1. (6) coating the rope skin rope strands in the waterproof antifouling coating liquid, and then carrying out traction heat setting treatment to obtain the set rope skin rope strands coated with the second coating on the surface;

(7) pre-weaving the sizing rope sheath rope strands on an automatic pre-weaving machine, and doubling the rope strands on a bobbin of a weaving machine;

(8) and weaving the sizing rope sheath rope strands and the sizing rope core rope strands into a rope on a high-speed braiding machine to obtain the tracing rope with the rope sheath covering the rope core.

2. The tracing rope according to claim 1, wherein said core fiber is a polyamide fiber, the number of core fibers is set to 8 to 10, the fineness is set to 840D, and the first twist is set to 180 to 200 twists/m.

3. The rope according to claim 1, wherein 3 to 5 of said first-twisted strands of core fiber are subjected to a second twist, and the second twist is set to 90 to 110 twists/m.

The tracing rope according to claim 1, wherein the water-repellent coating liquid is a dispersion of a fluoroacrylate copolymer, a traction tension of the core fiber twisted strand subjected to a traction heat-setting treatment is set to 50 to 200N, and a heating temperature is set to 140 to 180 ℃.

5. The tracing rope according to claim 1, wherein said sheath fibers are polyamide fibers, the number of said sheath fibers is set to 3 to 4, the fineness thereof is set to 840D, and the twisting twist of said sheath fibers is set to 100 to 120 twists/m.

The tracing rope according to claim 1, wherein the water-repellent and antifouling coating liquid is an acrylic solution of fluorocarbon, and the traction tension is set to 5 to 20N and the heat-setting temperature is set to 100 to 120 ℃ during the traction heat-setting treatment of the rope sheath strands.

7. The tracing rope of claim 1, wherein said jacket is a plain weave 24, 32, 40 or 48 braid.

8. The tracing rope of claim 1, wherein the jacket is a twill 24, 32, 40, or 48 braid structure.

9. The rope of claim 1, wherein said core is a construction of equal numbers of parallel strands twisted in opposite directions.

10. The tracing rope of claim 1, wherein said core is of 8, 12, 16 or 24 braided construction.

Technical Field

The application belongs to the technical field of special rope, concretely relates to trace to xi rope.

Background

Tracing is a exploration activity of climbing mountain from the downstream of canyon stream to the upstream or from the upstream to the downstream, overcoming various obstacles on the terrain and poor water sources. During exploration activities, the tracing equipment plays a very important role, and the safety of personnel can be protected.

The tracing equipment comprises a tracing rope, a helmet, a diving suit, tracing shoes, leg protectors, descenders, waterproof backpacks, safety belts, iron cables and the like. The conventional tracing rope is mostly made of polypropylene fibers and polyester fibers, the product quality is poor, the aging resistance and the waterproof performance are poor, and according to the characteristics of tracing and the protection point of tracing personnel, the tracing rope is urgently needed at present, and has the advantages of small diameter, light weight, high breaking strength, low elongation, good water repellency, soft hand feeling, good wear resistance, good antifouling and dustproof performances and long service life.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve at least one of the technical problems in the prior art mentioned above, embodiments of the present application disclose a tracing rope having a sheath-core structure in which a core is covered with a sheath, wherein the core is a parallel-stranding structure or a braided structure of core strands, and a surface of the core strands is covered with a first coating; the rope leather is of a rope leather rope strand weaving structure, and a second coating is coated on the surface of the rope leather rope strand; the first coating is a waterproof coating, and the second coating is a waterproof and antifouling coating; the tracing rope is manufactured by the following method:

(1) selecting a plurality of rope core fibers, and primarily twisting to obtain a rope core fiber primarily-twisted rope strand;

(2) carrying out secondary twisting on the plurality of rope core fiber primary twisted rope strands to obtain rope core fiber secondary twisted rope strands;

(3) coating the rope core fiber re-twisted rope strands in a waterproof coating liquid, and then carrying out traction heat setting treatment to obtain the set rope core rope strands coated with a first coating on the surface;

(4) shaping rope core strands and performing spooling operation on a spooling machine to obtain a rope core yarn drum;

(5) selecting a plurality of rope sheath fibers, and twisting the rope sheath fibers into rope sheath strands;

(6) coating the rope skin rope strands in the waterproof antifouling coating liquid, and then carrying out traction heat setting treatment to obtain the set rope skin rope strands coated with the second coating on the surface;

(7) pre-weaving the sizing rope sheath rope strands on an automatic pre-weaving machine, and doubling the rope strands on a bobbin of a weaving machine;

(8) and weaving the sizing rope sheath rope strands and the sizing rope core rope strands into a rope on a high-speed braiding machine to obtain the tracing rope with the rope sheath covering the rope core.

Some embodiments disclose the tracing rope, the core fiber is polyamide fiber, the number of the core fiber is set to be 8-10, the fineness is set to be 840D, and the first twist is set to be 180-200 twist/m.

Some embodiments disclose a traceability rope, wherein 3-4 rope core fiber primary twisted strands are subjected to secondary twisting, and the secondary twisting degree is set to be 90-110 twists/m.

In some embodiments, the tracing rope is characterized in that the waterproof coating liquid is a fluorine-acrylate copolymer dispersion liquid, the traction tension of the core fiber twisted strand subjected to traction heat setting treatment is set to be 50-200N, and the heating temperature is set to be 140-180 ℃.

Some embodiments disclose the tracing rope, the sheath fiber is polyamide fiber, the number of the sheath fiber is set to be 3-5, the fineness is set to be 840D, and the twisting twist of the sheath fiber is set to be 100-120 twist/m.

In some embodiments of the tracing rope, the waterproof and antifouling coating liquid is an acrylic acid solution of fluorocarbon, and during the traction heat setting treatment of the rope sheath strands, the traction tension is set to be 5-20N, and the heat setting temperature is set to be 100-120 ℃.

Some embodiments disclose a tracing rope having a sheath of plain weave 24, 32, 40 or 48 braid construction.

Some embodiments disclose a tracing rope, the jacket of which is a twill 24, 32, 40 or 48 braid structure.

Some embodiments disclose a tracing rope, the rope core is a parallel strand structure with the same number and opposite twisting directions.

Some embodiments disclose tracing rope, the core is 8, 12, 16 or 24 braided structure.

(2) carrying out secondary twisting on the plurality of rope core fiber primary twisted rope strands to obtain rope core fiber secondary twisted rope strands; as an optional embodiment, 3-5 rope core fiber primary-twisted strands are subjected to secondary twisting, and the secondary twisting degree is set to be 90-110 twists/m;

(3) coating the rope core fiber re-twisted rope strands in a waterproof coating liquid, and then carrying out traction heat setting treatment to obtain the set rope core rope strands coated with a first coating on the surface; as an optional embodiment, the waterproof coating liquid is a fluorine-containing acrylic ester copolymer dispersion liquid, the traction tension of the rope core fiber re-twisted rope strand subjected to traction heat setting treatment is set to be 50-200N, and the heating temperature is set to be 140-180 ℃; as an optional embodiment, the waterproof coating liquid is a composition of water and PHOBOL-NB-NH, the volume ratio of the water to the PHOBOL-NB-NH is 20-40: 80-60, and the water and the PHOBOL-NB-NH are mixed and then uniformly stirred for later use;

(4) shaping rope core strands and performing spooling operation on a spooling machine to obtain a rope core yarn drum;

(5) selecting a plurality of rope sheath fibers, and twisting the rope sheath fibers into rope sheath strands; in an optional embodiment, the sheath fiber is polyamide fiber, the number of the sheath fiber is set to be 3-4, the fineness of the sheath fiber is set to be 840D, and the twisting twist of the sheath fiber is set to be 100-120 twist/m;

(6) coating the rope skin rope strands in the waterproof antifouling coating liquid, and then carrying out traction heat setting treatment to obtain the set rope skin rope strands coated with the second coating on the surface; in an optional embodiment, the waterproof and antifouling coating liquid is an acrylic acid solution of fluorocarbon, and in the traction heat setting treatment process of the rope sheath strands, the traction tension is set to be 5-20N, and the heat setting temperature is set to be 100-120 ℃. Optionally, the waterproof and antifouling coating liquid is a combination of water and ICO-REPEL, the volume ratio of the water to the ICO-REPEL is 10-30: 90-70, and the water and the REPEL are mixed and then uniformly stirred for later use;

(7) pre-weaving the sizing rope sheath rope strands on an automatic pre-weaving machine, and doubling the rope strands on a bobbin of a weaving machine;

(8) and weaving the sizing rope sheath rope strands and the sizing rope core rope strands into a rope on a high-speed braiding machine to obtain the tracing rope with the rope sheath covering the rope core.

As an alternative embodiment, the jacket of the dating rope is of plain weave 24, 32, 40 or 48 weave construction.

As an alternative embodiment, the jacket of the dating rope is a twill 24, 32, 40 or 48 weave construction.

As an alternative embodiment, the rope core of the tracing rope is in a parallel strand structure with the same number and opposite twisting directions.

As an alternative embodiment, the core of the dating rope is of 8, 12, 16 or 24 braid construction. .
