1. An end cap assembly, comprising:

the inner cover is sleeved at the opening of the bottle, a first cylinder and an annular first extending part surrounding the first cylinder are vertically arranged at the upper part of the inner cover, a first annular area is formed between the outer side of the first cylinder and the inner side of the first extending part, a first channel communicated with a cavity of the container is arranged in the axial middle of the first cylinder, and a first notch groove communicated with the first channel and the first annular area is formed in the upper end of the side surface of the first cylinder;

the lower part of the upper cover is vertically provided with a second cylinder and an annular second external extension part surrounding the second cylinder, the outer side of the second cylinder and the inner side of the second external extension part form a second annular area, a second channel is arranged in the middle of the second cylinder in the axial direction, a second notch groove communicated with the second channel and the second annular area is formed in the lower end of the side surface of the second cylinder, and a discharge channel communicated with the second annular area is arranged at the upper part of the upper cover;

4. The end cap assembly of claim 2, further comprising an outer cap that fits over a lower portion of the inner cap and surrounds a lower portion of the outer portion of the third extension, the outer cap rotating to drive the upper cap to rotate relative to the inner cap.

5. The end cap assembly of claim 4, wherein the outer cap has a driving portion disposed thereon, and a first driving post is disposed on an outer side of the third outer extension portion, wherein the driving portion drives the first driving post to rotate the upper cap.

The end cap assembly according to claim 4, wherein the outer side of the lower portion of the inner cap is provided with a fan-shaped limiting groove, the head and tail ends of the limiting groove are provided with first limiting protrusions, the inner side of the outer cap is provided with second limiting protrusions, the bottom of the second limiting protrusions is provided with a groove, and the first limiting protrusions are clamped into the groove to limit the rotation range of the outer cap.

7. The end cap assembly of claim 4, wherein the outer side of the lower portion of the inner cap is further provided with a second outer snap ring, and the lower portion of the inner side of the outer cap is provided with a second inner snap ring that is snapped into engagement with the second outer snap ring.

8. The end cap assembly of claim 1, wherein the inner cap lower portion is provided with a plurality of sections of threading teeth on an inner side thereof for engaging a bottle.

9. The end cap assembly of claim 8, wherein the inner cap is further provided with a positioning post on the inside of the lower portion thereof for engaging with a positioning groove of the bottle, the positioning post being vertically disposed between the two sections of the threading teeth.

10. A container comprising an end cap assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetic packaging containers, in particular to an end cover assembly and a container using the same.

Background

Most of the existing packaging containers for storing liquid cosmetics in the market are of extrusion structures, before the cosmetics are used, an end cover assembly of the packaging container needs to be opened firstly, then the packaging container is squeezed, and the cosmetics can flow out of an outlet of the container. However, the end cap assembly of the conventional packaging container is not easy to open, and a consumer easily feels pain when opening the end cap assembly. The ease with which the end cap assembly is opened further determines the ease with which the packaging container is opened.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides an end cover assembly which can be opened without labor so as to open a packaging container.

The invention also provides a container using the end cover assembly.

An end cap assembly according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the invention comprises: the inner cover is sleeved at the opening of the bottle, a first cylinder and an annular first extending part surrounding the first cylinder are vertically arranged at the upper part of the inner cover, a first annular area is formed between the outer side of the first cylinder and the inner side of the first extending part, a first channel communicated with a cavity of the container is arranged in the axial middle of the first cylinder, and a first notch groove communicated with the first channel and the first annular area is formed in the upper end of the side surface of the first cylinder;

the lower part of the upper cover is vertically provided with a second cylinder and an annular second external extension part surrounding the second cylinder, the outer side of the second cylinder and the inner side of the second external extension part form a second annular area, a second channel is arranged in the middle of the second cylinder in the axial direction, a second notch groove communicated with the second channel and the second annular area is formed in the lower end of the side surface of the second cylinder, and a discharge channel communicated with the second annular area is arranged at the upper part of the upper cover;

the first cylinder is inserted into the second channel, the first extension part is sleeved outside the second extension part, the first annular region and the second annular region are matched to form a third channel, the upper cover rotates relative to the inner cover into two states, the first state is that the first notch groove is communicated with the second notch groove, and the discharge channel is communicated with the first channel through the third channel; in the second state, the first notch groove and the second notch groove are staggered, and the discharge passage is separated from the first passage.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, a driving portion is disposed on the outer cover, and a first driving column is disposed outside the third extending portion, and the driving portion drives the first driving column to drive the upper cover to rotate.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the outer side of the lower part of the inner cover is further provided with a second outer snap ring, and the lower part of the inner side of the outer cover is provided with a second inner snap ring clamped with the second outer snap ring.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the inner side of the lower part of the inner cap is provided with a thread for attaching a bottle.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the inner side of the lower part of the inner cover is further provided with a positioning column which is matched with the positioning groove of the bottle, and the positioning column is vertically arranged between the two sections of the fastening teeth.

A container according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the invention, comprising an end cap assembly according to any of the preceding claims.

The container according to the embodiment of the invention has at least the following advantages: by adopting the container in the technical scheme, the opening or closing process of the container is simple, the operation is convenient, the container can be opened or closed without labor, and the use is convenient.
