7. The method of claim 6, further comprising the step of,

Background

Although many kinds of facial masks in the market have certain caring and nursing effects, the functions of the facial masks in aspects of nutrition supplement, durable nursing, beauty treatment, anti-aging and the like of the face need to be further strengthened. In addition, many facial mask formulas on the market at present contain various chemical components, and the facial mask is easy to stimulate and damage the skin after long-term use. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a natural edible high-activity facial mask which can be eaten and applied externally.

The honey contains rich active substances such as saccharides, vitamins, enzymes, acids, mineral substances and the like, and the honey recorded in Chinese pharmacopoeia has the effects of tonifying middle-jiao, moistening dryness, relieving pain and detoxifying; promoting tissue regeneration and healing wound for external use. Can be used for treating abdominal pain, dry cough due to lung dryness, constipation due to intestinal dryness, and toxic materials of radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii; the external treatment of unhealing sores and ulcers and scald caused by hot water and fire shows that the honey has a good function of repairing damaged skin and plays a certain role in treating the damage to the skin. The beneficial effects of the invention are that because the honey contains a large amount of nutrient substances, the honey can cause pore blockage, on one hand, acacia honey and rape royal jelly are selected to reduce the pore blockage effect as much as possible, on the other hand, concentrated purple carrot juice is added, and the carrot juice has a good skin moistening effect, on the other hand, experiments show that the honey mask has a good effect of dredging skin pores, so that the pore blockage caused by the honey can be greatly relieved, the problem of applying the honey to the mask is avoided, and the application of the honey to the mask is greatly improved.

The high-activity mask prepared by the invention is an edible mask, takes honey, royal jelly and concentrated purple carrot juice as raw materials, does not contain any chemical component, does not generate any side effect on skin after long-term use, can be eaten after being taken and applied externally, has two purposes, and can better achieve the effects of beautifying and protecting skin.

In the invention, in order to retain the activity of the mask to the maximum extent, the adopted royal jelly is required to be unfrozen at a temperature of not more than 25 ℃ for 24 hours, the unfrozen royal jelly is required to be at a temperature of not more than 4 ℃, and the environmental temperature of the subsequent operation steps of filtering, impurity removal, high-speed stirring, emulsification, filling and the like is required to be not more than 25 ℃, so that the activity of the mask is further ensured.

According to the invention, the mask is emulsified by adopting a rapid stirring method, the texture of the mask becomes more uniform and fine, and the concentrated purple carrot juice which contains abundant anthocyanin is added, so that the oxidation resistance of the mask is further enhanced, the mask is in a purplish red milk shake shape, and the color appearance of the mask is more unique compared with the mask on the market.

The acacia honey adopted in the invention has the water content of less than or equal to 20 percent, the rape royal jelly is the rape pulp in spring, the condensed purple carrot juice is 4-6 times of the condensed juice, and the high activity of the mask is further ensured from the raw materials.

Detailed Description

Example 1

The invention relates to an edible high-activity mask raw material composition and a preparation method thereof, wherein the edible high-activity mask raw material composition comprises the following raw materials:

the composite material consists of the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 40 parts of acacia honey, 10 parts of spring rape royal jelly and 5 parts of concentrated purple carrot juice.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:

(1) selecting materials, wherein the selected royal jelly is rape pulp in spring, the honey is locust honey, and the pesticide residue and antibiotics of the royal jelly meet the national standard.

(2) Thawing, taking the required royal jelly from a freezing warehouse, keeping the activity of the royal jelly to the maximum extent, wherein the thawing temperature of the royal jelly is 23 ℃, the thawing time is 16h, and the thawed royal jelly is fluid and has the temperature of 1 ℃.

(3) Filtering to remove impurities, filtering Mel with 100 mesh filter screen to remove impurities, and filtering thawed Lac Regis Apis with 80 mesh filter to remove impurities.

(4) Stirring and emulsifying, stirring the filtered Mel and Lac Regis Apis with universal stirrer at rotation speed of 164r/min for 15min, stirring and emulsifying to obtain milky fluid, adding concentrated succus Dauci Sativae, and stirring for 5min to obtain uniform color.

(5) And (3) filling, pouring the emulsified honey and royal jelly mask into a regulated automatic filling and sealing device, and sealing a jelly cup and a film.

Experimental example 1

In order to better understand the present invention, the technical effects of the present invention will be further described through clinical trial reports.

1. The patient data includes 100 cases of patients with acne on their cheek, 50 cases of male and female, and age 16-30 years. The treatment groups are divided into two groups, including 50 treatment groups (coated with honey and royal jelly facial mask), 25 male and female groups, and age 16-30 years old, 30 control groups (prepared by adding carrageenan and water), 25 male and female groups, and age 16-30 years old.

Before use, the sex, the age and the skin symptom score of each group of patients have no significant difference (P >0.05) and are comparable.

2. Experimental materials:

5. The evaluation standard of curative effect is as follows:

7. Test results

The curative effect comparison before and after the use of the treatment group and the control group is shown in table 1, and the total effective rate of the facial mask for removing the wrinkles is up to 83 percent, and adverse reactions such as skin fever, flushing, edema, spasm and itching and the like are not found through the observation of the treatment group from the table 1.
