In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-4, the locking mechanism 2 comprises a U-shaped locking plate 21, a linear locking plate 22 and a locking pin (not shown), and the U-shaped locking plate 21 and the linear locking plate 22 are correspondingly provided with a locking hole 23 and are respectively arranged on the crosspiece 11 of the two rail mechanisms 1. When the fence mechanism 1 is locked, the linear locking plate 22 is arranged in the middle of the U-shaped locking plate 21, the three locking holes 23 are on the same axis, the locking pins are inserted into the three locking holes 23, the three locking holes 23 are connected together, and the locking of the locking mechanism 2 is realized.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, the rail mechanism further comprises two bar magnets 7, wherein the bar magnets 7 are respectively arranged at the ends of the crosspiece rods 11 of the two rail mechanisms 1, and the opposite ends of the two bar magnets 7 have the same magnetic pole. That is, when the crosspiece rods 11 on both sides reach the locking position, the two ends of the two bar magnets 7 are opposite, and if the locking mechanism 2 is not locked, the crosspiece rods 11 are rotated to both sides by the mutual repulsive force of the two bar magnets 7, so that the limit switches 13 cannot sense the crosspiece rods 11. The principle that like poles of magnets repel each other is utilized, the attention of workers is improved, the workers are prevented from being scattered too late, and in order to facilitate production, the workers are not responsible for themselves and only the crosspiece rod 11 is hidden. Because, if the staff connects the crosspiece rods 11 on both sides at will, then the U-shaped locking plate 21 and the in-line locking plate 22 repel each other, under the condition that the staff does not operate, the alignment of the three locking holes 23 cannot be realized, and the limit switch 13 on at least one side cannot sense the crosspiece rods 11. Secondly, after the lock pin is inserted, the lock pin is firmly clamped in the lock hole 23 by utilizing the principle that like poles of magnets repel each other.

In the above embodiment, one of the solutions of installing the elastic mechanism 4 and the solutions of installing the bar magnets 7 on the rail bars 11 of the two side fence mechanisms 1 is selected, and of course, they may be installed at the same time.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, the vehicle bumper further comprises a vertical bumper bar 5 and a universal wheel 6, wherein the vertical bumper bar 5 is vertically fixed on the horizontal bumper bar 11, and the universal wheel 6 is arranged at the bottom of the vertical bumper bar 5. The vertical bar 5 is used to support the crosspiece 11, reduce the load of the rotation point between the crosspiece 11 and the fixed seat 12, and maintain the horizontal arrangement of the crosspiece 11. The universal wheel 6 is used for supporting and guiding the horizontal rotation of the crosspiece rod 11.

When the invention is used, as shown in fig. 1-5, a worker rotates the crosspiece rods 11 at two sides in opposite directions, so that the linear locking plate 22 at the end of the crosspiece rod 11 is placed in the U-shaped locking plate 21 (i.e. the fence mechanism 1 reaches a locking position), and the U-shaped locking plate 21 and the linear locking plate 22 are connected and fixed through the locking pin; at this time, the limit switches 13 on both sides sense the crosspiece rods 11, respectively; the signal is transmitted to the PLC, and the PLC can control the double-cone dryer 3 to start at the moment. However, if the locking of the fence mechanism 1 is released, as long as one of the limit switches 13 disappears, the PLC immediately controls the double-cone dryer 3 to be forcibly stopped, so that the safety of workers is protected.
