Tidal current energy is one of ocean energies, referring to kinetic energy of seawater flow, mainly to relatively steady flow in ocean bottom waterways and straits and regular seawater flow due to tides. Compared with waves, the change of tidal current energy is more stable and regular, forecast can be performed in advance, and the total reserve is rich.

The tidal current energy power generation system generates power by utilizing the flow of seawater in the horizontal direction, and the current research direction mainly comprises a horizontal shaft water turbine and a vertical shaft water turbine. Compared with a vertical axis water turbine, the horizontal axis water turbine has the advantages that under the action of water flow, when tide reaches a certain flow rate, the impeller can be automatically started, and the starting flow rate is low. When the impeller runs, the control strategy of the blade generally adopts a fixed pitch or variable pitch mode, and the variable pitch blade can achieve the purposes of obtaining energy maximization and adapting to the reciprocity of tidal current at different flow speeds.

The technical solution of the present invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

The cylindrical floating bodies 110 are provided with channels 170 and stairs 180, the stairs 180 and the channels 170 can be communicated with the cylindrical floating bodies 110 and the central floating body 100 through the telescopic rods 130, the channels 170 can be used for communication operation of workers on a platform, and the stairs 180 can be communicated with workshops in the cylindrical floating bodies 110, so that the maintenance and the detection are convenient.
