a pan body (1) on which a pan handle (2) is fixed;

The temperature at which the bimetal deforms may be set to about 50 degrees.

At normal temperature, press the button, because bimetallic strip is protruding upwards, make the elastic component compression through bimetallic strip, the fastener withdraws from the card hole, can dismantle between pot handle and the panhandle, when pot body temperature rose, even trigger button can not make the fastener withdraw from the card hole yet, consequently, increased temperature safety coefficient.
