Background

Automation and intellectualization are development trends of fire fighting equipment. The card fire interface is referred to GB 12514.3-2006 "fire interface: the third part, the cassette type fire interface and the basic parameters, are common equipment for connecting fire hoses, and are widely used for various equipment, such as fire fighting vehicles, fire fighting robots and other fire fighting equipment, due to the good performance of the equipment. When the fire-fighting operation is finished, the fire-fighting interface is generally required to be separated manually, so that time and labor are wasted, and the operation burden of fire fighters is increased. In order to further improve the automation level of various intelligent fire trucks and fire robots and improve the working efficiency and performance of fire-fighting equipment, an automatic disengaging device needs to be designed for the clamping type fire interface, and is used for completing the automatic operation of disengaging a fire hose from the fire truck or the fire robot.

The working principle is as follows: electrifying the motor 1 to enable the motor to rotate positively, driving the gear 2 to rotate by the output shaft of the motor 1, and engaging the gear 2 with the rack 5, thereby driving the rack 5 to do linear motion, further driving the sliding sleeve 6 to slide in the fixing sleeve 4 along the axial direction thereof to the direction of the clamping type female connector 11, after four clamping jaws of the sliding sleeve 6 extend out of four rectangular openings of the fixing sleeve 4, referring to the attached drawing 7, pushing the movable sleeve 12 on the pipe thread male connector 10 to slide in the direction of the clamping type female connector 11 until a clamping ring 13 on the clamping type female connector 11 is pushed open, so that the clamping ring 13 is expanded, the clamping type female connector 11 can fall off and is separated from the pipe thread male connector 10, and therefore, the function of disengaging the clamping type.

The motor 1 is reversely rotated, and the sliding sleeve 6 can be reset.
