The waterproof breathable film is a novel high-molecular waterproof material, and can effectively prevent water from passing through and allow gas to pass through. The waterproof breathable film has a very wide application range, is mainly applied to the fields of buildings, electronics, chemical medical equipment, food packaging and the like, and has wide market space and vigorous demand. However, the mechanical properties of the waterproof breathable film in the market at present are very general, particularly the tensile strength and the elongation at break are poor, and the requirements of normal production and life cannot be met, so that the development of the waterproof breathable film is greatly limited.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the polypropylene calcium carbonate bentonite is prepared by taking polypropylene, calcium carbonate and bentonite as main raw materials, and adding rosin glyceride and various auxiliaries for reaction; polypropylene is a polymer obtained by addition polymerization of propylene, does not contain any hydrophilic (polar) group, and therefore has relatively good hydrophobicity; the mechanical property of the waterproof breathable film can be enhanced by taking calcium carbonate and bentonite as fillers; on one hand, the rosin glyceride improves the lubricity among all reaction components, and on the other hand, the weather resistance of the waterproof breathable film is improved; as one of creativity of the invention, a modifier is added into a reactant, the modifier is used for modifying polypropylene, and the modifier is prepared by taking 4-fluorophthalic anhydride, diethylene glycol ethyl ether and (1S, 2S) - (+) -2-amino-1- (4-nitrophenyl) -1, 3-propylene glycol as reactants and carrying out polymerization reaction at the temperature of 80-100 ℃; the modifier contains functional groups of fluorine, nitro and phenyl, so that on one hand, the mechanical properties, especially the tensile strength and the elongation at break, of the waterproof breathable film can be greatly improved, and on the other hand, the waterproof breathable performance of the waterproof breathable film can be further improved, so that the waterproof breathable film has larger moisture permeability. In order to improve the dispersion uniformity of the modifier in the polypropylene, the modifier is added into the polypropylene modifier, and is a mixture of 4, 4 '-diamino-2, 2' -dinitrodiphenylmethane, dimethylmaleic anhydride and 1, 2-epoxy-4-vinyl cyclohexane, so that the modifier can be dispersed in the polypropylene more uniformly under the combined action of the substances, and the modification effect of the modifier is greatly improved.
