(3) cooling to room temperature to obtain the high-performance environment-friendly scouring agent.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a scouring agent used in the technical field of textile printing and dyeing and a preparation method thereof, and more particularly relates to a high-performance environment-friendly scouring agent and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The scouring process is a complex chemical and physical chemical process of textiles at a certain temperature with alkali and scouring aids, and comprises the actions of penetration, emulsification, solubilization, dispersion, chelation and the like. An excellent scouring agent is required to have not only a good ability to reduce the surface tension of a solution and a good speed of penetrating into the inside of fibers, but also a saponification, emulsification, dispersion, etc. of natural impurities on the fibers.

The anionic surfactant has good alkali resistance and washing property, and the nonionic surfactant has good wettability and emulsibility, so that the scouring agent for the textile is mainly a surfactant mixture compounded by anions and non-ions at present. Although the anionic surfactant can improve the alkali resistance of the whole scouring agent, the anionic surfactant has extremely high foam, bubbles can overflow in the application process, the concentration of the working solution is low, the expected effect cannot be achieved, and if the anionic surfactant is not uniformly treated, dyeing defects can also appear in the subsequent dyeing process, so that great loss is caused to a printing and dyeing plant. At present, two common solutions are provided, namely, a silicone defoaming agent is added and used in patents CN109797551A and CN108660752A, but the compatibility of the existing defoaming agent to a scouring agent is extremely poor, floating oil appears after the defoaming agent is added, and the stability of the scouring agent is reduced; secondly, a phosphate ester surfactant with high alkali resistance and low foaming is added, such as alcohol ether phosphate added in patent CN109338720A, the eutrophication of the water body is easily caused by the high phosphorus content, and some companies have clearly shown that the phosphate ester surfactant is forbidden. In addition, due to the compatibility between surfactants and the difference of the solubility of the surfactants in water, a small molecular solvent is required to be added for solubilization in order to prepare a stable scouring agent, and potential safety hazards are generated due to volatilization and pungent odor of the solvent. The scouring agents described in patents CN109056319B, CN108978188B and CN108660752A have a certain amount of solvents such as butyl diglycol and isopropyl alcohol.

Therefore, aiming at the problems, the solvent-free high-performance scouring agent which has the properties of low foam, high alkali resistance, high permeability, high detergency, environmental protection and stability, meets the requirements of large alkali consumption, quick permeability, low foam and good detergency in the pretreatment process of textiles, can be applied to various processing modes such as continuous and discontinuous textiles and has important practical value is developed.

(3) cooling to room temperature to obtain the high-performance environment-friendly scouring agent composition.

In a more preferred embodiment, the stirring used in the above-described process steps (1) and (2) is carried out at 200 and 400 rpm.

The scouring agent prepared by the invention is easy to degrade, has good environmental protection property, low foam, high alkali resistance and high permeability, can obtain excellent whiteness and capillary effect when being applied to the pretreatment of textiles, and can improve the production efficiency and reduce the production defects.
