing member 23. The base 213 defines a first receiving groove 215 and a locking groove 216. The catching grooves 216 communicate with opposite sides of the first receiving groove 215.

The second fixing member 23 includes a second body 231 and a catching protrusion 232. Snap tabs 232 are disposed on opposite sides of the second body 231. A portion of the second body 231 is inserted into the first receiving groove 215. The latch projection 232 is latched in the latch groove 216.

Wherein the second fixing piece 23 is used to fix the pin electrode 25. The first fixing member 21 and the second fixing member 23 are fixedly connected through the catching groove 216 and the catching protrusion 232.

The heater module 20 further includes a pair of pin electrodes 24 and a flexible retaining sleeve 25. The second main body 231 has a second receiving groove 233 formed at an end facing the first fixing member 21. The fixing sleeve 25 is disposed in the second receiving groove 233.

The fixing sleeve 25 is provided with two fixing through holes 251. The electrical leads of the two heating pins 22 extend into the fixing through holes 251 in a one-to-one correspondence.

The pair of pin electrodes 24 pass through the second fixing member 23 and are inserted into the fixing through-holes 251 in a one-to-one correspondence. The plug electrode 24 is in interference connection with the inner wall of the fixing through hole 251, and is electrically connected to the electrical lead.

Due to the flexible property of the fixing sleeve 25, the tightness of the electrical wire connection between the pin electrode 24 and the heating pin 22 and the connection stability between the pin electrode 24 and the fixing sleeve 25 are improved. In addition, the fixing sleeve 25 is made of a high-temperature resistant material so as to adapt to the high temperature generated by the pin electrode 24 in operation. Optionally, the fixing sleeve 25 is a silicone sleeve, but is not limited thereto, as long as the fixing sleeve 25 is made of a high-temperature-resistant flexible material.

Further, the second body 231 is provided with a pair of through holes 234. The pair of through holes 234 communicate with the second receiving grooves 233. Each through hole 234 includes a first hole portion 23a and a second hole portion 23 b. One end of the first hole 23a communicates with the second receiving groove 234, and the other end of the first hole 23a communicates with the second hole 23 b. The second hole portion 23b has a larger diameter than the first hole portion 23 a.

Each of the pin electrodes 24 includes a pin body 241 and a bottom 242. The bottom 242 is connected to one end of the latch body 241. The plug main body 241 penetrates the first hole 23a, and the bottom 242 is disposed in the second hole 23b with interference. The bottom 242 and the second hole portion 23b are fixedly connected by interference fit, and the plug main body 241 and the silicone sleeve 25 are fixedly connected by interference fit and are in interference contact with the lead of the heating pin 22 in the hole to realize electrical connection. In addition, the bottom area of the bottom portion 23b is larger than the bottom area of the plug main body 241, so that the bottom portion 23b of the plug electrode 24 is electrically connected with the contact terminal of the control circuit board.
