1. A washing machine is characterized by comprising

A washing tub which is a water tub when washing;

the balance ring is provided with an annular groove with a downward opening, and the upper edge of the washing barrel extends into the annular groove;

and a sealing structure wrapped on the upper edge of the washing tub and configured to prevent water from overflowing between the washing tub and the balance ring.

2. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sealing structure includes an annular sealing groove which is reversely fastened to an upper edge of the washing tub, both sidewalls of the annular sealing groove extend downward from a top end along inner and outer peripheral walls of the washing tub, respectively,

preferably, the side wall of the annular sealing groove on one side of the inner peripheral wall of the washing tub extends downwards to the bottom of the balancing ring.

3. The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the sealing structure further comprises a sealing lip which is an annular protrusion protruding from at least one sidewall surface of the annular sealing groove,

preferably, the sealing lip is arranged between the annular sealing groove side wall and the balancing ring,

more preferably, the sealing lip is disposed on a side wall of the annular sealing groove on the side of the inner peripheral wall of the washing tub.

4. A washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the seal lip extends obliquely toward a mounting direction of the balancing ring,

preferably, the sealing lip is integrally formed on the side wall of the annular sealing groove.

5. A washing machine as claimed in any of claims 1 to 4 wherein the seal is an annular seal of some deformation compressed between the wash tub and the balance ring.

6. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1 or 5 wherein the washing tub is provided at an upper edge thereof with a support portion, the sealing structure surrounding the support portion, the support portion extending into the annular recess to support the mounting of the balancing ring,

preferably, the supporting part is provided with a supporting platform, the corners of the supporting platform are in smooth transition,

preferably, the support part is a smooth support body,

more preferably, the supporting portion is formed by outwardly crimping an upper edge of the washing tub, or the supporting portion is formed by outwardly crimping an upper edge of the washing tub.

7. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1 or 5 wherein the annular groove is provided on an outer side wall of the balancing ring,

preferably, the outer side wall of the balance ring extends towards the inner periphery to form an annular top of the annular groove, the outer side wall of the balance ring at the outer end of the annular top extends towards the bottom of the balance ring to form an outer annular wall of the annular groove, and the outer side wall of the balance ring at the inner end of the annular top extends to the bottom of the balance ring to form an inner annular wall of the annular groove.

8. A washing machine as claimed in claim 7 wherein the inner annular wall projects from the outer annular wall and extends towards the bottom of the balancing ring.

9. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 further comprising a plurality of fixing portions, the balancing ring being connected to an upper edge of the washing tub by the fixing portions in a sealing and restraining manner,

preferably, the fixing part connects the balancing ring to the upper edge of the washing tub in a limited manner under the outer annular wall of the annular groove,

more preferably, the seal lip is disposed above the fixing portion.

10. The washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein the fixing part is a screw, the balancing ring is connected to an upper edge of the washing tub by a screw sealing stopper,

preferably, the side wall of the upper edge of the washing barrel, which is positioned on one side of the inner peripheral wall of the washing barrel in the sealing structure, and the inner ring wall of the balance ring are in limited connection through screw sealing.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of washing machines, and particularly relates to a washing machine.

Background

The washing machine is designed as a device for washing laundry by using electricity, and generally, the washing machine includes: a tub for holding washing water; a rotating tub rotatably installed inside the tub; a pulsator rotatably installed at the bottom of the rotary tub; a motor and a clutch configured to rotate the rotary tub and the pulsator; and the balance ring is arranged above the rotary barrel, and is used for supplementing weight when the rotary barrel rotates so as to keep balance. When the rotary tub and the pulsator are rotated in a state in which laundry and detergent are introduced into the rotary tub, the pulsator stirs wash water together with the laundry introduced into the rotary tub, thereby removing dirt from the laundry.

In order to increase the washing capacity of the washing machine, a larger rotary tub is required, i.e., the height or diameter of the rotary tub needs to be increased. If the rotary tub has a larger size, the tub accommodating the rotary tub and the cabinet accommodating the tub also need to be increased as the rotary tub is increased. The increase of the cabinet corresponding to the appearance of the washing machine is limited by the space of the area for installing the washing machine, the position for placing the washing machine in the house of a general user is limited, and the purpose of increasing the capacity of the washing tub by increasing the cabinet of the washing machine is unrealistic, for example, how to increase the capacity of the rotary tub becomes a big problem which troubles designers on the premise of not increasing the cabinet of the washing machine. The problem of dilatation has been solved in the birth of sclausura washing bucket, cancels or reduces the bucket, and rotatory bucket uses as the washing bucket that holds the washing water, disposes to sclausura washing bucket.

When the washing barrel rotates at a high speed, water in the washing barrel ascends to a water outlet arranged at the upper end along the wall of the washing barrel under the action of centrifugal force and is discharged, part of water continuously climbs to the joint of the balance ring and overflows out of the washing barrel from the joint of the balance ring, the time is long, the overflowing washing water can easily corrode the outer shell of the box body and other structures, and the short circuit of a circuit is easily caused.

Chinese utility model patent application No. 201721231925.2 discloses a washing machine, washing machine includes: a box body; a rotary tub rotatably provided in the cabinet; the balance ring is arranged at the upper end of the rotary barrel, a sealing groove is formed in the balance ring, and the upper edge of the rotary barrel is matched in the sealing groove; and the sealing element is arranged in the sealing groove and is abutted between the balance ring and the upper edge of the rotary barrel. But the sealing element is difficult to be installed in the sealing groove of the balance ring, so that the efficiency is low; in the process of installing the balance ring into the inner barrel body, the sealing element is easy to fall off from the sealing groove; the rotating barrel mouth part is not round in actual production, the size change range of the plastic balance ring is large, and the hidden trouble of leakage is caused.

The present invention has been made in view of this situation.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a washing machine.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

the object of the present invention is to provide a washing machine comprising

A washing tub which is a water tub when washing;

the balance ring is provided with an annular groove with a downward opening, and the upper edge of the washing barrel extends into the annular groove;

and a sealing structure wrapped on the upper edge of the washing tub and configured to prevent water from overflowing between the washing tub and the balance ring. Preferably, the upper end portion of the tub wall of the washing tub supports the balance ring, and the sealing structure is configured to prevent water from overflowing between the upper end portion of the tub wall of the washing tub and the balance ring.

In a further scheme, the sealing structure comprises an annular sealing groove which is reversely buckled on the upper edge of the washing barrel, two side walls of the annular sealing groove respectively extend downwards from the top end along the inner and outer peripheral walls of the washing barrel,

preferably, the side wall of the annular sealing groove on one side of the inner peripheral wall of the washing tub extends downwards to the bottom of the balancing ring.

In a further scheme, the sealing structure also comprises a sealing lip which is an annular bulge arranged on the surface of at least one side wall of the annular sealing groove,

preferably, the sealing lip is arranged between the annular sealing groove side wall and the balancing ring,

more preferably, the sealing lip is disposed on a side wall of the annular sealing groove on the side of the inner peripheral wall of the washing tub.

In a further aspect, the sealing lip extends obliquely towards the mounting direction of the balancing ring,

preferably, the sealing lip is integrally formed on the side wall of the annular sealing groove.

In a further scheme, the sealing structure is an annular sealing structure which is extruded between the washing barrel and the balance ring and has certain deformation.

In a further scheme, the inner ring wall protrudes out of the outer ring wall and extends towards the bottom of the balance ring.

In a further proposal, the washing machine also comprises a plurality of fixing parts, the balance ring is connected with the upper edge of the washing barrel through the sealing and limiting of the fixing parts,

preferably, the fixing part is used for limiting and connecting the balance ring to the upper edge of the washing barrel under the side wall of the annular sealing groove at one side of the peripheral wall of the washing barrel,

preferably, the side wall of the upper edge of the washing barrel, which is positioned on one side of the inner peripheral wall of the washing barrel in the sealing structure, and the inner ring wall of the balance ring are in limited connection through screw sealing.

In a further scheme, the washing machine further comprises a water drainage structure, the water drainage structure comprises a dehydration water channel which is arranged on the outer wall of the washing barrel, communicated with the washing barrel and used for discharging water thrown out by the washing barrel, and the water inlet end of the dehydration water channel is arranged above the washing barrel.

In a further proposal, a water inlet matched with the water inlet end is arranged on the washing barrel, the water inlet is arranged below the balance ring,

preferably, the upper edge of the water inlet is parallel to the bottom of the balancing ring,

After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the sealing structure is arranged between the washing barrel and the balance ring, so that water is prevented from overflowing out of the washing barrel from the space between the washing barrel and the balance ring, splashing and corroding the box body or other parts of the washing machine or causing short circuit of a circuit for a long time.

2. The sealing structure is wrapped on the upper edge of the washing barrel, so that the mounting is convenient and the efficiency is high; in the process of installing the balance ring on the upper edge of the washing barrel, the sealing structure is not easy to fall off from the annular groove; and because the sealing structure is wrapped on the upper edge of the washing barrel, the hidden danger of leakage caused by the non-circular opening part of the upper edge of the washing barrel and the large size range of the balance ring can be avoided.

3. The washing barrel is a nonporous washing barrel, and provides space for the expansion of the washing machine.
