The invention belongs to the technical field of generators, and particularly relates to a method for calibrating a zero initial angle of a switched reluctance generator.

Background

The position information of the rotor of the switched reluctance generator directly influences the voltage build-up and electrical performance of the generator, a position sensor is generally required to be installed to obtain the accurate position of the rotor of the generator, the rotating speed of the generator is monitored, the zero position angle of the position sensor is deviated from the zero position angle of the switched reluctance generator, and the initial phase angle of an excitation source is matched with the initial phase angle of the excitation source by determining the initial position angle of the rotor. In addition, the switched reluctance generator and the position sensor may have an initial angle shifted during installation and removal, and thus a certain method is required to measure the angle. Aiming at the defects of the technology, the invention provides a method for calibrating the initial zero angle of a switched reluctance generator. The invention utilizes the current change of the change between different phases of the switched reluctance generator to find the peak value of the current, thereby obtaining the accurate value of the initial angle of the zero position of the generator. The position sensor adopts a Hall sensor, the Hall sensor is a magnetic effect sensor, does not need to be contacted, is arranged at a position close to the switched reluctance generator, and is converted into a switched reluctance generator rotation signal through a magnetic field signal.

The invention obtains the accurate value of the initial zero-position angle of the switched reluctance generator by utilizing the current peak value relation of the switched reluctance generator winding, has the advantages of simple detection equipment and low cost, and can realize engineering. In addition, the method is simple to operate and can realize automatic calibration.
