s1: fully sterilizing the part to be punctured of the patient, and taking up the push handle and the hollow cylinder by adopting aseptic operation;

s2: the puncture needle is punctured into the vein of the patient, and the blood enters the blood storage bin through the puncture needle;

s3: taking out the guide wire by aseptic operation, penetrating the guide wire through the cavity of the push handle, penetrating the rubber plug through the middle channel of the rubber plug through the check valve I, entering the puncture needle from the center of the skin expanding tube, and further penetrating the puncture needle into the vein of the patient;
