When the device is used, the box body 1 can be installed at a using position, shot sand needing to be cleaned is poured from an opening at the upper end of the vertical feeding pipe 25, the shot sand is shielded and limited by the wedge-shaped plate 28 in the box body and cannot fall off, and the shot sand can slide from the feeding pipe 12 and fall into the mesh cylinder 13, so that direct feeding is facilitated, when the shot sand is collected and processed in the shot blasting process, the support ring 27 can be spread and placed at a shot blasting position, the shot sand dropping from a processed workpiece enters the support ring 27 together with dust and can directly fall into the collecting cloth cylinder 26 for collection, then the support ring 27 can be lifted and pulled upwards to a higher position, the vertical feeding pipe 25 and the feeding pipe 12 can be driven by the collecting cloth cylinder 26 to rotate by one hundred eighty degrees, so that the bottom of the vertical feeding pipe 25 rotates to the upper end position, the shot sand slides into the vertical feeding pipe 25, the adjusting screw 33 rotates from the outside, and the threaded ring 32 is connected with a thread adjusting position, and then take rectangular arc 31 and wedge 28 shift position, can communicate inlet pipe 12, the ball sand can be directly added inside mesh drum 13, it is convenient high-efficient, do benefit to supporting use in the working process, then starting motor 14 area mesh drum 13 rotates and sieves, start horizontal fan 17 simultaneously, can blow in the dust and cross 19 inside collections of filter bag, and the ball sand of separation enters into the bottom connect inside silo 22, can open at last and connect silo 22 round articulated seat 21 rotation angle, combine inside ejection of compact hang plate 23 to slide the ejection of compact, it is convenient high-efficient, do benefit to the regulation and use, guarantee the safe high efficiency of separation.
