The collection and transport tank of sludge-like waste as claimed in claim 1, wherein said valve means (200) comprises a flow control valve (210) and a control assembly (220) connected to said flow control valve (210), said control assembly (220) being capable of controlling the degree of opening of said flow control valve (210).

7. The collection and transport tank of sludge-like waste in accordance with claim 1, wherein the flow control valve (210) is a dome valve.

8. The collection and transportation tank for sludge-like waste as claimed in claim 1, wherein said fixing frame (300) is provided with a plurality of ear plates (330).
