Technical Field

The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of anesthesia medical instruments, in particular to a surgical blade.

Background

A scalpel is typically composed of a blade and a handle. The blade is usually provided with a cutting edge and a mounting groove butted with the scalpel handle, and the blade is usually made of pure titanium, titanium alloy, stainless steel or carbon steel and is generally disposable. When in dissection, the knife edge is used for cutting the skin and the muscle, the knife tip is used for repairing the blood vessel and the nerve, and the knife handle is used for blunt separation. The blade and the knife handle with proper models are selected according to the size of the wound. Because the common surgical knife has the characteristic of zero damage to tissues after cutting, the surgical knife can be applied to various operations, but the wound surface bleeding after cutting is active and the surgical knife is applied to the operations with more bleeding in a control mode.

For the tissue types needing to be cut in the operation, blades of different types are often needed, for example, for smooth tissues (skin, muscle, periosteum) and the like, a blade with a wide and smooth blade part is often used, for blood vessels, nerves, gastrointestinal tracts and heart tissues, a blade with a sharp and sharp blade part is often needed, and for cutting of connective tissues and fibrous tissues such as knee joints and the like, a sharper blade is needed, so that in some operations, an operator needs to frequently replace a scalpel to perform the operation, which causes inconvenience for the operation, and because the scalpel is repeatedly replaced, the infection risk of a patient is increased, and therefore, the invention of the surgical blade which can be suitable for various conditions is particularly important.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. The components of embodiments of the present invention generally described and illustrated in the figures herein may be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations.

Thus, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention, presented in the figures, is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

A surgical blade comprises a first blade part 1 arranged towards the front end direction of the blade, and a second blade part 2 and a third blade part 3 respectively arranged towards the upper side and the lower side of the blade, wherein the first blade part 1 comprises a first blade part 11 arranged towards the front end direction of the blade, and the first blade part 11 is arranged in a smooth curve; the second knife part 2 comprises a second blade part 21 facing the upper side direction of the blade, the second blade part 21 is arranged linearly, and the end part of the second knife part 2 is contracted to form a knife point; the third blade portion 3 includes a third blade portion 31 facing the lower side direction of the blade, and the third blade portion 31 has a crescent structure with a downward tip. With the above-described configuration, the first blade 11 can be used to cut the skin and muscle, the tissue such as blood vessels, nerves, gastrointestinal tract, and heart can be cut using the second blade 21, the second blade 21 is relatively sharp and has a straight blade, and the cutting can be performed by inverting the scalpel, which is convenient to operate, the cutting of the connective tissue and fibrous tissue such as knee joint can be performed using the third blade 31, and the difficult-to-cut tissue such as connective tissue and fibrous tissue can be cut using the barb-shaped blade.

In order to optimize the structure of the present blade and prevent the mutual influence of a plurality of blade parts during the operation, the thickness of the first blade part 1 is slightly larger than that of the second blade part 2 and the third blade part 3, the thickness of the second blade part 2 and the third blade part 3 increases from the tip to the joint with the first blade part 1, and a first transition area 12 and a second transition area 13 are respectively formed at the joint with the first blade part 1. Therefore, the situation that the rest blade parts damage the tissues of a patient during cutting and are flat and not beneficial to cutting is avoided.

Further preferably, the first transition area 12 is smoothly curved, and the second transition area 13 is located at the lower end surface of the first blade portion 1.

Further preferably, the tip of the third blade portion 3 does not exceed the extension line of the end of the first blade portion 11 close to the third blade portion 3.

Further preferably, the tip of the second blade portion 2 does not exceed the extension line of the end of the first blade portion 11 close to the second blade portion 2.

Further preferably, the first knife part 1 is provided with a connecting hole 4 for being fixedly connected with the knife handle, in a specific implementation process, the structure and the shape of the connecting hole 4 can be selected according to the structure of a specific knife handle, and the technology of the part is the prior art, so that the part is not specifically limited here.
