1. A preparation method of a tire curing bladder containing modified gutta-percha is characterized by comprising the following steps:

Background

The tyre vulcanizing capsule is a hollow thin-wall rubber product of a tyre vulcanizer and is used for filling an inner cavity of a tyre blank to be vulcanized and then introducing a heating medium to carry out shaping and vulcanizing operation by matching with the vulcanizer. Tire curing bladders are subjected to harsh operating conditions including high temperatures, substantial flexing, co-vulcanization, and migration of the curing agents from the uncured green tire. The service life of the vulcanizing bladder has great influence on the production efficiency of a tire factory, and the tire vulcanizing bladder mainly has the functions of inflating compressed air, nitrogen or hot water and the like in the tire vulcanizing process to stretch and support a tire rubber blank to form an internal pressure vulcanized tire.

At present, the main material for preparing the tire curing bladder is natural rubber, but the tire curing bladder prepared from the natural rubber has poor aging resistance and short service life.

Meanwhile, natural rubber in China mainly depends on import, and the situation of high dependence on import and continuous rise of rubber price seriously influences and restricts the safety development of rubber industry in China for a long time, develops new rubber resources and solves the problem of lack of natural rubber resources in China. However, eucommia is a unique plant in China, and more than 95% of eucommia resources are in China all around the world. Meanwhile, eucommia ulmoides is also a high-quality glue source tree species which has the widest application range and the greatest development potential in the world. The fruits, leaves, bark and roots of eucommia bark all contain abundant gutta-percha. The gutta-percha with excellent performance can be used as a rubber high-elasticity material, a low-temperature plastic material and a thermoelastic material, is widely applied to various fields of national economy such as rubber industry, aerospace, national defense, ships, chemical engineering, medical treatment, sports and the like, and has extremely wide industrial coverage.

Gutta-percha is a natural polymer material produced from eucommia trees, is an isomer with hevea rubber (natural gum), has a trans-polyisoprene structure, is more regular and is easy to crystallize, so that the insulation property is excellent. The rubber composition modified by the gutta percha has the advantages of wear resistance, tear resistance, corrosion resistance, wet skid resistance, small rolling resistance, energy conservation and the like, can partially replace natural rubber, is a good material for high-quality tires, and is an integrated material for the tires with excellent comprehensive performance prepared by blending the gutta percha and synthetic rubbers such as polybutadiene rubber and the like due to excellent wear resistance and tear resistance. However, gutta-percha is easy to crystallize, so that the gutta-percha is in a hard plastic state at room temperature and is not beneficial to processing and use.

s3, taking 5-10 parts by weight of the modified butyl rubber in the step S1, the modified natural rubber in the step S2 and the modified eucommia ulmoides rubber, 30 parts by weight of N220 carbon black, 40 parts by weight of N550 carbon black, 1 part by weight of magnesium oxide, 2.5 parts by weight of zinc oxide, 2 parts by weight of stearic acid, 1.5 parts by weight of castor oil, 1 part by weight of an anti-aging agent and 2 parts by weight of stannous chloride, putting the materials into an open mill for mixing at the mixing temperature of 90-95 ℃ for 20-30 min, and tabletting after mixing is finished to obtain a mixed rubber sheet;

s4, injection vulcanization process: placing the film obtained in the step S3 into an injection vulcanizing machine, controlling the temperature of a screw at 75-85 ℃ and controlling the pressure at 10-20 MPa; the injection vulcanization temperature is 175-205 ℃, and the vulcanization time is 20-45 min; and after vulcanization, the injection vulcanizing machine ejects the tire bladder out of the mold cavity, and the tire vulcanizing bladder is prepared.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1. the butyl rubber is modified, so that the mechanical properties such as hardness, strength and the like of the tire curing bladder are improved;

2. the natural rubber is modified, so that the aging resistance of the tire curing bladder is improved;

3. and a proper amount of modified eucommia ulmoides gum is added, so that the use amount of natural rubber is reduced, and the mechanical property and the aging resistance of the tire curing bladder are further improved.
