Background

The microbial agent is developed according to the soil microecology principle, the plant nutrition principle and the basic concept of modern organic agriculture. The microbial agent is a novel fertilizer biological product which leads crops to obtain required nutrients (fertilizer) through the life activities of microorganisms, and is a fertilizer in agricultural production (also called third-generation fertilizer).

The microbial agent contains efficient active beneficial microorganisms, is suitable for crops, improves the nutrient utilization rate, breaks through the inherent weaknesses of the 'specificity', 'limitation' and 'special fertilizer' of common biological fertilizers, and is incomparable with other biological fertilizers. The soil degradation agent can be suitable for various types of soil and helps to degrade pollutants in soil, water and atmosphere.

In the development of modern agriculture, microbial agents are used more and more widely, and the research on the microbial agents at the present stage is more and more focused. The microbial agent can promote the growth of crops, improve the yield, increase the number and activity of beneficial microorganisms in soil, and improve the soil fertility, water retention and disease resistance.

3) Culturing the compound microbial agent: culturing acetic acid bacteria seed liquid and pseudomonas seed liquid in a shaking table at 30 ℃ and 120r/min according to the volume ratio of 1:1, culturing fermentation liquor for 8 hours, taking 0.1ml of fermentation liquor to perform plate coating in a gradient manner in an acetic acid bacteria solid culture medium and a nutrient broth solid culture medium, and culturing for 48 hours in a 30 ℃ constant-temperature incubator; culturing the fermentation liquid for 40 h, performing plate coating on 0.1ml of fermentation liquid in a gradient manner in an acetic acid bacteria solid culture medium and a nutrient broth solid culture medium, culturing for 48h in a constant-temperature incubator at 30 ℃, and stopping fermentation for 48 h;

4) spraying or drip irrigation: and (3) spraying 500mL of the diluent of the compound microbial inoculum on each mu of land, and then planting the plants.

Preferably, in the method for improving soil fertility by using the compound microbial agent, in step 1), the acetic acid bacteria culture medium is: 10-20g of yeast extract, 10-20g of glucose, 20-30g of calcium carbonate and 1000ml of distilled water, and adjusting the pH value to 6.8.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. in the invention, the acetic acid bacteria can directly convert glucose into acetic acid when the sugar source is sufficient, or convert ethanol into acetaldehyde and then into acetic acid when the sugar source is lacking, thus being beneficial to the growth of crops.
