1. A method for treating impregnated rubber wood, characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:

(1) placing the wood to be modified in an impregnation tank, heating, maintaining for 20-30min under a vacuum condition, then reducing the temperature, introducing impregnation liquid, continuously pressurizing, maintaining for 5-6 h, and discharging the impregnation liquid after finishing to obtain modified wood for later use;

(2) and taking out the modified wood from the impregnation tank, and putting the modified wood into a drying kiln for drying in stages to obtain the impregnated rubber wood.

2. The treatment method according to claim 1, wherein the wood to be modified in the step (1) is selected from boards with water content of 10-60%.

3. The treatment method according to claim 1, wherein the impregnation liquid in the step (1) is prepared by the following method: mixing the resin, sodium silicate water solution and distilled water, and magnetically stirring at room temperature for 10min to obtain the impregnation liquid.

4. The treatment method according to claim 1, wherein the heating temperature in the step (1) is 60 to 120 ℃; the vacuum condition is-0.1 MPa; the temperature is reduced to 25 ℃; continuously pressurizing to more than or equal to 1.0 MPa.

5. The treatment method according to claim 1, wherein the impregnation liquid of step (1) immerses the wood entirely and 1cm higher than the wood.

The process of claim 1, wherein the staged drying of step (2) is: the first drying is carried out at 60 ℃ until the water content is less than 30%, the second drying is carried out at 70 ℃ until the water content is less than 20%, the third drying is carried out at 80 ℃ until the water content is less than 15%, and the fourth drying is carried out at 100 ℃ until the water content is less than 10%.

7. The treatment method according to claim 3, wherein the resin is 5% by mass, the sodium silicate aqueous solution is 20% by mass, and the balance is distilled water.

Background

Rubber trees (Hevea brasiliensis) are widely planted in southern China, southeast Asia and other places, the effective gum production period of the rubber trees is about 30 years, after the effective gum production period, the gum production amount is reduced, gum forest updating is needed, and the quantity of the rubber trees exceeds 1000 million cubic meters due to updating production every year. The rubber wood belongs to scattered hole materials, is easy to process, has beautiful texture, is widely used for manufacturing wooden products such as furniture, laminated wood finger joint boards, toys and the like at present, and is an important commodity material for artificial forests. However, the rubber wood has high content of starch, sugar and protein, so that the rubber wood is easy to have blue stain, mildew, worm damage and decay. At present, the modification treatment of rubber wood is mainly drug treatment, and water-soluble medicaments are immersed in the rubber wood by methods such as cold-hot tank cooking, vacuum pressure impregnation and the like, and the used medicaments generally have certain toxicity and have certain influence on human bodies and the environment. In addition, the method has the problems of long modification treatment and drying period, high cost, unstable modification effect and the like.

In view of the above disadvantages, a method for treating impregnated rubber wood, which can directly process wet rubber wood boards, has low energy consumption, low cost and strong impregnation effect, is helpful for the modifier to be condensed and cured inside wood, and the used impregnation solution is environmentally friendly, is urgently needed in the industry.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the analysis, the invention discloses a method for treating impregnated rubber wood, which can directly process wet rubber wood boards, has low energy consumption, low cost and strong impregnation effect, is beneficial to the coagulation and solidification of a modifier in wood, and uses an impregnation liquid which is environment-friendly.

The invention is realized by adopting the following means:

a treatment method of impregnated rubber wood comprises the following steps:

(1) placing the wood to be modified in an impregnation tank, heating, maintaining for 20-30min under a vacuum condition, then reducing the temperature, introducing impregnation liquid, continuously pressurizing, maintaining for 5-6 h, and discharging the impregnation liquid after finishing to obtain modified wood for later use;

(2) and taking out the modified wood from the impregnation tank, and putting the modified wood into a drying kiln for drying in stages to obtain the impregnated rubber wood.

Further, the wood to be modified in the step (1) is selected from a plate with the water content of 10-60%.

Further, the impregnation liquid in the step (1) is prepared by the following method: mixing the resin, sodium silicate water solution and distilled water, and magnetically stirring at room temperature for 10min to obtain the impregnation liquid.

Further, the resin accounts for 5% by mass, the sodium silicate aqueous solution accounts for 20% by mass, and the balance is distilled water.

Further, the resin is selected from GU resin or GMUF resin.

Further, the heating temperature in the step (1) is 60-120 ℃; the vacuum condition is-0.1 MPa; the temperature is reduced to 25 ℃; continuously pressurizing to more than or equal to 1.0 MPa.

Further, the impregnation liquid in the step (1) completely immerses the wood, and the height of the impregnation liquid is 1cm higher than that of the wood.

The invention also discloses the impregnated rubber wood prepared by any one of the preparation methods.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the invention can directly process the rubber wood wet plate, and solves the problems of high energy consumption and high cost caused by the processing of the conventional rubber wood processing which needs a dry plate.

2. The wood is kept in a heating state for vacuumizing, air in the wood can be partially or completely discharged, then the temperature is reduced, so that the residual air in the wood is compressed to generate a vacuum state, and the agent enters the wood by means of pressure difference during pressurization, so that the impregnation effect is improved.

3. The impregnation liquid used in the invention contains little or no formaldehyde, and belongs to an environment-friendly modifier.

4. The wood is dried by stages after being impregnated, so that the energy consumption is reduced, and the modifier is favorably coagulated and solidified in the wood.
