1. A doctor blade angle adjustment device for a printing press, comprising:

a doctor blade mounting seat for mounting a doctor blade;

the top of the fixing frame is fixed on a doctor blade guide rod of the printing machine, and the doctor blade mounting seat is mounted at the bottom of the fixing frame and can swing around the length direction of the doctor blade;

the lifting plate is hinged with the seat body of the doctor blade mounting seat;

and the lifting plate driving mechanism is used for driving the lifting plate to lift within a preset height range so as to drive the doctor blade mounting seat to swing within a preset angle range around the length direction of the doctor blade.

The doctor blade angle adjustment device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the fixing frame, and the axis of the rotating shaft is basically parallel to the length direction of the doctor blade; the doctor blade mounting seat is fixed on the rotating shaft.

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of printing machine scraper modules, in particular to a printing machine and an angle adjusting device of a doctor blade.

Background

A screen printing machine is a machine for printing by using a screen printing plate, and belongs to a printing machine. A generally known screen printing machine is a flat screen printing machine which prints on a flat substrate using a flat screen printing plate, generally by moving the printing substrate horizontally against a screen printing plate by means of a squeegee.

In traditional scraper module, the regulation of doctor blade angle adopts rotatory hand wheel to drive the rotatory realization of doctor blade mount pad mostly, uses and inconvenient, and the precision is not high.

Disclosure of Invention

The application aims at providing a printing machine and its angle adjusting device of ink scraping blade, is convenient for to the regulation of ink scraping blade angle, and adjusts the precision height.

According to a first aspect of the present application, there is provided a doctor blade angle adjusting device of a printing press, comprising:

a doctor blade mounting seat for mounting a doctor blade;

the top of the fixing frame is fixed on a doctor blade guide rod of the printing machine, and the doctor blade mounting seat is mounted at the bottom of the fixing frame and can swing around the length direction of the doctor blade;

the lifting plate is hinged with the seat body of the doctor blade mounting seat;

and the lifting plate driving mechanism is used for driving the lifting plate to lift within a preset height range so as to drive the doctor blade mounting seat to swing within a preset angle range around the length direction of the doctor blade.

Further, the doctor blade angle adjusting device further includes: the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the fixing frame, and the axis of the rotating shaft is basically parallel to the length direction of the doctor blade; the doctor blade mounting seat is fixed on the rotating shaft.

Further, the doctor blade angle adjusting device, wherein the holder includes: the fixing plate is fixed on the doctor blade guide rod, and the two connecting lugs are respectively fixed at two ends of the fixing plate along the axial lead direction of the rotating shaft; the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged between the two connecting lugs; the lifting plate driving mechanism is fixed on the fixing plate.
