1. A filter assembly, comprising:

the filter body (32) is detachably matched with the air outlet side of the motor component (10) and is subjected to airflow thrust caused by the motor component (10); and

a connector (34) coupled to the filter body (32) and applying a connecting force connecting the filter body (32) and the motor assembly (10);

wherein the connecting force is set to be equal to the air flow thrust to which the filter body (32) is subjected when reaching a limit clogging degree.

2. The filter assembly of claim 1, wherein the connector (34) is magnetically connected to a mating element (15) in the motor assembly (10), the connecting force being a magnetic attraction force.

The filter assembly of claim 2, wherein one of the connecting member (34) and the fitting member (15) is a first magnetic member, and the other of the connecting member (34) and the fitting member (15) is a second magnetic member or a metallic member that is attracted to the first magnetic member.

4. The filter assembly of claim 1, wherein the connecting member (34) is releasably snap-fitted to a mating member (15) in the motor assembly (10), the connecting force being a snap-fit between the connecting member (34) and the mating member (15).

5. A filter assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the filter body (32) comprises a filter shell (321) and a filter element (323);

an air inlet (31) and an air outlet (33) which are communicated with each other are formed in the filter shell (321), and the filter piece (323) is arranged in the filter shell (321) and is positioned between the air inlet (31) and the air outlet (33).

Generally, a vacuum cleaner includes a motor device for driving an external air to flow into a separator, and the separator separates dust in an air flow and discharges clean air. A filter assembly, comprising:

the filter body is detachably connected to the air outlet side of the motor component and is subjected to airflow thrust caused by the motor component; and

a connector coupled to the filter body and applying a connection force for connecting the filter body and the motor assembly;

wherein the connecting force is set to be equal to an air flow thrust to which the filter body is subjected when reaching a limit clogging degree.

The filter assembly is detachably connected with the air outlet side of the motor assembly in a matching mode, and the connecting piece applies connecting force for connecting the filter main body and the motor assembly. Detailed Description

To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. In an embodiment of the present invention, a vacuum cleaner is provided, which includes a motor device 100, a separator and a dust collecting element, wherein the motor device 100 is an airflow generator 14 for driving an external airflow to flow into the separator, the separator is used for separating dust in the airflow and discharging clean air, and the dust collecting element is communicated with the separator for collecting the separated dust.

The motor device 100 includes a motor assembly 10 and a filter assembly 30, the motor assembly 10 drives an airflow to flow, and the filter assembly 30 is used for filtering dust in the airflow.

The motor assembly 10 includes a housing 12 and an airflow generator 14 mounted in the housing 12, wherein the airflow generator 14 includes a motor and a fan, and when the motor drives the fan to rotate, airflow is caused to flow, so that external airflow enters the motor assembly 10 and the separator. Specifically, the air flow enters from one end of the housing 12 in the axial direction of the motor, and then exits from the other end of the housing 12.

The motor assembly 10 further includes a damper ring 16, the damper ring 16 being disposed between the inner wall of the housing 12 and the airflow generator 14 to house the airflow generator 14 within the housing 12 and absorb vibrations generated by the airflow generator 14 during operation.

The filter assembly 30 is detachably connected to the air outlet side of the motor assembly 10, and when the blockage degree of the filter assembly 30 exceeds the limit blockage degree, the filter assembly 30 is separated from the motor assembly 10 under the action of the air flow thrust generated by the motor assembly 10. That is, the filter assembly 30 can be separated from the motor assembly 10 when cleaning is needed, so that the user can clean the filter assembly 30 when necessary, thereby ensuring normal airflow and prolonging the service life of the filter assembly 30.

The filter assembly 30 comprises a filter main body 32 and a connecting piece 34, wherein the filter main body 32 is detachably connected with the air outlet side of the motor assembly 10 and is subjected to airflow thrust caused by the motor assembly 10; the connector 34 is coupled to the filter body 32 and applies a connection force connecting the filter body 32 to the motor assembly 10 that is set equal to the airflow thrust experienced by the filter body 32 when it reaches a limit blockage level.

It will be appreciated that the connector 34 applies a coupling force that couples the filter body 32 to the motor assembly 10, such that the filter body 32 is removably coupled to the motor assembly 10. Further, the motor assembly 10 includes a fitting member 15 disposed on the housing 12, the connecting member 34 is detachably connected to the fitting member 15 by a predetermined connecting force, and the connecting member 34 is engaged with the fitting member 15 to detachably connect the filter assembly 30 to the motor assembly 10.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the connecting member 34 is magnetically connected to the mating member 15, and the connecting force is a magnetic attraction force. When the blockage degree of the filter assembly 30 exceeds the limit blockage degree, the wind resistance of the filter assembly 30 is large, and the thrust of the received air flow is larger than the magnetic adsorption force, so that the fitting piece 15 and the connecting piece 34 can be pushed to be separated to lose the magnetic adsorption force, and the filter assembly 30 is separated from the motor assembly 10. Moreover, after the filter assembly 30 is cleaned, the magnetic attraction force can be used to magnetically attract the connecting member 34 and the fitting member 15 again, so that the filter assembly 30 continues to perform the filtering operation. Therefore, the filter assembly 30 is recycled, and the filter assembly 30 is conveniently connected with the motor assembly 10 repeatedly for use.

Further, one of the connecting element 34 and the mating element 15 is a first magnetic element, the other of the connecting element 34 and the mating element 15 is a second magnetic element or a metal element that can be attracted to the first magnetic element, and a magnetic attraction force can be formed between the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element or between the first magnetic element and the metal element.

In other embodiments, the connecting element 34 is detachably engaged with the mating element 15, and the connecting force is the engaging force between the connecting element 34 and the mating element 15. When the clogging degree of the filter assembly 30 exceeds the limit clogging degree, the wind resistance of the filter assembly 30 is large, and the thrust of the air flow is larger than the fastening force, so that the fastening force is lost by separating the fitting member 15 from the connecting member 34, and the filter assembly 30 is separated from the motor assembly 10. Moreover, when the filter assembly 30 is cleaned, the connecting member 34 and the mating member 15 can be detachably engaged again by the engaging force, and the filter assembly 30 continues to perform the filtering operation. Therefore, the filter assembly 30 is recycled, and the filter assembly 30 is conveniently connected with the motor assembly 10 repeatedly for use.

Specifically, one of the connecting member 34 and the fitting member 15 is a buckle, and the other of the connecting member 34 and the fitting member 15 is a slot, and the buckle is embedded in the slot with the above-mentioned buckling force, so that when the filter assembly 30 is pushed by a large airflow, the buckle can be pushed to overcome the buckling force and be separated from the slot. Optionally, the buckle can elastically deform, and deform when separating from and being embedded into the clamping groove to adapt to the shape of the clamping groove and prevent damage.

In any of the above embodiments, the filter main body 32 includes a filter shell 321 and a filter element 323, the filter shell 321 is provided with an air inlet 31 and an air outlet 33 which are communicated with each other, the filter element 323 is disposed in the filter shell 321 and located between the air inlet 31 and the air outlet 33, an air flow flowing out from the motor assembly 10 flows from the air inlet 31 of the filter shell 321 to the filter element 323, and flows out from the air outlet 33 after being filtered by the filter element 323, and the filter element 323 filters dust in the air flow. Alternatively, the filter 323 is made of a filter material, such as ultra fine glass fiber, melt-blown polyester nonwoven fabric, melt-blown glass fiber, or the like.

Specifically, the filter housing 321 includes an air inlet plate 322, a wind shield 324 and an air outlet plate 326, the air inlet plate 322 and the wind shield 324 are arranged at an interval, and the air outlet plate 326 is connected between the air inlet plate 322 and the wind shield 324; wherein, the air inlet 31 is arranged on the air inlet plate 322, and the air outlet 33 is arranged on the air outlet plate 326. Equivalently, the air inlet plate 322 is connected with the air outlet plate 326 in an intersecting manner, the wind shield 324 is arranged opposite to the air inlet plate 322, and the air flow flows in from the air inlet 31 of the air inlet plate 322, blows to the wind shield 324, is blocked and then deflects to the air outlet plate 326 on the side surface and then flows out. Thus, the wind shield 324 blocks the air flow thrust force borne by the opposite side of the air inlet 31, when the filtering member 323 positioned between the air inlet 31 and the air outlet 33 reaches the limit blocking degree, the air flow cannot flow out of the air outlet 33 in time, the air flow gathered at the wind shield 324 is increased, the air pressure borne by the wind shield 324 is increased, the air flow thrust force is increased, and the filtering assembly 30 is pushed to be separated from the motor assembly 10; when the filter 323 does not reach the limit blockage degree, the airflow can flow out of the air outlet 33 in time, the airflow gathered at the air blocking plate 324 is less, the air pressure borne by the air blocking plate 324 is less, the airflow thrust is less, and the filter assembly 30 can be continuously arranged on the motor assembly 10 for filtering.

More specifically, the filtering element 323 is disposed between the air inlet plate 322 and the air blocking plate 324 toward the air outlet 33, which is equivalent to the filtering element 323 matching the shape of the air outlet plate 326 between the air inlet plate 322 and the air blocking plate 324, and is disposed in front of the air outlet plate 326, so as to filter the whole air flowing to the air outlet plate 326 and improve the filtering effect.

In an embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided an electric machine apparatus 100, which includes an electric machine assembly 10 and a filtering assembly 30, wherein the filtering assembly 30 is detachably coupled to the air outlet side of the electric machine assembly 10, and when the blocking degree of the filtering assembly 30 exceeds a limit blocking degree, the filtering assembly 30 is separated from the electric machine assembly 10 under the thrust of the air flow generated by the electric machine assembly 10. In an embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided the filter assembly 30, wherein the filter assembly 30 includes a filter main body 32 and a connector 34, the filter main body 32 is detachably connected to the air outlet side of the motor assembly 10, and receives an airflow thrust force from the motor assembly 10; the connector 34 is coupled to the filter body 32 and applies a connection force connecting the filter body 32 to the motor assembly 10 that is set equal to the airflow thrust experienced by the filter body 32 when it reaches a limit blockage level.

It will be appreciated that the connector 34 applies a coupling force that couples the filter body 32 to the motor assembly 10, such that the filter body 32 is removably coupled to the motor assembly 10.
