s500, after well flushing is completed, releasing operation is carried out, firstly, the rotatable releasing device 1 is thrown with balls, after the balls fall into the valve seat 110, the balls are pressed, the pin at the upper part of the piston 103 is cut off by pressure, the piston 103 descends to drive the outer cylinder 104 and the upper cone 106 to descend, under the extrusion action of the lower cone 107 of the upper cone 106106, two ends of the slot expansion sleeve 108 expand to be tightly attached to the inner wall of the casing pipe, and therefore the effect of hanging and supporting the lower pipe column is achieved; after the upper cone 106 descends, the open ratchet retainer ring 105 is clamped on the inverted teeth in the middle of the lower cone 107, so that the sleeve is ensured not to be loosened; then, the pressure is continuously exerted, because the pin pressure bearing of the valve seat 110 is greater than the pin pressure bearing of the piston 103, when the pressure is further increased, the pin of the valve seat 110 is sheared off, and the valve seat 110 slides downwards to be received by the lower end enclosure 112; lifting the upper pipe column, enabling the fixture block 109 and the ball to fall into the valve seat 110, separating the mandrel 101 from the lower cone 107, lifting the mandrel 101 together with the valve seat 110, the cylinder sleeve 102 and the outer cylinder 104, and clamping the lower cone 107 in the outer cylinder 104 to realize releasing and separating of the upper pipe column; and lifting out the upper pipe column, and discharging liquid; the temporary plugging pieces 303 of the temporary plugging screen pipe 3 left under the well are dissolved and the screen pipe recovers the flow capacity and the supporting function.

S600, in the later-stage well repairing process, a special fishing tool is put in to fish out the rotatable releasing device 1, then a drilling and grinding tool is put in to directly drill and grind part of elements, the safety joint 2, the temporary plugging sieve tube 3 and the flushing head 4 of the rotatable releasing device 1 left in the well, the shaft is restored again, and secondary well completion is carried out.

Further, in the releasing step in the step S500, if the upper suspension support is not needed, the upper pressure hole of the mandrel 101 may be blocked, the ball is thrown and pressed, the upper portion is not supported, so that only the lower valve seat 110 pin is sheared, and the bottom of the well is used to support the pipe string.
