Detailed Description

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The main components of the nose washing device are a liquid containing component 1 for containing nasal cavity cleaning liquid, a nose blocking component 2 for blocking the nostrils in an abutting mode and a control component 3 for controlling whether the nasal cavity cleaning liquid flows out or not when the nose washing device works. The liquid containing part 1 and the nose blocking part 2 are directly connected or connected together through a connector, and the control part 3 is arranged on the liquid containing part 1.

The liquid containing part 1 is mainly used for containing the nasal cavity cleaning liquid, so the shape, material and the like of the liquid containing part are not used as the limiting conditions, and the liquid containing part can be cylindrical, pear-shaped, dumbbell-shaped or even spherical. Meanwhile, the liquid containing part 1 can be made of soft materials (such as PP materials) or hard materials (such as glass or plastics).

Referring to fig. 1, as a first embodiment of the nasal irrigator of the present invention, in this embodiment, the nasal irrigator is composed of a liquid containing part 1 and a nasal blocking part 2, the liquid containing part 1 is a pear-shaped cup body, the nasal blocking part 2 is a cup cover which can be installed on the liquid containing part 1 by means of installation methods such as screw threads, the top of the nasal blocking part is provided with an outflow channel 21 for nasal cavity cleaning liquid, one side of the inside of the nasal blocking part 2 close to the outflow channel 21 is provided with a connecting post 22, the top of the drainage tube 11 is sleeved on the connecting post 22, and the bottom of the drainage tube 11 extends into the bottom inside of the liquid containing part 1. The nose-blocking member 2 is shaped in this embodiment as an olive-shaped end for blocking the nostrils, so that the nasal cavity cleaning fluid can flow from the outflow channel 21 into the nasal cavity of the human body.

When the nasal irrigator of the embodiment is used, prepared nasal cavity cleaning fluid (such as 0.9% physiological saline and the like) is filled into the liquid containing part 1, then nostrils are directly aligned to the nasal plugging part 2, and the nasal cavity cleaning fluid can smoothly or quickly flow into the nasal cavities by pressing the body of the liquid containing part 1. The working principle of the embodiment is that the nasal cavity cleaning liquid in the liquid containing part is controlled to be sprayed out from the end part of the nose blocking part or be prevented from flowing out by extruding the liquid containing part 1. For the convenience of pressing, the body of the liquid containing member 1 of the first embodiment is preferably made of PP.

Referring to fig. 2, as a second embodiment of the nasal irrigator of the present invention, in this embodiment, the nasal irrigator mainly comprises a liquid containing part 1, a nose blocking part 2 and a connecting tube 13 connecting the two parts, and a control part 3 for controlling whether the nasal cavity cleaning liquid flows out when the nasal irrigator is working is arranged on the liquid containing part 1. The liquid containing part 1 is a pear-shaped cup body and can be made of hard materials such as plastics. The upper end of the connecting pipe 13 is connected with the liquid containing part 1 through the integrated end cover 12 in a threaded connection mode, the connecting pipe and the liquid containing part can be manufactured through integrated processing and forming, the pipe body of the connecting pipe 13 can be designed into a V-shaped structure with a bending angle of 30-80 degrees, and the lower end of the connecting pipe 13 is connected with the nose blocking part 2.

The control member 3 is arranged in a groove of a top end surface 14 of the liquid containing member 1, and aims to control air to enter or stop entering the inside of the liquid containing member 1 from a mounting gap 15 on the top end surface 14. The top end surface 14 is designed to be groove-shaped, mainly for the purpose of protecting the control member 3 from easy touching when not in use, e.g. during transport. Meanwhile, a protective cover 16 which can be torn through a pull ring is designed outside the groove of the top end face 14. When the nasal irrigator is to be used, the protective cover 16 is torn open first, and then the control part 3 is controlled. The control part 3 functions to control the air to enter or stop entering the inside of the liquid containing part 1.

As another structural options of the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the nose blocking member 2 may be selected from an olive-shaped structure as shown in fig. 1, or an umbrella-shaped structure 201 as shown in fig. 3. For the nose blocking parts 2 with the shapes and the structures, the integral processing and forming or the detachable connection between the nose blocking parts and the connecting pipe 13 can not influence the use. Alternatively, the nose-blocking part 2 may be a hollow soft wing 202 folded outward as shown in fig. 4, and when the nose-blocking part having such a structure is manufactured, one end of the drainage tube or the connection tube is directly turned by hot blowing by a blow molding method or the like to form an umbrella shape or a mushroom head shape, and the nose-blocking part is directly used as the nose-blocking part.

When the nasal irrigator is used, prepared nasal cavity cleaning fluid (such as 0.9% physiological saline and the like) is filled into the liquid containing part 1, then the integrated end cover 12 is installed on the liquid containing part 1, and the nasal irrigator is inverted. At this time, since the air can not enter the liquid containing part 1, the nasal cavity cleaning liquid can not easily flow out from the end part of the nasal blockage part 2, and the air can enter the liquid containing part 1 through the action of the control part 3, so that the nasal cavity cleaning liquid can smoothly flow into the nasal cavity under the action of gravity to wash the nasal cavity. As several preferred configurations of the control unit, reference is made to fig. 5-10, respectively, and various configurations are described below:

referring to fig. 5 and 6, a first preferred structure of the control unit is mainly used in a reusable nasal irrigator product. The control component 3 mainly comprises a pressing head 31, a pressing rod 32, a spring 33, a sealing plate 37, a fixed cover 34 and a bottom plate 35, wherein the fixed cover 34 is arranged on the top side in the liquid containing component 1, a plurality of air inlets 38 are formed in the upper part of the fixed cover, and a bottom plate through hole 36 is formed in the bottom plate 35 at the bottom of the fixed cover 34. The bottom of the pressing rod 32 extends into the through hole 36 of the bottom plate, the rod body passes through the mounting gap 15 on the top end surface 14 of the liquid containing part 1, and the top of the rod body is connected with the pressing head 31. The sealing plate 37 is fixedly mounted on the pressing rod 32, and the top thereof abuts against the inner end surface of the top end surface 14 of the liquid containing member 1 to form a seal, so as to prevent air from entering the liquid containing member 1. The spring 33 is sleeved on the pressing rod 32, the upper part of the spring is connected with the bottom of the sealing plate 37, and the lower part of the spring is connected with the bottom plate 35. By pressing the pressing head 31 with fingers, the sealing plate 37 moves downward, so that air can enter the liquid containing part 1 from the mounting gap 15 of the liquid containing part 1 and the air inlet hole 38 of the fixed cover 34 in sequence, and further the nasal cavity cleaning liquid flows out from the end part of the nasal plugging part 2. When the pressing head 31 is released by fingers, the top of the sealing plate 37 is abutted against the inner side end face of the top end face 14 of the liquid containing component 1 under the action of the spring 33 to form a sealing state again, so that air cannot enter the liquid containing component 1, and at the moment, the nasal cavity cleaning liquid cannot continuously flow out from the end part of the nose blocking component 2. Through the work of the control component, air enters or is prevented from entering the liquid containing component 1, and the function of controlling whether the nasal cavity cleaning liquid flows out from the end part of the nose blocking component 2 or not is achieved.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a second preferred structure of the control unit is primarily for use in a disposable nasal irrigator product. The control member 3 is mainly composed of a disposable plug 39 with a pull ring, and the disposable plug 39 can be directly mounted in the mounting gap 15 of the top end face 14 of the liquid containing member 1 by injection molding or the like. When the nasal cavity cleaning liquid is required to be opened, the pull ring of the disposable plug 39 is directly pulled by hands, so that the disposable plug 39 can be separated from the installation gap 15 of the top end surface 14 of the liquid containing component 1, air can enter the liquid containing component 1 from the installation gap 15, and the nasal cavity cleaning liquid can further flow out from the end part of the nasal cavity cleaning liquid blocking component 2 to flush the nasal cavity. If the nasal cavity washing liquid needs to be stopped temporarily during the washing process, the mounting gap 15 can be blocked by fingers, and the nasal cavity washing liquid can be stopped flowing out. The nasal irrigator product with the structure is mainly characterized in that sterile nasal cavity cleaning solution is filled in before the product leaves a factory, and when a user uses the nasal irrigator product, the control component can be opened quickly by directly pulling the pull ring, so that the nasal irrigator is convenient to use.

Referring to fig. 9 and 10, a third preferred construction for the control unit is also for use in a disposable nasal irrigator product. The control member 3 is mainly composed of a conical burr 302, a seal film 303, and an elastic fiber 301, and the seal film 303 is directly attached to the inside of the attachment gap 15 of the top end face 14 of the liquid containing member 1 by injection molding or the like. The tip of the conical spike 302 faces the sealing film 303 side, and the upper part of the conical spike 302 is externally connected with the mounting gap 15 of the top end surface 14 of the liquid containing part 1 through a plurality of elastic body drawn wires 301. By pressing the conical prick 302, the tip thereof pierces the sealing film 303, so that air enters the liquid containing member 1 from the mounting gap 15, and the nasal cavity cleansing liquid flows out from the end of the nasal plug member 2 to wash the nasal cavity. After piercing, the pin 302 springs back upward under the action of the elastomer strand 301. The amount of air entering can be controlled by controlling the magnitude of the rebound by pressing, thereby controlling the liquid outflow rate. The nasal irrigator product with the structure is mainly characterized in that sterile nasal cavity cleaning solution is filled in before the product leaves a factory, and when a user uses the nasal irrigator product, the control component can be quickly opened directly by pressing the conical pricker 302, the flow can be controlled at will, and the nasal irrigator is convenient to use.

Referring to fig. 11, as a third embodiment of the nasal irrigator of the present invention, in this embodiment, the nasal irrigator is mainly composed of a liquid containing part 1 and a nose blocking part 2 which are integrally formed. The liquid containing part 1 is in a straight cylinder shape, and the nose blocking part 2 is arranged at one end of the liquid containing part 1 and is bent to be in a fish mouth shape. The control part 3 is arranged on the liquid containing part 1, the control part 3 can adopt the above-mentioned various preferred structures, the purpose of the control part is mainly to control the air to enter or avoid the air to enter the liquid containing part 1, and the nasal cavity cleaning liquid in the liquid containing part 1 can further flow out or avoid the nasal cavity cleaning liquid from the end part of the nasal blockage part 2 through gravity and atmospheric pressure.

The sealing effect cannot be achieved by the various embodiments described above, in which only the outflow channel 21 is present at the end of the nose-blocking part 2, and the nose washer products of these embodiments are usually based on the existing condition of the existing preparation (nasal cavity cleaning solution). In order to facilitate mass production and sale, sterile nasal cavity cleaning fluid needs to be filled into the liquid containing part 1 in advance, and a consumer opens the liquid containing part for use after purchasing the liquid containing part. The most obvious characteristic of the product is that the product can not be repeatedly used, so that an injection molding processing mode with lower manufacturing cost can be selected, and soft and cheap materials such as PP materials and the like are selected for processing and forming. For the nasal irrigator product, a sealing part is required to be additionally arranged at the end part of the nose plugging part 2, so that the nasal irrigator product is used for preventing nasal cavity cleaning liquid from leaking out in an unsealed state and preventing the nasal cavity cleaning liquid from being polluted.

Referring to fig. 12 and 13, a first preferred construction for a sealing member is primarily intended for use in disposable nasal irrigator products. The sealing member may be configured as a control member as shown in fig. 7 and 8, and mainly includes a disposable plug with a pull ring, and the disposable plug may be directly installed in the outflow passage 21 by injection molding or the like. When the nasal cavity cleaning liquid is required to be opened, the pull ring of the disposable plug is directly pulled by hands, so that the disposable plug can be separated from the outflow channel 21, and the nasal cavity cleaning liquid can flow out of the outflow channel 21 and enter the nasal cavity. When the user is using, directly can open sealing member fast through dragging the pull ring, convenient and fast.

Referring to figures 14 and 15, a second preferred construction for the sealing means, also for use in a disposable nasal irrigator product, differs from the first primarily in that it can be used intermittently, typically for no more than 1 day. For example, it can be used up within 1 day, and it can be used once every several hours for 2-4 times. This seal member is mainly composed of an engaging portion 24 and a covering portion 26. The engaging portion 24 is annular and is disposed at the end of the outflow channel 21 of the nose-blocking part 2 and connected thereto. The inside of portion 26 that closes is provided with the depressed part 25 that is hemisphere and opening down, and the lower part of depressed part 25 is provided with ring groove 27. When the sealing member is in an unsealed state, the bottom end surface of the covering portion 26 and the upper end surface of the engaging portion 24 are sealed together. When the sealing member needs to be opened, the covering part 26 is rotated slightly and forcefully to separate the covering part 26 from the engaging part 24, so that the nasal cavity washing liquid can flow out of the outflow passage 21. When the intermittent stopping is needed (namely, the temporary closing effect is needed), the covering part 26 is pressed downwards with force, so that the clamping part 24 is pressed into the concave part 25 of the covering part 26, meanwhile, the edge of the clamping part 24 is clamped into the annular groove 27, the temporary sealing effect is achieved, and the nasal cavity cleaning liquid cannot flow out of the outflow channel 21. When the cap is needed to be used again, the cap part 26 is pulled out with force.

Fig. 16 is a schematic structural view of a fourth embodiment of the nasal irrigator of the present invention, in this embodiment, the liquid containing part 1 made of PP is a pear-shaped cup body, and the connecting part between the connecting tube 13 and the liquid containing part 1 is sealed directly by thermoplastic processing.
