5. The ground roller heavy-duty transport line of claim 1, wherein the bearing plate is further provided with a stopper fixed to an edge of the bearing plate and closely attached to an inner side of the first side plate or the second side plate.

The ground roller heavy-duty transport line according to claim 1, wherein said support frame further comprises a foot rest supported on the ground, a contact surface of said foot rest with the ground is a support surface, and a distance between an upper surface of the conveyor belt and said support surface is 260 mm to 350 mm.

The ground roll heavy-duty transport line of claim 6, wherein said foot rest comprises support legs supported on the ground and foot rest connectors connecting said support legs to the frame, said support legs comprising support tabs and connecting tabs perpendicular to each other; the supporting legs are connected with the foot rest connecting pieces through connecting pieces.

8. The ground roll heavy-duty transport line of claim 7, wherein said support sheet has a fixing hole, and said connecting sheet and said fixing hole are located on opposite sides of a center line of said support sheet.

Background

In existing conveying equipment, goods are carried by workers or forklifts onto a transport line. In order to ensure the safety of the goods, workers need to manually carry the goods to be placed at an inlet of a transportation line or a forklift to a certain position, and the workers manually carry out adjustment. Workers have difficulty touching the edges of the rack during handling or adjustment. In addition, if the transportation route is long, a plurality of transportation lines are needed to be spliced for use, goods are easily scratched by sharp supports at the splicing positions of the adjacent transportation lines, the goods are possibly damaged, and the transportation safety cannot be guaranteed.

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a ground roller heavy-load transportation line, so that the upper surface of a conveyor belt is higher than the upper surface of a support, and goods are prevented from scraping the support.

the invention provides a ground roller heavy-load transportation line, which is characterized in that a flat bearing plate is additionally arranged between a first side plate and a second side plate of a support, and a conveyor belt is arranged on the bearing plate, so that the upper surface of the conveyor belt is higher than that of the local roller heavy-load transportation line, cargos are prevented from scraping the support in the transportation process, and the safety and the stability of cargo transportation are improved.
