1. A system for maintaining a machine of an apparatus, comprising:

at least one equipment machine;

the first terminal server is in communication connection with the equipment machine table so as to acquire the running state information of the equipment machine table;

the intelligent electric meter is used for measuring the corresponding electric signal value of the equipment machine table, and the intelligent water meter is used for measuring the corresponding water signal value of the equipment machine table;

the second terminal server is in communication connection with the intelligent electric meter to acquire a corresponding electric signal value and compare the electric signal value with a corresponding electric set value, and is also in communication connection with the first terminal server to send corresponding comparison result information to the first terminal server; and

and the third terminal server is in communication connection with the intelligent water meter so as to acquire a corresponding water signal value and compare the water signal value with a corresponding water set value, and is also in communication connection with the first terminal server so as to send corresponding comparison result information to the first terminal server.

2. The system of claim 1, wherein the electrical signal values comprise at least one of voltage values, current values, and power values, and the electrical settings comprise at least one of voltage settings, current settings, and power settings.

The equipment machine maintenance system according to claim 1, wherein the electrical setting value includes a standard value and an alarm value, when the electrical signal value is greater than the standard value but less than or not greater than the alarm value, the second terminal server sends the comparison result information to the first terminal server, and when the electrical signal value is not less than or greater than the alarm value, the second terminal server sends the comparison result information to the user terminal.

A system as claimed in claim 3, wherein a first numerical comparator and a second numerical comparator are disposed in said second terminal server, two signal inputs of said first numerical comparator are respectively used for inputting said electrical signal value and said corresponding standard value, and two signal inputs of said second numerical comparator are respectively used for inputting said electrical signal value and said corresponding warning value; when the comparison result of the first numerical comparator is that the electric signal value is greater than the standard value, the first numerical comparator sends the corresponding comparison result information to the second numerical comparator to activate the second numerical comparator to compare the electric signal value with the alarm value, when the comparison result of the second numerical comparator is that the electric signal value is not greater than or less than the alarm value, the second numerical comparator sends the corresponding comparison result information to the first terminal server, and when the comparison result of the second numerical comparator is that the electric signal value is greater than or not less than the alarm value, the second numerical comparator sends the corresponding comparison result information to the user terminal.

The system of claim 1, wherein the water signal value comprises at least one of a water pressure value, a water flow value, and a water quantity value, and the water setting value comprises at least one of a water pressure setting value, a water flow setting value, and a water quantity setting value.

The maintenance system of equipment machine according to claim 5, wherein a third numerical comparator is disposed in the third terminal server, and two signal input terminals of the third numerical comparator are respectively used for inputting the water signal value and the corresponding water set value; and when the comparison result of the third numerical comparator is that the water signal value is greater than or not less than the water set value, the third numerical comparator sends the corresponding comparison result information to the first terminal server.

7. The system of claim 1, wherein the operational status information comprises operational length information and operational anomaly information of the equipment.

8. The system of claim 1, wherein the smart meter is configured to automatically scan at predetermined intervals to measure the corresponding electrical information values, and the smart meter is configured to automatically scan at predetermined intervals to measure the corresponding water information values.

9. The equipment station maintenance system of claim 8, wherein the smart meter includes a meter alarm configured to sound an alarm when the smart meter is not measuring the electrical message value on time; the intelligent water meter has a water meter alarm configured to issue an alarm when the intelligent water meter is not measuring the water information value on time.

10. The equipment table maintenance system according to claim 1, wherein the smart meter comprises a meter swipe machine, the meter swipe machine is configured to start the smart meter according to swipe information, the equipment table is further configured to send a maintenance request to the smart meter, and the smart meter locks power supply according to the maintenance request and recovers according to swipe information of the meter swipe machine.

11. A method for maintaining equipment, comprising:

acquiring a water signal value or an electric signal value of an equipment machine;

judging whether the water signal value or the electric signal value is larger than a corresponding standard value;

when the water signal value or the electric signal value is larger than the corresponding standard value, storing the real-time water signal value or the real-time electric signal value exceeding the standard value to a cloud server for storage and future reference;

and the cloud server sends the warning information to the first terminal server or the user terminal.

12. The method of claim 11, wherein the electrical signal value comprises at least one of a voltage value, a current value, and an electrical value; the water signal value includes at least one of a water pressure value, a water flow value, and a water quantity value.

13. The method as claimed in claim 11, wherein the warning message is sent to the first terminal server when the electrical signal value is greater than the standard value but less than or not greater than a warning value, and the warning message is sent to the user terminal when the electrical signal value is not less than or greater than the warning value.

14. The method of claim 11, further comprising, after sending the alert message to the first terminal server or the user terminal:

re-acquiring the water signal value or the electric signal value of the equipment machine;

judging whether the water signal value or the electric signal value is larger than a corresponding standard value;

when the water signal value or the electric signal value is not greater than the corresponding standard value, changing the warning state of the cloud server into a state without warning, when the water signal value or the electric signal value is greater than the corresponding standard value, maintaining the state of sending the warning information and comparing the state with the real-time water signal value or the real-time electric signal value which is retained by the cloud server and exceeds the standard value, and if the comparison result is different, updating the real-time water signal value or the real-time electric signal value which is retained by the cloud server and exceeds the standard value;

the cloud server sends the warning message of canceling the alarm or continuously sends the warning message of abnormal machine to the first terminal server or the user terminal according to the recorded result.

15. The method of claim 11, wherein before sending the warning message to the first end server or the user terminal, the method further comprises:

the cloud server compares the real-time water signal value or the real-time electric signal value exceeding the standard value with the real-time record in the preset time length;

if the comparison results are the same or in the same warning interval and warning information is sent within the preset time length, the cloud server does not send the warning information to the first terminal server or the user terminal, otherwise, the cloud server sends the warning information to the first terminal server or the user terminal.

16. The method of claim 11, further comprising:

judging whether the preset time length is exceeded or not and not acquiring a water signal value or an electric signal value of the equipment machine;

and if the water signal value or the electric signal value of the equipment machine is not acquired after the preset time length is exceeded, sending notification information to the user terminal or the first terminal server.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of equipment maintenance, in particular to a system and a method for maintaining equipment tables.

Background

At present, the operation condition of the equipment machine is generally observed and analyzed through data report of the equipment machine. However, in some cases, the abnormal operation condition of the equipment machine is obtained by analyzing data fed back from the equipment machine, so that the equipment machine cannot be maintained in time, the equipment machine is damaged undoubtedly, the service life of the equipment machine is affected, and the use cost is increased. For example, when a pipeline of an equipment machine needing water is broken, the operation of the machine may not stop because the water supplied from the source is large enough, but the production cost is increased, and the equipment machine is easily damaged, so that the service life of the equipment machine is affected; or, some equipment machines are in normal production in a state observed from the networked information, but the phenomenon that the machine runs unsmoothly or is hard and the available electric quantity is too high is possible, and if the machine cannot be found in time and maintained, the equipment machines are undoubtedly damaged, the service life of the equipment machines is influenced, and the use cost is increased.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a system and a method for maintaining and repairing an equipment machine, which can observe whether the operation state of the equipment machine is abnormal from other objective factors to timely maintain and repair the equipment machine, thereby avoiding damage to the equipment machine, prolonging the service life of the equipment machine, and reducing the use cost.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a system and a method for maintaining an equipment machine, which can observe whether the running state of the equipment machine is abnormal or not from other objective factors so as to maintain the equipment machine in time, avoid damage to the equipment machine, prolong the service life of the equipment machine and reduce the use cost.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a system for maintaining and repairing an equipment machine, including at least one equipment machine, a first terminal server, at least one smart meter, at least one smart water meter, a second terminal server and a third terminal server, wherein the first terminal server is in communication connection with the equipment machine to obtain the operating state information of the equipment machine; the intelligent water meter is used for measuring the water signal value of the corresponding equipment machine; the second terminal server is in communication connection with the intelligent electric meter to obtain a corresponding electric signal value and compare the electric signal value with a corresponding electric set value, and is also in communication connection with the first terminal server to send corresponding comparison result information to the first terminal server; the third terminal server is in communication connection with the intelligent water meter to obtain a corresponding water signal value and compare the water signal value with a corresponding water set value, and the third terminal server is also in communication connection with the first terminal server to send corresponding comparison result information to the first terminal server.

Preferably, the electrical signal value includes at least one of a voltage value, a current value and a power value, and the electrical setting value includes at least one of a voltage setting value, a current setting value and a power setting value.

Preferably, the electrical setting value includes a standard value and an alert value, when the electrical signal value is greater than the standard value but less than or not greater than the alert value, the second terminal server sends the corresponding comparison result information to the first terminal server, and when the electrical signal value is not less than or greater than the alert value, the second terminal server sends the corresponding comparison result information to the user terminal.

Preferably, a first numerical value comparator and a second numerical value comparator are arranged in the second terminal server, two signal input ends of the first numerical value comparator are respectively used for inputting the electric signal value and the corresponding standard value, and two signal input ends of the second numerical value comparator are respectively used for inputting the electric signal value and the corresponding warning value; when the comparison result of the first numerical comparator is that the electric signal value is greater than the standard value, the first numerical comparator sends corresponding comparison result information to the second numerical comparator to activate the second numerical comparator to compare the electric signal value with the warning value, when the comparison result of the second numerical comparator is that the electric signal value is not greater than or less than the warning value, the second numerical comparator sends the corresponding comparison result information to the first terminal server, and when the comparison result of the second numerical comparator is that the electric signal value is not greater than or less than the warning value, the second numerical comparator sends the corresponding comparison result information to the user terminal.

Preferably, the water signal value includes at least one of a water pressure value, a water flow value and a water quantity value, and the water setting value includes at least one of a water pressure setting value, a water flow setting value and a water quantity setting value.

Preferably, a third numerical comparator is arranged in the third terminal server, and two signal input ends of the third numerical comparator are respectively used for inputting a water signal value and a corresponding water set value; and when the comparison result of the third numerical comparator is that the water signal value is greater than or not less than the water set value, the third numerical comparator sends corresponding comparison result information to the first terminal server.

Preferably, the running state information includes running length information and running exception information of the device.

Preferably, the smart water meter is configured to automatically scan every preset time interval to measure the corresponding electrical information value, and the smart water meter is configured to automatically scan every preset time interval to measure the corresponding water information value.

Preferably, the smart meter comprises a meter alarm configured to give an alarm when the smart meter does not measure the electrical information value on time; the intelligent water meter has a water meter alarm configured to issue an alarm when the intelligent water meter is not measuring the water information value on time.

Preferably, the smart meter comprises a meter card swiping machine, the meter card swiping machine is configured to start the smart meter according to card swiping information, the equipment board is further configured to send maintenance requirements to the smart meter, and the smart meter locks power supply according to the maintenance requirements and recovers according to the card swiping information of the meter card swiping machine.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a method for maintaining a machine of an apparatus, including:

acquiring a water signal value or an electric signal value of an equipment machine;

judging whether the water signal value or the electric signal value is larger than a corresponding standard value;

when the water signal value or the electric signal value is larger than the corresponding standard value, storing the real-time water signal value or the real-time electric signal value exceeding the standard value to a cloud server for storage and future reference;

and the cloud server sends the warning information to the first terminal server or the user terminal.

Preferably, the electrical signal value includes at least one of a voltage value, a current value and an electric quantity value; the water signal value includes at least one of a water pressure value, a water flow value and a water quantity value.

Preferably, when the electrical signal value is greater than the standard value but less than or not greater than the warning value, the warning information is sent to the first terminal server, and when the electrical signal value is not less than or greater than the warning value, the warning information is sent to the user terminal.

Preferably, after "sending the warning message to the first terminal server or the user terminal", the method further includes:

re-acquiring a water signal value or an electric signal value of the equipment machine;

judging whether the water signal value or the electric signal value is larger than a corresponding standard value;

when the water signal value or the electric signal value is not larger than the corresponding standard value, the warning state of the cloud server is changed into a state without warning, when the water signal value or the electric signal value is larger than the corresponding standard value, the state of sending warning information is maintained and compared with the real-time water signal value or the real-time electric signal value which is reserved by the cloud server and exceeds the standard value, and if the comparison result is different, the real-time water signal value or the real-time electric signal value which is reserved by the cloud server and exceeds the standard value is updated;

the cloud server sends the warning message for canceling the alarm or continuously sends the warning message of the abnormal machine to the first terminal server or the user terminal according to the recorded result.

Preferably, before the "the cloud server sends the warning message to the first terminal server or the user terminal", the method further includes:

the cloud server compares the real-time water signal value or the real-time electric signal value exceeding the standard value with the real-time record within the preset time length;

if the comparison results are the same or in the same warning interval and the warning information is sent within the preset time length, the cloud server does not send the warning information to the first terminal server or the user terminal, otherwise, the cloud server sends the warning information to the first terminal server or the user terminal.

Preferably, the method for maintaining the equipment platform further comprises:

judging whether the preset time length is exceeded or not and not acquiring a water signal value or an electric signal value of the equipment machine;

and if the water signal value or the electric signal value of the equipment machine is not acquired after the preset time length is exceeded, sending notification information to the user terminal or the first terminal server.

Compared with the prior art, the equipment machine maintenance system measures the electric signal value of the corresponding equipment machine through the intelligent electric meter and measures the water signal value of the corresponding equipment machine through the intelligent water meter, compares the electric signal value measured by the intelligent electric meter with the corresponding electric set value through the second terminal server and sends the corresponding comparison result information to the first terminal server, compares the water signal value measured by the intelligent water meter with the corresponding water set value through the third terminal server and sends the corresponding comparison result information to the first terminal server, so that the first terminal server can judge the abnormal operation according to the feedback operation state of the equipment machine, can judge the abnormal operation according to the water consumption or electricity consumption condition of the equipment machine, and can timely maintain the equipment machine when the abnormal operation is caused by the water consumption or electricity consumption, avoid causing the damage to equipment board, promote its life, reduce use cost. In addition, the equipment machine maintenance method can push abnormal information of water consumption or electricity consumption of the equipment machine to the first terminal server or the user terminal, and further can timely maintain the equipment machine when abnormal operation is caused by water consumption or electricity consumption, so that damage to the equipment machine is avoided, the service life of the equipment machine is prolonged, and the use cost is reduced.

Detailed Description

The following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings for illustrating the contents, structural features, and objects and effects of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a system for maintaining and repairing an equipment machine, including at least one equipment machine 1, a first terminal server 2, at least one smart meter 3, at least one smart water meter 4, a second terminal server 5, and a third terminal server 6, where the first terminal server 2 is in communication connection with the equipment machine 1 to obtain running state information of the equipment machine 1; the intelligent electric meter 3 is used for measuring the electric signal value of the corresponding equipment machine table 1, and the intelligent water meter 4 is used for measuring the water signal value of the corresponding equipment machine table 1; the second terminal server 5 is in communication connection with the intelligent electric meter 3 to obtain a corresponding electric signal value and compare the electric signal value with a corresponding electric set value, and the second terminal server 5 is also in communication connection with the first terminal server 2 to send corresponding comparison result information to the first terminal server 2; the third terminal server 6 is in communication connection with the intelligent water meter 4 to obtain a corresponding water signal value and compare the water signal value with a corresponding water set value, and the third terminal server 6 is also in communication connection with the first terminal server 2 to send corresponding comparison result information to the first terminal server 2.

The equipment machine maintenance system of the invention measures the electric signal value of the corresponding equipment machine 1 through the intelligent electric meter 3 and the water signal value of the corresponding equipment machine 1 through the intelligent water meter 4, compares the electric signal value measured by the intelligent electric meter 3 with the corresponding electric set value through the second terminal server 5 and sends the corresponding comparison result information to the first terminal server 2, compares the water signal value measured by the intelligent water meter 4 with the corresponding water set value through the third terminal server 6 and sends the corresponding comparison result information to the first terminal server 2, thereby leading the first terminal server 2 to not only judge the abnormal operation according to the operation state fed back by the equipment machine 1, but also judge the abnormal operation according to the water or electricity consumption condition of the equipment machine 1, further timely maintaining the equipment machine 1 when the abnormal operation is caused by the water or electricity consumption, avoid causing the damage to equipment board 1, promote its life, reduce use cost.

In some embodiments, the electrical signal value includes at least one of a voltage value, a current value, and a power value, and the electrical setting includes at least one of a voltage setting, a current setting, and a power setting.

In some embodiments, the electrical setting value includes a standard value and an alarm value, when the electrical signal value is greater than the standard value but less than or not greater than the alarm value, the second terminal server 5 sends the corresponding comparison result information to the first terminal server 2, and when the electrical signal value is not less than or greater than the alarm value, the second terminal server 5 sends the corresponding comparison result information to the user terminal 7. Through the design, when the power consumption condition of the equipment machine 1 exceeds the warning value, a worker can receive corresponding warning information at the terminal at the first time, so that maintenance measures can be taken immediately, and when the power consumption condition of the equipment machine 1 exceeds the standard value and is still within the warning value, the worker can closely observe through returning the first terminal server 2, and then make a proper decision.

Referring to fig. 2, as a preferred embodiment, a first numerical comparator 51 and a second numerical comparator 52 are disposed in the second terminal server 5, two signal input ends of the first numerical comparator 51 are respectively used for inputting an electrical signal value and a corresponding standard value, and two signal input ends of the second numerical comparator 52 are respectively used for inputting an electrical signal value and a corresponding alarm value; when the comparison result of the first numerical comparator 51 is that the electrical signal value is greater than the standard value, the first numerical comparator 51 sends the corresponding comparison result information to the second numerical comparator 52 to activate the second numerical comparator 52 to compare the electrical signal value with the alert value, when the comparison result of the second numerical comparator 52 is that the electrical signal value is not greater than or less than the alert value, the second numerical comparator 52 sends the corresponding comparison result information to the first terminal server 2, and when the comparison result of the second numerical comparator 52 is that the electrical signal value is not greater than or less than the alert value, the second numerical comparator 52 sends the corresponding comparison result information to the user terminal. Of course, in other embodiments, it is not excluded to compare the magnitude of the electrical signal value with the warning value first, and then to compare the magnitude of the electrical signal value with the standard value according to the situation. It should be noted that the comparison method is not limited to the method of passing through the numerical comparator, and any comparison method that can be considered by those skilled in the art is within the scope of the present invention.

In some embodiments, the water signal value includes at least one of a water pressure value, a water flow value, and a water quantity value, and the water setpoint includes at least one of a water pressure setpoint, a water flow setpoint, and a water quantity setpoint.

Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, a third numerical comparator 61 is disposed in the third terminal server 6, and two signal input terminals of the third numerical comparator 61 are respectively used for inputting a water signal value and a corresponding water setting value; when the comparison result of the third numerical comparator 61 is that the water signal value is greater than or not less than the water set value, the third numerical comparator 61 sends the corresponding comparison result information to the first terminal server 2. Through the design, when the water consumption condition of the equipment machine table 1 exceeds the water set value, the first terminal server 2 can timely acquire corresponding prompt information, so that maintenance operation can be performed accordingly. Specifically, the "water set value" is an alarm value, and when the water signal value exceeds the alarm value, it means that maintenance is required.

In some embodiments, the operational state information includes device runtime long information and runtime exception information; but not limited thereto.

In some embodiments, the smart meter 3 is configured to automatically scan every preset time interval to measure the corresponding electrical information value, and the smart water meter 4 is configured to automatically scan every preset time interval to measure the corresponding water information value; specifically, the timing may be performed by a timer. For example, the scanning may be performed every 10 minutes, and different preset times may be selected according to different equipment platforms 1.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the smart meter 3 includes a meter alarm 31, and the meter alarm 31 is configured to issue an alarm when the smart meter 3 does not measure the electrical information value on time; the intelligent water meter 4 has a water meter alarm 41, and the water meter alarm 41 is configured to issue an alarm when the intelligent water meter 4 does not measure the water information value on time. By the design, faults of the intelligent electric meter 3 and the intelligent water meter 4 can be found in time to carry out targeted maintenance or replacement, and normal operation of the equipment machine maintenance system is effectively guaranteed.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the smart meter 3 includes a meter swipe machine 32, the meter swipe machine 32 is configured to start the smart meter 3 according to the swipe information, the equipment board 1 is further configured to send a maintenance request to the smart meter 3, and the smart meter 3 locks power supply according to the maintenance request and recovers according to the swipe information of the meter swipe machine 32. Through this design, effectively guaranteed the security of using.

Referring to fig. 6, the present invention also discloses a method for maintaining a machine of an apparatus, including:

101. acquiring a water signal value or an electric signal value of the equipment machine 1;

102. judging whether the water signal value or the electric signal value is larger than a corresponding standard value;

103. when the water signal value or the electric signal value is larger than the corresponding standard value, the real-time water signal value or the real-time electric signal value exceeding the standard value is stored in a cloud server (not shown) for storage and future reference;

104. the cloud server sends the warning information to the first terminal server 2 or the user terminal 7.

According to the equipment machine maintenance method, abnormal information of water consumption or electricity consumption of the equipment machine 1 can be pushed to the first terminal server 2 or the user terminal 7, and then the equipment machine 1 can be maintained in time when abnormal operation is caused by water consumption or electricity consumption, so that damage to the equipment machine 1 is avoided, the service life of the equipment machine is prolonged, and the use cost is reduced.

Specifically, in step 101, a water signal value or an electric signal value of the equipment machine 1 is obtained through the smart meter 3 or the smart water meter 4.

In some embodiments, the electrical signal value comprises at least one of a voltage value, a current value, and an electrical value; the water signal value includes at least one of a water pressure value, a water flow value and a water quantity value.

In some embodiments, the alert information is sent to the first terminal server 2 when the electrical signal value is greater than the standard value but less than or not greater than the warning value, and the alert information is sent to the user terminal 7 when the electrical signal value is not less than or greater than the warning value.

Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, after "sending the alert message to the first terminal server 2 or the user terminal 7", the method further includes:

105. acquiring the water signal value or the electric signal value of the equipment machine table 1 again;

106. judging whether the water signal value or the electric signal value is larger than a corresponding standard value;

107. when the water signal value or the electric signal value is not larger than the corresponding standard value, the warning state of the cloud server is changed into a state without warning, when the water signal value or the electric signal value is larger than the corresponding standard value, the state of sending warning information is maintained and compared with the real-time water signal value or the real-time electric signal value which is reserved by the cloud server and exceeds the standard value, and if the comparison result is different, the real-time water signal value or the real-time electric signal value which is reserved by the cloud server and exceeds the standard value is updated;

108. the cloud server sends the warning message for canceling the alarm or continuously sends the warning message for machine abnormality to the first terminal server 2 or the user terminal 7 according to the recorded result.

Through the scheme, when the corresponding index of the equipment machine 1 is recovered to be normal, the warning information for canceling the alarm is sent to the first terminal server 2 or the user terminal 7, so that the relevant personnel can know the condition that the equipment machine 1 is recovered to be normal in time, and when the corresponding index of the equipment machine 1 is still abnormal, the relevant warning information can be continuously sent to the first terminal server 2 or the user terminal 7, so that the relevant personnel can know the abnormal continuous condition of the equipment machine 1. In addition, the real-time water signal value or the real-time electric signal value which is more than the standard value and is retained by the cloud server can be updated in real time, so that subsequent comparison and other operations are facilitated.

In some embodiments, before the "the cloud server sends the alert information to the first terminal server 2 or the user terminal 7", the method further includes:

the cloud server compares the real-time water signal value or the real-time electric signal value exceeding the standard value with the real-time record within the preset time length;

if the comparison results are the same or in the same warning interval and the warning information has been sent within the preset time, the cloud server does not send the warning information to the first terminal server 2 or the user terminal 7, otherwise the cloud server sends the warning information to the first terminal server 2 or the user terminal 7.

By the scheme, the situation that the warning information is repeatedly sent to the first terminal server 2 or the user terminal 7 in a short time can be avoided, and the requirement of practical application is met.

In some embodiments, the method for maintaining the equipment platform further comprises:

judging whether the preset time length is exceeded or not and not acquiring the water signal value or the electric signal value of the equipment machine 1;

and if the water signal value or the electric signal value of the equipment machine 1 is not acquired after the preset time length is exceeded, sending notification information to the user terminal 7 or the first terminal server 2.
