Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, a multifunctional surgical instrument comprises a fixed handle 1, a movable handle 2, a connecting rod 3, a pull rod 4 and a binding clip 5, wherein two ends of the connecting rod 3 are respectively connected with the fixed handle 1 and the binding clip 5, the connecting rod 3 is of a hollow structure, the pull rod 4 is partially arranged in the hollow structure of the connecting rod 3, one end of the pull rod 4 is connected with the binding clip 5 through a transmission mechanism, and the other end of the pull rod is fixedly connected with the movable handle 2. As shown in fig. 2, the fixed handle 1 is connected with the movable handle 2 through a shaft, a first limit post 6 and a second limit post 7 are arranged on the fixed handle 1, and the first limit post 6 and the second limit post 7 are respectively positioned at two sides of the movable handle 2. The first limiting column 6 and the second limiting column 7 limit the relative movement distance between the movable handle 2 and the fixed handle 1, and the tissue is prevented from being accidentally injured due to overlarge relative movement between the movable handle and the fixed handle.

A limiting mechanism 19 is arranged between the connecting rod 3 and the pull rod 4, and the limiting mechanism 19 is used for limiting the motion trail of the pull rod 4 to be linear motion.

The working process is as follows: the movable handle 2 is rotated, the movable handle 2 rotates around a shaft between the movable handle 2 and the fixed handle 1, the movable handle 2 drives the pull rod 4 to move, the pull rod 4 drives the first connecting rod 16 and the second connecting rod 17 to move, so that the first tong head 13 is driven to be close to or far away from the second tong head 14, the first tong head 13 and the second tong head 14 are opened and closed, and grabbing and shearing are performed. The front end of the improved binding clip 5 is a nipper, the rear end of the binding clip 5 is a scissors, one instrument can simultaneously realize the functions of grabbing tissues and shearing tissues, the normal use can be realized as the nipper, the thread end can be directly sheared by the rear end shearing part 9 of the binding clip 5 after the suture is finished, the tissue shearing can also be realized, compared with the existing products, one instrument can be omitted, the time for replacing the instrument can be saved, and the precious time for a patient is won
