The sliding detection block 6 is in sliding fit with the support plate 3 through a combined bearing guide rail 15.

Two strip-shaped holes 22 in the left and right directions are formed in a fixed seat plate 21 of the upright post 2, and each strip-shaped hole 22 comprises a rectangular part in the middle and semicircular parts at two ends; the fixed seat plate 41 of the frame plate 4 is provided with two strip-shaped holes 42 in the left and right directions;

the bolt 12 passes through the long strip-shaped hole 22 of the upright post 2 to be screwed with the screw hole on the base 1, and the head of the bolt 12 is attached to the upper surface of the fixed seat plate 21;

the bolt 12 passes through the elongated hole 42 of the frame plate 4 to be screwed with the screw hole on the base 1, and the head of the bolt 12 is attached to the upper surface of the fixed seat plate 41;

as shown in fig. 2, the cylinder 5 is moved forward, and the piston rod is moved rightward in fig. 1, as indicated by the hollow arrow in fig. 1; and the slide detecting block 6 is moved linearly by the pressure spring 81 and the guide rod 81; the magnetic switch 13 judges whether the piston rod of the air cylinder finishes the stroke through a magnetic signal, and if the piston rod of the air cylinder cannot finish the whole stroke, the feedback and the alarm are given;

when the sliding detection block 6 and the bearing plate 9 extrude the product 14, the pressure spring 81 forms a certain resistance to reduce the impact force;

a base 101 opposite to the magnetic head 102; when the detection plate 10 drives the base ruler 9 to move, the magnetic head 102 reads the magnetic pole change quantity and transmits the magnetic pole change quantity to the PLC;

the detection result can be compared with the set result, if the detection value is within a reasonable range, the product is released, and if the detection value exceeds the reasonable range, the defective product is judged to be shut down or rejected.
