The tapping mechanism 3 comprises a tapping frame 301, a tapping cylinder 302, a tapping movable plate 303, tapping grooves 304, tapping sliders 305, a tapping sliding plate 306, tapping clamping plates 307, waste grooves 308, hole measuring rods 309 and a tapping machine 310, wherein the tapping cylinder 302 is arranged behind the tapping frame 301, the tapping movable plate 303 is fixed at the front end of the tapping cylinder 302, the tapping grooves 304 are formed at the left end and the right end of the tapping movable plate 303, the tapping sliders 305 are installed inside the tapping grooves 304, the tapping sliding plate 306 is fixed at the bottom end of the tapping sliders 305, the tapping clamping plate 307 is installed at the front end of the tapping sliding plate 306, the waste grooves 308 are arranged at the front end of the tapping clamping plate 307, the hole measuring rods 309 are fixed at the left end of the tapping frame 301, the tapping machine 310 is installed at the right side of the hole measuring rods 309, the tapping cylinder 302 and the top of the tapping movable plate 303 are in a vertical structure, and the tapping movable plate 303 is in an arc shape, the width of tapping recess 304 equals with the diameter of tapping slider 305, and tapping slider 305 can slide in tapping recess 304, drive the vertical removal of tapping activity board 303 through tapping cylinder 302, tapping slider 305 in the tapping recess 304 that can make tapping activity board 303 both ends removes, thereby make tapping splint 307 carry out the operation that presss from both sides to the part in the pay-off recess 211, be convenient for carry out the tapping to the part, survey hole pole 309 that sets up simultaneously at tapping machine 310 left side survey, can detect earlier when tapping the part, prevent that the part of not opening the hole from entering into the below of tapping machine 310, lead to the damage of tapping machine 310.

The right side of the tapping mechanism 3 is provided with a detection mechanism 4, the left upper end of the detection mechanism 4 is fixed with a conveyor belt 401, the right end of the conveyor belt 401 is provided with a first material pushing cylinder 402 at the rear, the front end of the first material pushing cylinder 402 is fixed with a first material pushing plate 403, the front end of the first material pushing plate 403 is provided with a part limiting plate 404 at the right side, the front of the part limiting plate 404 is fixed with a material moving base 405, the left lower part inside the material moving base 405 is provided with a material moving motor 406, the right end of the material moving motor 406 is fixed with a material moving rotating shaft 407, the upper part of the material moving rotating shaft 407 is provided with a material moving limiting rod 408, the outer part of the material moving limiting rod 408 is provided with a material moving frame 409, the inner part of the material moving frame 409 is provided with a material moving gear 410, the outer part of the material moving gear 410 is provided with a material moving toothed ring 411, the outer part of the material moving toothed ring 411 is provided with a material moving rod 412, and the top end of the material moving rod 412 is fixed with a material moving clamping plate 413, a detection frame 414 is arranged at the rear of the center of the part limiting plate 404, a detection cylinder 415 is fixed above the center of the detection frame 414, a detection movable plate 416 is fixed at the bottom end of the detection cylinder 415, buffer springs 417 are arranged at two ends of the detection movable plate 416, a thread rolling detection head 418 is fixed in front of the left end of through the material moving rotating shaft 407 and the tapping clamping plate 413 outside the bottom of the material moving frame, the position of the material moving frame 409 can be controlled to move, the material moving gear 410 and the material moving toothed ring 411 in the material moving frame 409 are used for controlling the extension and contraction of the material moving clamping plate 413, so that the parts in the part limiting plate 404 are pushed to the lower part of the thread rolling detection head 418 by the material moving clamping plate 413 for detection, meanwhile, efficiency of the device, by the arrangement of the sensing cylinder 415 in the sensing frame 414, the sensing movable plate 416 can be moved up and down rapidly, so that the thread rolling detection head 418 and the tapping detection head 419 can rapidly detect the parts, meanwhile, the buffer springs 417 arranged at the two ends of the detection movable plate 416 can buffer the thread rolling detection head 418 and the tapping detection head 419 in the process of moving up and down rapidly, so that the damage caused by rapid collision of instruments is prevented.

The working principle is as follows: when the special-shaped nut processing equipment capable of detecting internal and external threads is used, firstly, the first vibration disc 101 is used for neatly feeding parts to the front of the thread rolling baffle plate 118, then the thread rolling motor 102 is started to drive the thread rolling rotary disc 103 to rotate, when the thread rolling sliding plate 105 slides to the left, the thread rolling sliding plate 105 drives the material pushing rotary plate 108 to rotate along the center through the sliding plate push rod 107, so that the material pushing plate limiting rod 109 is driven through the groove at the upper end to drive the thread rolling material pushing plate 110 to move the thread rolling material pushing plate 110, when the thread rolling material pushing plate 110 pushes materials, the thread rolling limiting plate 112 is pushed to drive the limiting rotary plate 115 so that the thread rolling baffle plate 118 moves to the right, the parts fall down and are pushed into the front of the first thread rolling plate 106 by the thread rolling material pushing plate 110, when the thread rolling sliding plate 105 slides to the right to thread the parts, the thread rolling material pushing plate 110 is retracted by the material pushing plate spring 111, and meanwhile, the limiting plate spring 114 pushes the limiting rotary plate 115 through the slide block 113, the thread rolling baffle 118 is reset to prevent the parts from falling down, thereby realizing the automatic material distribution operation, the parts after thread rolling fall into the second vibration disc 202 and then move into the feeding groove 211 on the feeding disc 210, the feeding motor 203 drives the pushing block 205 to rotate, so that the feeding rotating plate 207 intermittently rotates, and the feeding rotating plate 207 is positioned through the clamping of the movable fixed block 204 and the arc plate 208, thereby facilitating the tapping operation of the parts in the feeding groove 211, preventing the parts from shaking during tapping to reduce the tapping quality, when the parts are conveyed to the front of the tapping frame 301, the tapping air cylinder 302 drives the tapping movable plate 303 to vertically move, so that the tapping slide blocks 305 in the tapping grooves 304 at the two ends of the tapping movable plate 303 can be moved, thereby the tapping clamp plate 307 clamps the parts in the feeding groove 211, the parts are detected through the hole measuring rod 309 after clamping, the parts which are not punched are prevented from entering the lower part of the tapping machine 310 to cause the damage of the tapping machine 310, the interior of the parts is tapped by the tapping machine 310, the parts are conveyed to the front of the first material pushing plate 403 through the conveying belt 401 after tapping is finished, then the parts are pushed into the left end of the part limiting plate 404 through the first material pushing plate 403, then the material moving rotating shaft 407 is driven by the material moving motor 406 to rotate so that the material moving frame 409 can horizontally move along the material moving limiting rod 408, the stretching of the material moving clamping plate 413 is controlled through the material moving gear 410 and the material moving toothed ring 411 in the material moving frame 409, so that the parts in the left end of the part limiting plate 404 are pushed to the lower part of the thread rolling detection head 418 through the material moving clamping plate 413 to be detected, the detection movable plate 416 rapidly moves up and down through the detection cylinder 415, so that the thread rolling detection head 418 and the tapping detection head 419 rapidly detect the parts, and the buffer springs 417 are arranged at the two ends of the detection movable plate 416, the thread rolling detection head 418 and the tapping detection head 419 can be enabled to buffer in the process of rapidly moving up and down, damage caused by rapid collision of instruments is prevented, when the thread rolling detection head 418 and the tapping detection head 419 gradually detect parts, if defects are found, the parts are transferred to the front of the second material pushing plate 421 through the material transferring clamping plate 413, the defective parts are pushed into the recycling port 422 by the second material pushing plate 421 for recycling, and finished products are pushed into the discharge port 423 by the material transferring clamping plate 413, so that the working principle of the special-shaped nut processing equipment capable of detecting the internal and external threads is realized.
