Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of office automation equipment, in particular to a paper pushing mechanism.
Background
In the existing paper automatic processing field, a stack of disordered paper is often well ordered as desired in an automatic paper ordering mode so as to facilitate subsequent file archiving. In a typical application scenario, the sorted papers are temporarily stored in different cavities, and the process of taking the papers out of the cavities into a stack requires manual intervention. Because the size of the cavity is limited, the manual paper taking method is troublesome, the workload of workers is increased, and paper is easy to bend and damage due to improper manual control. It is therefore desirable to provide a suitable mechanical structure for this scenario to enable quick and convenient paper pick-up.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the above-mentioned defects in the prior art, the present invention provides a paper pushing mechanism, which comprises a temporary storage portion, at least one push rod, a first push rod driving portion and a second push rod driving portion, wherein:
the temporary storage part comprises a plurality of temporary storage cavities, each temporary storage cavity is used for storing one or more paper documents, and a limiting through groove is formed in a temporary storage cavity shell;
the push rod is arranged in the limiting penetrating groove and extends to penetrate through the temporary storage cavity;
one end of the push rod is connected to the first push rod driving part through a first connecting piece, the other end of the push rod is connected to the second push rod driving part through a second connecting piece, and the push rod rotates angularly by taking the first connecting piece and/or the second connecting piece as a circle center;
the first push rod driving part drives the first connecting piece to move, and the second push rod driving part drives the second connecting piece to move in the same direction relative to the first connecting piece so as to drive the push rod to move along the limiting through groove.
According to one aspect of the invention, the paper pushing mechanism comprises two push rods, and the two push rods are arranged in parallel.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the first push rod driving portion of the paper pushing mechanism includes a first driving motor and a synchronous belt matched with a rotating shaft of the first driving motor, and the synchronous belt drives the first connecting member; the second push rod drive part comprises a second drive motor and a synchronous belt matched with a second drive motor rotating shaft, and the synchronous belt drives the second connecting piece.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the paper pushing mechanism further comprises a motor control module for controlling the rotation speed and the rotation stroke of the first driving motor and/or the second driving motor.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the first drive motor and the second drive motor in the paper pushing mechanism are configured to have different rotation rates.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the first drive motor and the second drive motor in the paper pushing mechanism are servo motors or stepping motors.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the first link in the paper pushing mechanism includes: the linear bearing is sleeved on the push rod; and the deep groove ball bearing is arranged in the extending direction of the axial lead of the linear bearing and is connected with the linear bearing.

The paper pushing mechanism provided by the invention pushes the paper document out of the temporary storage cavity by using the push rod, so that the paper is quickly and conveniently taken, and the paper taking efficiency is improved; in addition, the two ends of the push rod are respectively driven by the first push rod driving part and the second push rod driving part, and meanwhile, the push rod can respectively rotate in an angle relative to the first push rod driving part and the second push rod driving part, so that the length, the push time and the sequence of pushing out of a plurality of paper documents from different temporary storage cavities can be flexibly configured, and the requirements of different paper pushing scenes can be met.
