Background

In the prior art, a heating element of a household appliance (such as an electric heating pot) generally adopts an electric heating tube, the structure of the existing electric heating tube is shown in fig. 16, a section of resistance wire 2 is arranged inside a shell 13 of the electric heating tube, two openings of the shell 13 of the electric heating tube are respectively provided with a binding post 1, the binding posts 1 at two ends are respectively connected with two ends of the resistance wire 2, insulating materials are filled between the resistance wire 2, the binding posts 1 and the inner wall of the shell 13 of the electric heating tube to play an insulating effect, when the electric heating tube is in actual use, a power supply is loaded on the two binding posts 1.

Because the shell 13 of the electric heating tube is circular, the contact area between the electric heating tube and the pan bottom is small when the electric heating tube is directly fixed at the pan bottom, so that the heat emitted by the electric heating tube cannot be directly transferred to the pan bottom, thereby causing a great deal of waste of heat. The prior art has the following solving means: the electric heating tube is characterized in that two metal plates wrapping the electric heating tube are arranged, one of the two metal plates is a flat plate, the other metal plate is provided with a plurality of grooves with the same shape as the electric heating tube, the two metal plates are attached after the electric heating tube is sequentially placed into the corresponding grooves, a heating assembly is formed by heating with a welding flux, and then the heating assembly is welded to the bottom of the household appliance. When the heating assembly is formed, a certain distance needs to be reserved between each heating pipe so that the electric heating pipe and the metal plate can be tightly pressed by a practical tool, and therefore, the electric heating pipes cannot be arranged more intensively due to the process limitation of the prior art, and the arrangement quantity of the electric heating pipes is influenced. Meanwhile, the space occupied by the electric heating tube is enlarged, the requirement on the assembly technology is higher, and certain influence is caused on the appearance of the product. In addition, because a metal plate for wrapping the electric heating tube needs to be arranged, the process is more complex particularly when the groove for placing the electric heating tube is pressed on the plate body, and the product cost is increased.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the electric heating tube overcomes the defects of the prior art, provides a high-efficiency electric heating tube which is provided with an electric heating tube outer tube and forms a plane at the side part of the electric heating tube outer tube, increases the contact area of the electric heating tube and a household appliance heating disc, enables the heated part of the household appliance to be more uniform, improves the heating efficiency, can omit a metal heat-conducting plate matched with the electric heating tube, and greatly reduces the material cost and the process cost of the household appliance.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. in the high-efficiency electric heating tube, the outer tube of the electric heating tube is arranged, and the side part of the outer tube of the electric heating tube forms a plane, so that the contact area between the electric heating tube and the household appliance heating disc is increased, and the heated part of the household appliance is heated more uniformly. Because the heating is more uniform, the heating efficiency is improved, so that manufacturers can omit a metal heat conducting plate matched with the electric heating pipe, the material cost and the process cost of the household appliance are greatly reduced, and the weight of the electric heating pot is greatly reduced.

2. Because the high-efficiency electric heating tube is adopted, the heating performance is more excellent compared with the existing electric heating cooker.

3. Because the metal plate matched with the electric heating pipe is not needed to be arranged, the arrangement quantity and the arrangement mode of the electric heating pipe at the bottom of the pan are more flexible.
