1. A water leakage protector, comprising:

The water leakage protector according to claim 1, wherein the flow detection module is an ultrasonic flow detection module, the ultrasonic flow detection module includes an ultrasonic transducer, a transducer cover plate and a correlation module, a first through hole is provided on a side wall of the first detection control pipeline, the ultrasonic transducer is disposed in the first through hole, the transducer cover plate is disposed above the ultrasonic transducer and connected to the first detection control pipeline, and the correlation module is disposed in the first detection control pipeline.

The water leakage protector of claim 1, further comprising a housing, wherein a partition is disposed in the housing, a top cover is disposed on the top of the housing, a bottom cover is disposed on the bottom of the housing, a first receiving cavity is formed between the top cover and the partition, a second receiving cavity is formed between the bottom cover and the partition, the first detection control pipeline, the flow detection module, the valve module and the pressure sensing module are disposed in the second receiving cavity, and the control module is disposed in the first receiving cavity.

9. The water leakage protector of claim 8, wherein a power interface is disposed on a side wall of the housing, the power interface is provided with a waterproof and dustproof plug, and the power interface is electrically connected to the control module.

A method for detecting and protecting water leakage, which comprises using the water leakage protector of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the water leakage protector is arranged in a water system of a user, the valve module is automatically closed in a certain period, the communication between an external water supply pipeline and the water system of the user is cut off, the pressure sensing detection module detects the liquid pressure in the first detection control pipeline, and if the change of the liquid pressure in the water system of the user is detected to exceed an expected value, the water leakage in the water system of the user is judged; if the change of the liquid pressure in the water system of the user is detected not to exceed the expected value, the water system of the user is judged to be normal, and the valve module can be automatically opened.

Background

Water is an indispensable resource in daily life of people, and every family has the demand of installing a tap water pipeline, but because the installation is not firm, the service life is too long and leads to the water pipe ageing, the water pressure is too big occasionally and so on factor can lead to the water pipe to leak, more serious can the water pipe burst even. If water leakage occurs in the exposed water pipe, large-area water leakage can be caused if the water is not treated in time; if water leakage occurs in the water pipes buried underground, destructive loss is also caused to the houses of downstairs neighbors, and considerable economic loss is caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving one of the technical problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides the water leakage protector which can detect small flow water leakage in the water pipe and is beneficial to a user to find water leakage of the water pipe as soon as possible and respond to the water leakage.

The invention also provides a water leakage detection method with the water leakage protector.

A water leakage protector according to an embodiment of an aspect of the present invention includes: the first detection control pipeline is suitable for being connected with any module in the water leakage protector; the flow detection module is arranged on the first detection control pipeline and can detect the real-time water flow in the first detection control pipeline; the valve module is arranged on the first detection control pipeline and can control the on-off of water flow of the first detection control pipeline; the pressure sensing detection module is arranged on the first detection control pipeline, is positioned behind the valve module and can detect the liquid pressure in the first detection control pipeline; and the control module is electrically connected with the flow detection module, the valve module and the pressure sensing detection module.

The water leakage protector according to the embodiment of the invention has at least the following technical effects: the flow detection module, the valve module and the pressure sensing detection module are sequentially arranged on the first detection control pipeline and are electrically connected with the control system, and the flow detection module can detect the flow of water flow in the first detection control pipeline in real time to judge whether large-flow water leakage exists or not; when large-flow water leakage is detected, the valve module can close the valve so as to prevent damage caused by continuous water leakage and expansion, and a protection effect is achieved; the pressure sensing detection module can continuously detect the liquid pressure in the first detection control pipeline, and when the valve is closed and the water outlet end faucet is closed, if a small-flow water leakage condition occurs, even if the flow detection module cannot detect the small-flow water leakage condition, the pressure sensing detection module can detect that the pipeline pressure continuously drops, so that the small-flow water leakage condition is detected; the control module is used for receiving real-time water flow information and pipeline liquid pressure information sent by the flow detection module and the pressure sensing detection module to judge whether large-flow or small-flow water leakage occurs or not, so that the valve is controlled to be opened and closed.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the flow detection module is an ultrasonic flow detection module, the ultrasonic flow detection module includes an ultrasonic transducer, a transducer cover plate and a correlation module, a first through hole is disposed on a side wall of the first detection control pipeline, the ultrasonic transducer is disposed in the first through hole, the transducer cover plate is disposed above the ultrasonic transducer and connected to the first detection control pipeline, and the correlation module is disposed in the first detection control pipeline.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the valve module includes a ball valve, a ball valve transmission rod and an actuator, the ball valve is disposed in the first detection control pipeline, a second through hole is disposed on a side wall of the first detection control pipeline, the ball valve transmission rod is disposed in the second through hole, and one end of the ball valve transmission rod is connected to the ball valve, the other end of the ball valve transmission rod is connected to the actuator, and the actuator is electrically connected to the control module.
