Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of blood collection, in particular to a multifunctional blood collecting device suitable for collecting a trace amount of blood samples.

Background

In recent years, with the development of medical technology, the application of vacuum blood collection test tubes in clinical blood tests is also increasingly widespread. According to clinical needs, vacuum blood collection tube according to the additive difference can be divided into many kinds, such as ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) anticoagulation tube, heparin tube, hemagglutination tube, procoagulant tube etc.. In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that the prior art has at least the following problems:

in the clinical diagnosis and treatment process, due to the needs of various blood tests and monitoring treatment effects, a clinical laboratory usually needs to draw a large amount of blood from a patient, but in actual operation, there are still many blood sampling obstacles, such as a small sample size, hemolysis, blood splashing, excessive residual negative pressure and the like, which are not favorable for the normal operation of clinical detection.

The existing blood sampling modes include venous blood sampling, arterial blood sampling and peripheral blood sampling, wherein the venous blood sampling is the most common, and the vacuum blood sampling tube is used for carrying out the venous blood sampling, so that the sufficient blood sampling amount can be ensured, and the interference of other substances such as tissue fluid on a detection result can be avoided. However, for some special groups with anemia or difficulty in collecting venous blood, the vacuum blood collection tube cannot achieve a good effect in blood collection, and blood hemolysis is often caused by excessive residual negative pressure in the tube, so that the detection progress is influenced. For the infant group, because of the particularity of blood vessels and blood cells, it is difficult to ensure that enough venous blood is collected, and excessive blood collection even easily causes iatrogenic anemia, so that peripheral blood collection is still clinically needed at present.

It is worth mentioning that the common micro-tip tube is difficult to match the requirements of the existing automatic labeling and on-machine instruments, a large amount of manual operations are often needed, the blood sampling efficiency is affected, and the repeated uncovering is easy to cause biological pollution, however, the currently used vacuum blood sampling tube cannot simultaneously meet the requirements of vein and tip blood sampling.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a blood sampling device which can meet the requirements of vein and peripheral blood sampling at the same time, can be matched with the existing automatic labeling and machine loading instruments, reduces manual uncovering operation and reduces biological pollution.

The invention provides a blood sampling device, which comprises a blood sampling tube and a sealing piece; the blood collection tube is divided into a blood collection part and a collection part, the blood collection part is provided with a blood guide tube opening, the blood guide tube opening is provided with an outer edge and a drainage slope, and liquid is guided to enter the collection part for collection; the sealing element is arranged on the blood collection tube, when the vein blood collection is carried out, the puncture end of the test tube of the blood collection needle punctures the sealing element, and the blood is guided into the collection part through the puncture needle; the bottom of the collecting part is closed.
