(2) weaving 15 parts of terylene, 35 parts of artificial fiber and 40 parts of cotton fiber by a weaving machine to obtain a base cloth layer (4);

(3) uniformly coating the surface of the base cloth layer (4) obtained in the step (2) with the reflective coating obtained in the step (1), repeatedly brushing for three times, and then baking in a baking oven at 50 ℃ for 24 hours to obtain a reflective layer (1);

(4) uniformly covering the surface of the base cloth layer (4) obtained in the step (2) with a nano silver and nano titanium dioxide compound in a weight ratio of 2:1 by using a hot melt adhesive to obtain a radiation-proof layer (2);

(5) uniformly covering the nanometer hollow glass beads on the surface of the base cloth layer (4) obtained in the step (2) by using hot melt adhesive to obtain a heat insulation layer (3);

(6) and (3) compounding the prepared reflective layer (1), the prepared radiation-proof layer (2), the prepared heat-insulating layer (3) and the prepared base cloth layer (4) among the layers in sequence from top to bottom by adopting a film pressing compounding or hot melting bonding mode to obtain the cloth.

9. The method for preparing a thermal insulation cloth according to claim 8, wherein: the covering thickness of the nano silver and nano titanium dioxide compound in the step (4) is 100-350 nm.

The heat insulation cloth is a functional cloth, and other functions are given while the cloth is used, so that the heat insulation cloth has the softness of the cloth and the heat insulation effect.

Chinese patent CN 107263951 a discloses a heat insulation cloth and a preparation method thereof, the heat insulation cloth comprises a heat insulation layer, a first heat insulation layer and a second heat insulation layer, a waterproof layer wrapped by a nano coating is coated on the top of the heat insulation layer, the heat insulation layer is formed by weaving metal wires, hemp threads, sheep wool threads and cotton threads, the metal wires comprise a first metal sewing thread and a second metal sewing thread, and the outer surfaces of the first metal sewing thread and the second metal sewing thread are made of heat insulation powder materials, so that the heat insulation function is realized. However, the cloth made of metal wires has poor flexibility and expensive metal price, and the heat insulation powder coated on the surface of the metal wires can be adhered loosely and fall off gradually, so that the heat insulation function of the cloth is gradually lost, and the preparation method is complex.

Further, the reflective coating is composed of a mixture of the following weight formula: 5-10 parts of reflective powder, 20-40 parts of acrylic resin, 1-5 parts of waterborne epoxy resin, 1-5 parts of dimethyl silicone oil, 1-5 parts of sodium hydroxyethyl cellulose and 30-70 parts of absolute alcohol. The reflective powder can be used on various surfaces with complex shapes and has strong light reflectivity.

(1) placing 20-40 parts of acrylic resin, 1-5 parts of waterborne epoxy resin, 1-5 parts of dimethyl silicone oil, 1-5 parts of sodium hydroxyethyl cellulose and 30-70 parts of absolute alcohol in a stirrer for mixing, gradually adding 5-10 parts of reflective powder after uniform stirring, and stirring for 0.5-1h at the temperature of 40-50 ℃ to obtain uniform mixed liquid, namely the reflective coating;

(2) weaving 15 parts of terylene, 35 parts of artificial fiber and 40 parts of cotton fiber by a weaving machine to obtain a base fabric layer;

(3) uniformly coating the surface of the base cloth layer obtained in the step (2) with the reflective coating obtained in the step (1), repeatedly coating for three times, and then drying in a 50 ℃ oven for 24 hours to obtain a reflective layer;

(4) uniformly covering the surface of the base cloth layer obtained in the step (2) with a nano silver and nano titanium dioxide compound in a weight ratio of 2:1 by using a hot melt adhesive to obtain an anti-radiation layer;

(5) uniformly covering the nanometer hollow glass beads on the surface of the base cloth layer obtained in the step (2) by using hot melt adhesive to obtain a heat insulation layer;

(6) and compounding the prepared reflective layer, the prepared radiation-proof layer, the prepared heat-insulating layer and the prepared base cloth layer among the layers in sequence from top to bottom by adopting a film pressing compounding or hot melting bonding mode to obtain the cloth.

Further, the covering thickness of the nano silver and nano titanium dioxide composite in the step (4) is 100-350 nm. If the covering thickness is too thick, the flexibility of the product is affected, and if the covering thickness is too thin, the radiation protection effect is not good.

Further, the covering thickness of the hollow glass microspheres in the step (5) is 200-400 nm. Too thick a covering thickness affects the flexibility of the product, and too thin a covering thickness makes the heat insulation effect poor.

The technical scheme shows that the invention has the following beneficial effects: the surface layer of the heat insulation cloth is provided with the reflective layer, and the reflective coating of the reflective layer can reflect a part of sunlight; the radiation-proof layer is arranged below the reflecting layer and can prevent ultraviolet rays from penetrating; the heat insulation layer filled with the hollow glass is arranged below the radiation protection layer, so that partial sunlight can be further reflected, the penetration of solar heat can be reduced, and the radiation protection layer has a good heat insulation effect. As shown in fig. 1, the heat insulation cloth sequentially comprises a reflective layer 1, a radiation protection layer 2, a heat insulation layer 3 and a base cloth layer 4 from top to bottom, wherein the reflective layer 1 is coated with a reflective coating layer, and the reflective coating is composed of a mixture of the following weight formula: 5-10 parts of reflective powder, 20-40 parts of acrylic resin, 1-5 parts of waterborne epoxy resin, 1-5 parts of dimethyl silicone oil, 1-5 parts of sodium hydroxyethyl cellulose and 30-70 parts of anhydrous alcohol; the radiation-proof layer 2 is a composite layer of nano silver and nano titanium dioxide, the weight ratio of the nano silver to the nano titanium dioxide in the composite layer is 2:1, the particle size of the nano silver is 10-25nm, and the particle size of the nano titanium dioxide is 50-100 nm; the heat insulation layer 3 comprises a nano hollow glass bead layer, and the particle size of the nano hollow glass bead is 100-250 nm; the base cloth layer 4 comprises 15 parts of terylene, 35 parts of artificial fiber and 40 parts of cotton fiber.
