(2) the dust removal air suction pipe enters a corresponding dust removal tank for pre-washing and dust removal: after the dust-containing gas enters the tank body, two-stage spraying washing is adopted; the washed gas containing dust is converged into a main gas outlet pipeline through a gas outlet pipeline, and the liquid is converged into a main water outlet pipeline through a water outlet pipeline;

(5) leading out tail gas by a dust removal fan and emptying: the negative pressure of the dust removal fan is-50 to-200 Pa, the negative pressure of the air extraction points of the parallel dust removal systems is guaranteed to be-50 to-150 Pa, and the air exhaust bodies of the dust removal fan are not entrained with entrainment liquid drops.

5. Background

Soda ash is an important chemical product and is an important raw material for industries such as glass, soap, textile, papermaking and leather making. It is also used in the metallurgical industry as well as for purifying water. It can also be used for the manufacture of other sodium compounds. As early as the eighteenth century, it is combined with sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and caustic soda and is one of the basic chemical raw materials-triacid and dibasic. In daily life, soda ash also has many uses, for example, it can be directly used as detergent, and some soda can be added when steaming steamed bread, so that it can neutralize acidic material produced in the course of fermentation. As one of the most basic raw materials of daily necessities of human beings and chemical industry, the composite material plays a very important role in daily life of national economy. In the last 90 s, the soda production in China is still in a relatively early development stage. After WTO is added in China, the soda industry is rapidly developed along with the rapid development of the economy of China. At present, the soda ash production capacity of China has become the first world, and the United states and Western Europe are important production places of soda ash besides China.

In the process of material distribution, screening, cooling, transportation and packaging of finished product alkali in the production of soda ash, more or less positive pressure inside equipment causes the phenomena of flying and dissipation of material dust due to the factors of operation, sealing, structure, characteristics and the like of the equipment, so that not only is the loss of materials and the reduction of economic benefits caused, but also certain influences are caused on the normal operation of the equipment, the field environment, the sanitation of the equipment and the labor intensity of workers.

The dust treatment work in the soda industry is always a headache problem of each production enterprise, the method for removing and recovering the alkali dust is continuously changed and improved, the dust removal method from the initial dry dust removal to the subsequent wet dust removal and the dust removal method using the dry dust and the wet dust are tried, and all the dust removal methods have the advantages and disadvantages, but the common defects of all the dust removal methods are mainly the following points: 1. the dust removal pipelines adopt a series connection mode when being gathered and enter the main pipe, so that uneven negative pressure distribution is easy to occur, on one hand, the dust extraction amount of some equipment is too large, part of qualified materials are also extracted, and the material loss is large; on the other hand, the dust extraction amount of some equipment is too small, the materials are deposited and blocked at the bent turning part of the pipeline, and the dust escaping from the equipment cannot be extracted in time. 2. The wet dust removal is easy to form scabs at the contact position of dry and wet materials, the normal operation of a system is influenced, and the cleaning workload is large. 3. Because the serial connection type dust removal cannot meet the requirement of multi-point and multi-floor dust removal, the form that each single system is independently provided with a dust remover is adopted, and the problems of numerous and complicated dust removal equipment, long pipelines, complex operation, large workload and the like are caused. The problem of dust treatment in the soda industry cannot be fundamentally solved.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the technical problem, the first object of the invention is to provide a dust removing tank. As shown in fig. 2:

the dust removal tank is provided with a first washing barrel and a second washing barrel; a dust removal air suction pipeline is arranged above the first washing barrel, and an umbrella-shaped spraying device is arranged in the barrel; the second washing barrel is vertically connected with the first washing barrel, a spraying device is arranged in the second washing barrel, an air outlet pipeline is arranged above the second washing barrel, an adjusting valve capable of adjusting air suction amount is arranged on the air outlet pipeline, and an water outlet pipeline is arranged below the second washing barrel.

Wherein, the water outlet pipeline is provided with three water outlets in the second washing barrel, and the three water outlets are uniformly distributed in the flowing direction of the liquid.

The water outlet pipeline is provided with three outlets, so that no liquid is stored in the tank, no liquid is carried in the discharged gas, and the pipeline is not blocked.

The invention provides a parallel pre-treatment type two-stage wet dust removal system. As shown in fig. 1. The system specifically comprises:

two or more dust removal tanks are connected in parallel to a dust removal tower and a dust removal water tank through an air outlet pipeline and an water outlet pipeline; the gas outlet pipe line of the dust removing tower is connected with a dust removing fan; a water outlet pipeline is arranged below the dust removal tower and is connected with a dust removal water tank, and the outlet of the dust removal water tank is connected with a dust removal pump.

The third purpose of the invention is to provide a parallel pretreatment type two-stage wet dust removal method. As shown in fig. 1.

The steps are specifically expressed as follows:

(1) the dust removal air suction pipeline is connected with dust removal air suction points of different devices: the dust removing equipment is connected to a dust removing and air sucking pipeline in a sealing mode;

The dust removal air suction pipeline is connected with dust removal points of different equipment through a dust-containing gas inlet pipeline, and the dust-containing gas inlet pipeline and the dust removal air suction pipeline form an acute angle of 35-75 degrees.

The sealing form ensures that the dust does not leak to the space beyond the air extraction point. The included angle is an acute angle, so that dust is guaranteed to have no settlement and drop points and no blockage or scab is avoided.

(2) The dust removal air suction pipe enters a corresponding dust removal tank for pre-washing and dust removal: after the dust-containing gas enters the tank body, two-stage spraying washing is adopted; the washed gas containing dust is converged into a main gas outlet pipeline through a gas outlet pipeline, and the liquid is converged into a main water outlet pipeline through a water outlet pipeline;

the two-stage spray washing is umbrella-shaped spraying and 360-degree all-dimensional washing respectively, and specifically comprises umbrella-shaped spraying in a first washing barrel and 360-degree all-dimensional washing in a second washing barrel.

The umbrella-shaped spraying does not contact with a dust pipeline, and does not generate dry and wet scars; the 360-degree all-dimensional washing can fully dissolve and wash dust, and the washing effect is improved.

(3) And (3) after the air outlet pipelines of the parallel dust removal tanks are converged, the collected air outlet pipelines enter a dust removal tower for washing: the dust-containing gas entering the dust removal tower enters from the lower part of the tower, is fully washed by liquid which flows through two layers of packing sections and is in countercurrent contact with the upper part and then is exhausted, and the washed liquid is converged into a main pipe through a water outlet pipeline;

wherein the washing liquid entering the tower in the dust removing tower is washed and dedusted in two sections corresponding to two layers of fillers, and the washing liquid entering the tower has a liquid level of 20-30m3And h, ensuring that the packing section ensures proper bed liquid holdup and the tower outlet section controls good entrainment.

(4) All the dedusting effluent is converged and then enters a dedusting water tank: after all the dedusting outlet liquids are gathered and enter a dedusting water tank, according to the concentration of the dedusting liquid, when the concentration is less than or equal to 50tt, the dedusting liquid is sent to a dedusting tower and washing pipelines of all dedusting tanks again by a dedusting pump for circulation; when the concentration is more than 50tt, recycling;

(5) leading out tail gas by a dust removal fan and emptying: the negative pressure of the dust removal fan is-50 to-200 Pa, the negative pressure of the air extraction points of the parallel dust removal systems is guaranteed to be-50 to-150 Pa, and the air exhaust gas of the dust removal fan does not carry entrainment liquid drops.

The invention also provides a parallel pretreatment type two-stage wet dust removal system and application of the method, in particular to dust treatment and recovery in the manufacturing industry, especially dust treatment and recovery in the soda ash manufacturing industry.

According to the technical scheme, the invention has the advantages that:

1. the invention reasonably and effectively treats the flying and scattering phenomena of the materials in the production process of the soda by adopting the parallel wet dust removal process, thereby not only ensuring the stable operation of the equipment, but also solving the problems of alkali dust leakage and dripping, improving the environment of the operation site, recycling the alkali dust, reducing the loss of the materials and generating certain economic benefit.

The invention has stable process effect, simple and common required equipment and method, easy popularization and application, huge practical prospect, promotion effect on the development of dust treatment process in the soda ash manufacturing industry, and simultaneously is also suitable for dust treatment and recovery process with other characteristics or similar physical properties.
