Meanwhile, the composite material has low density, so that the structural weight can be obviously reduced, the traditional material can be replaced, the structural function integrated design is realized, and the composite material is widely applied to the engine nacelle.

With the application of the noise reduction structure of the carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material nacelle, the noise of the engine is obviously improved, and the noise reduction structure is closely related to a series of noise reduction measures adopted by the engine nacelle. In order to realize the noise reduction function, structures such as an air inlet inner wall plate, a reverse-thrust inner wall plate and the like of the engine nacelle are designed into a sound lining wall plate structure, a panel on the inner flow channel side meets the noise reduction requirement by using a perforated plate, and the perforated panel is generally required to keep the through hole rate of more than 98 percent after being bonded with the honeycomb core. According to the common composite material bonding technology, the perforated panel is likely to be blocked by an adhesive film in the bonding process with the honeycomb core, the noise reduction effect of the acoustic lining wall plate is reduced, and the drill bit directly drills the node of the honeycomb core in the mode of drilling the acoustic lining array hole after the bonding, so that the mechanical property of the honeycomb core is reduced.

Therefore, a method for controlling the through hole rate of the acoustic lining wallboard made of the honeycomb sandwich composite material is needed to be developed, wherein the method can ensure the bonding strength of the perforated composite material skin and the honeycomb core and can not cause the perforated composite material skin to be blocked.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a method for controlling the through hole rate of a honeycomb sandwich composite material sound lining wall plate, which comprises the step of manufacturing parts and aims to overcome the problems that when a glue film is adopted to glue a honeycomb and a composite material skin containing array sound lining holes, the glue film flows into the sound lining holes to cause hole blockage, the through hole rate cannot meet the requirement, and the established noise reduction function cannot be realized.

The honeycomb sandwich composite material acoustic lining wall panel comprises a composite material lower skin, a honeycomb core and a composite material upper skin, wherein an acoustic lining array hole is formed in the composite material lower skin; and adopting a glue film to glue the composite material lower skin containing the sound liner array holes, the honeycomb core and the composite material upper skin.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1) the invention adopts the process lower than the curing temperature of the glue film to pre-glue the glue film and the composite material skin, uses the strippable cloth to protect and then drills the sound lining holes together, thereby effectively solving the problem that the traditional glue joint process is difficult to control the plugging of the sound lining array holes of the sound lining plate of the honeycomb sandwich composite material by the glue film, and ensuring the sound attenuation and noise reduction effects of the sound lining plate to the maximum extent;

2) the damage to the honeycomb sandwich caused by the acoustic lining hole array after the acoustic lining wall plate component made of the honeycomb sandwich composite material is glued and formed is avoided.

3) The invention is suitable for the adhesive film with and without the carrier for the adhesive bonding of any composite material.
