Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of resource utilization of solid waste drilling rock debris, and particularly relates to cement fired by using drilling rock debris, a method and application.

Background

The natural clay adopted by the cement industry in China comprises clay, loess, shale, mudstone and the like as raw materials, wherein the clay and the loess are used most, and along with the trend of development and large-scale of cement, shale and siltstone are adopted as clay raw materials in recent years and still are natural mine resources in order to protect cultivated land and not occupy farmland.

The oil-based drilling cuttings mainly refer to oil-based drilling fluid, and a mixture of cuttings and the oil-based drilling fluid is carried out during drilling. The oil-based drilling fluid comprises oil water, organic clay, an oily chemical treatment agent, a weighting agent, a flocculating agent and the like. The oil-based drilling cuttings are the cuttings in various shale layers and crude oil in oil reservoirs and oil-based drilling fluid mixture, and due to surface tension and adsorption, the outer surface of the oil-based drilling cuttings is often coated with a layer of oil film, the water content is 10-20%, and the oil content is 5-15%. The chemical components of the composite material are very complex, generally comprise a plurality of substances with bad odor and toxicity, such as anthracene, pyrene, benzene series, phenols and the like, and the composite material is a multiphase system consisting of oil-in-water (O/W), water-in-oil (W/O) and a large amount of suspended solids, has high viscosity and strong pollution, and is listed as national hazardous waste records.

At present, a plurality of methods for treating oil-based rock debris are available, and the oil-based rock debris is subjected to biochemical treatment, curing treatment, burying treatment, incineration treatment and the like, wherein the treatment methods have the defects that the treatment is not thorough or can not reach the standard, the temperature of a combustion chamber in the incineration treatment reaches more than 900 ℃, and the temperature of a combustion chamber in the incineration treatment reaches more than 1300 ℃, so that the oil-based rock debris can be thoroughly and harmlessly treated. But the disposal cost is too high, and the discharged ash slag is required to be buried according to the environmental protection requirement and is not finally disposed.

The fly ash is solid waste discharged by coal-fired power plants, the annual power generation capacity growth rate of China is 7.3%, 3 hundred million tons of fly ash are achieved in 2010, and great pressure is applied to the economic construction and ecological environment of China. On the other hand, China is a country with limited resource reserves occupied by everyone, the comprehensive utilization of the fly ash changes waste into valuable and changes harm into benefit, and the fly ash becomes an important technical and economic policy in the economic construction of China. At present, the fly ash is widely applied to the aspects of construction, building materials, water conservancy and the like, but a new energy conversion mode needs to be developed to consume the fly ash which is increasing day by day.

The drilling cuttings as the substitute clay have the following problems to be solved in addition to the chemical components containing the clay:

the drill cuttings have high viscosity and stable structure, and are high in water content and oil content and difficult to remove liquid;

and B, the oil fields have different geographical positions, different ground levels and larger chemical component content range.

Disclosure of Invention

One object of the present invention is to propose a method for firing cement from drill cuttings.

The invention relates to a method for firing cement by using drill cuttings, which comprises the following steps: s101: firstly, performing solid-liquid separation on drilling rock debris slurry to obtain solid-phase drilling rock debris, and pouring the drilling rock debris into a rock debris pool; s102: stirring and crushing the drilling cuttings and the fly ash, and homogenizing; s103: determining the content of chemical components in the product of step S102; s104: and (5) controlling the mixture ratio according to the result of the step (S103) and adding the mixture ratio into the cement production process to obtain the cement.

The method for firing cement by using the drill cuttings completely replaces clay by pretreating and proportioning the fly ash according to the chemical components and physical characteristics of the drill cuttings without changing the quality, formula and process flow of the original cement.
