(4) sticking the paper printed product with the gum on the surface of a cylindrical wax body with a central shaft through hole (or blind holes arranged at two ends);

(5) a hand frame (similar to a handle of common wall surface brushing paste) with a connecting cross shaft and a wax body stuck with a printed product are assembled into a rolling device, and the rolling mechanism is that the cross shaft of the hand frame and a central shaft through hole (or blind holes at two ends) of a cylindrical wax body can be detachably inserted with a rolling shaft;

preferably, the device 2 for hot rolling the impression roller comprises a rolling impression roller 2.1, an electric heating frame and a handle, wherein the rolling impression roller is a heat conduction roller and can be assembled on the electric heating frame in a rolling way, the electric heating frame is fixedly connected with the handle, the electric heating frame comprises basic components such as a soldering iron head 2.2, a soldering iron core 2.3, a shell 2.4, a power cord 2.7 and a plug of a common external heating type soldering iron or basic components such as a connecting rod, a spring clamp, a soldering iron core and a soldering iron head of an internal heating type electric soldering iron, the soldering iron head is made into a columnar long shaft structure by copper and iron or high temperature resistant alloy materials with good oxidation resistance and heat conduction performance, the soldering iron head is detachably connected with the soldering iron core to form the heat conduction shaft, the rolling impression roller is in an oval cylindrical shape, the cylindrical rolling impression roller is arranged along the horizontal direction, a central shaft is coaxially arranged at the center of the insertion hole of the cylindrical rolling impression roller, the central shaft can be in a penetrating property or a non-penetrating insertion hole, the rolling and printing roller is rotatably inserted into the heat conducting shaft of the electric heating frame through the middle shaft insertion hole. The handle 2.5 of the electric heating frame is the handle of the hot rolling impression roller and is made of wood or bakelite.

preferably, the wax layer is a solidified layer of wax, is one or a combination of more of traditional plant wax, mineral wax, petroleum wax and synthetic wax, has the commonality of being solid at normal temperature, having plasticity, being easily melted, being insoluble in water, being easily liquefied or gasified after being heated and being easily combusted, and has the thickness of 0.5-5 MM;

or the raw materials of the wax layer also comprise a combustion improver which can decompose oxygen by heating potassium chlorate, potassium permanganate and the like and a manganese dioxide catalyst which is required by decomposition oxygen generation, wherein the manganese dioxide catalyst and the oxygen generation potassium salt are respectively arranged in the adjacent wax layer or the wax layer with the print and spice interlayer, so that the manganese dioxide catalyst and the oxygen generation potassium salt are contacted to promote the oxidation-reduction reaction only after the wax layer is melted, and the proportion of the combustion improver in the wax liquid is 2-10%.

Preferably, the printed matter layer, the spice layer and the wax layer are closely attached and connected to form a three-in-one forming body, at least one surface of the printed matter layer in the three-in-one forming body is attached to the wax layer to ensure candle-type combustion, the thickness of the total wax layer in the three-in-one forming body is larger than that of the total spice layer, and the number of the printed matter layer, the spice layer and the wax layer in the three-in-one forming body can be set according to any number of layers;

preferably, the printed product in the three-in-one forming body acts as a candle wick, and the central arrangement or the symmetrical arrangement or the central and symmetrical arrangement is needed for preventing the product from being eccentrically printed when the plurality of layers are arranged;

or the whole upper edge or partial upper edge of the printed product layer protrudes out of the upper plane of the three-in-one forming body to form 1.13 for ignition.

Preferably, the manufacturing process flow of the three-in-one forming body is (1) manufacturing of printed matters, a plurality of groups of complete pictures and texts with the sizes and the shapes consistent with those of the three-in-one forming body are transferred to a printing stock (2) to manufacture a sheet by spice or wax, the printed matters are covered on a single surface or double surfaces to be bonded into a whole when the formed viscous semi-dry state still exists, the semi-finished product after the spice layer and the wax layer are bonded (3) is cut to complete the manufacturing of the three-in-one forming body, and the three-in-one forming body can be a rolled long column-shaped hawthorn roll (shown in figure 2) or a square strip-shaped sandwich;

or, printing and cutting the complete sacrifice pattern of the printed product according to the set size of the candle body, and then attaching the spice layer and the wax layer with the same size to complete the manufacture.

Example 1

The printed matter layer printing stock of the embodiment is combustible natural non-woven cotton paper, wood pulp paper or plant grass and leather fiber paper, and is manufactured by the traditional non-woven fabric and paper making process; the thickness is 0.05-0.5mm, and the image-text layer is printed on a printing stock by a thermal transfer printing process. The printed product of the embodiment has complete sacrificial meaning pictures and texts, has a wick-type burning capillary action after being fixedly connected with the wax layer in a tightly attached mode, and can burn candle-type synchronously after being ignited after the printed product layer, the spice layer and the wax layer form a candle-type forming body.

The spice layer adopted by the embodiment is prepared by spice powder and/or herb powder and a bonding material according to the proportion of 6-10:2-5, wherein the spice powder is one or a combination of more of sandalwood, agilawood, pine branch and cinnamon powder; the vanilla powder is one or more of herba Agastaches, herba Rosmarini officinalis, and Lavender powder; the adhesive is one or more of elm bark powder, pumpkin powder and pectin.

The thickness of the spice layer is 0.1-3 MM.

The wax layer adopted in the embodiment is a solidified layer of wax, is one or a combination of a plurality of traditional vegetable wax, mineral wax, petroleum wax and synthetic wax, has the common properties of being solid at normal temperature, having plasticity, being easy to melt, being insoluble in water, being easy to liquefy or gasify and being easy to burn after being heated, and has the thickness of 0.5-5 MM;

the embodiment is the trinity shaping body of multilayer square column shape (fig. 1), and the centre layer is equipped with the printed matter layer, and the both sides of centre layer are the wax coat, and the outside on two wax coats is the perfumery layer, and the outside on two perfumery layers is the wax coat, all establishes to the printed matter layer with the four sides of the outmost or shaping body in two sides that inner structure layer is unanimous, when four faces of trinity shaping body all set up the printed matter layer, add the wax coat with two perpendicular sides of inner structure layer.

The manufacturing process flow of the multilayer three-in-one formed body comprises the steps of (1) manufacturing a printed product, transferring multiple groups of complete pictures and texts with the sizes and the shapes consistent with those of the three-in-one formed body to a printed material (2), manufacturing a wax layer into a sheet, respectively attaching two wax layers to two sides of the printed product to form a whole in a semi-solidification state of formed viscosity, manufacturing spices into a sheet, respectively attaching two spice layers to two side wax layers to form a whole in a semi-dry state of the formed viscosity, attaching the wax layers to the spice layers (5) in an operation (2) mode, attaching the outermost printed product to the wax layers through a hot-sticking (rolling) printing process, and cutting the printed product into a single finished product according to the complete pictures and texts of a single printed product and the preset size. Or, the manufacturing process of this embodiment may also be to cut the single-width printed product into a single-width product according to the complete graphics and text and the preset size of the single-width printed product after the printed product is manufactured, and then to finish the lamination of each layer according to the above process.

The hot rolling process of the embodiment comprises the following steps:

(1) pasting the printed product on the surface of the wax layer

(2) Heating a hot rolling and stamping roller with the size matched with the area of the printed product to 60-120 ℃;

(3) the hot rolling impression roller rolls on the surface of the printed product to melt the surface of the wax layer, the printed product and the wax layer are jointed into a whole, the printed product and the wax layer are firmly jointed after being cooled, and the picture and text of the cooled printed product keep original color and can not fade for a long time.

The basic structure of the hot rolling printing device of this embodiment is: the electric soldering iron comprises a rolling printing roller, an electric heating frame and a handle, wherein the rolling printing roller is a heat conducting roller and can be assembled on the electric heating frame in a rolling mode, the electric heating frame is fixedly connected with the handle, the electric heating frame comprises basic components such as a soldering iron head, a soldering iron core, a shell, a power supply lead wire and a plug of a common external heating type soldering iron or basic components such as a connecting rod, a spring clamp, the soldering iron core and a soldering iron head of an internal heating type electric soldering iron, the soldering iron head is of a columnar long shaft structure made of copper, iron or high-temperature-resistant alloy materials with good oxidation resistance and heat conducting performance, and the soldering iron head and the soldering iron core are detachably connected to form the heat conducting shaft. The top of heat conduction axle is equipped with can dismantle and rolls seal roller control cap, and the root of heat conduction axle is equipped with can dismantle and rolls seal roller control card. Roll the impression roller shape and be oval cylindrical, the cylinder is rolled the impression roller and is set up along the horizontal direction, and this cylinder is rolled the coaxial axis jack that is equipped with in center department of impression roller, and the axis jack can be the penetrability, also can be non-penetrability, rolls the rotatable grafting setting of heat conduction axle that the impression roller passes through axis jack and electric heat frame. The handle of the electric heating frame is the handle of the hot rolling and stamping roller and is made of wood or bakelite. The electric heating frame is provided with a constant temperature control device in the prior art.

Example 2

The three-in-one molded body of the embodiment is a cylindrical product (see fig. 2), and the basic manufacturing process comprises the following steps: (1) rolling the prepared printed product into a strip shape 1.16 (in order to reduce the rolling difficulty of a single-layer thin printed product, a pith 1.15 of rush can be arranged on a central shaft (namely, the traditional rush core can be replaced by a line incense) and is stained with wax, the wax layer is arranged on one side of the printed product after being semi-solidified and is rolled by taking the shaft as the shaft), (2) the rolled strip-shaped printed product is stained with wax to form a wax layer, (3) rolling the prepared semi-dry spice powder on the semi-solidified wax layer in the step (2) to form a spice layer, (4) vertically placing the (3) in the center of a wax casting mould and injecting the wax, demoulding the wax body after solidification, and (5) adopting the hot sticking (rolling) printing method of the embodiment 1 to stick and print the printed product on the surface of the wax layer; or, the printed matter is pasted on a wax layer and is rolled on a plane iron plate or copper plate (the same structure and principle of a common electric iron) which is heated to the temperature of 60-120 ℃ (provided with a constant temperature control device in the prior art) to implement hot pasting (rolling) printing.

The embodiment can also be made into multi-layer alternate cylindrical body of sacrifice printed product, sacrifice incense and sacrifice wax, the center is rolled strip-shaped or hollow printed product layer which can be higher than the upper plane of the candle body for ignition (see figure 2)

In the embodiment, potassium chlorate, potassium permanganate and other combustion improver capable of decomposing oxygen and manganese dioxide catalyst required for decomposing oxygen are added into the raw materials of the wax layer of the interlayer respectively, namely, the manganese dioxide catalyst and the potassium formate are respectively arranged in the adjacent wax layer or the wax layer with the print and spice interlayer, so that the manganese dioxide catalyst and the formate are contacted to promote the oxidation-reduction reaction only after the wax layer is melted, the proportion of the combustion improver in the wax liquid is 2-10%, and the dosage of the manganese dioxide is 1/10 of the dosage of the potassium salt. The rolled three-in-one cylindrical product can be provided with oxygen-making sylvite and manganese dioxide in a rolled layer of the printed product, and the oxygen-making sylvite and the manganese dioxide in the rolled layer are in an isolated state. Other examples are the same as examples 1, 2 and 3

Example 5

In this embodiment, a single or a plurality of bundled straw cores (pith of the straw core) are arranged in the center of the three-in-one forming body, a base which can be inserted into the three-in-one sacrifice article of the present invention and is provided with liquid fuel grooves such as ghee and the like is arranged at the bottom, and the sacrifice printed article, the sacrifice incense and the sacrifice wax which are integrated into a whole and the liquid fuel base (including liquid fuel) which are provided with the straw cores in the center jointly form the dual-energy sacrifice article (candle). The strong capillary action of the wick and the introduction of the liquid fuel promote combustion of the three-in-one shaped body of the invention.

The use method of the sacrifice printed product, the sacrifice incense and the sacrifice wax integrated sacrifice product can be as follows:

the invention is mainly used for worship expressing activities such as religious worship, cold clothes, condolence and the like, and can select different printed product pictures and texts according to different activities. The integration of the sacrifice printed product, the sacrifice incense and the sacrifice wax means that the three traditional ceremonies expression forms are integrated, so that the three forms are intensively expressed, and the novel sacrifice product can be burnt in a candle type mode by using the wax point mode which is the same as the traditional mode. The invention can be placed or assembled on a matched candlestick and a candlestick for matching use.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that: various substitutions, changes and modifications are possible without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention and the appended claims, and therefore the scope of the invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed.
