A safe stirrer comprises a main machine, a cup cover and a stirring cup, wherein the cup cover comprises a cover body, a transmission shaft arranged on the lower side surface of the cover body and a stirring knife arranged at the lower tail end of the transmission shaft; the stirring cup is characterized by further comprising a safety mechanism for enabling the main machine to be in transmission connection with the transmission shaft only when the cover body is installed on the stirring cup, and the installation mechanism is arranged between the cover body and the stirring cup.

A safety blender as claimed in claim 1, wherein the safety mechanism comprises: the blocking part is arranged on the cover bottom plate of the cover body and is provided with a first relative position where the host can not be installed on the cover body and a second relative position where the host can be installed on the cover body; a first elastic part arranged between the blocking part and the cover bottom plate; the safety bolt is provided with a limiting arm, when the blocking part is in a first relative position, the safety bolt is in a limiting position at which the limiting arm is positioned below the blocking part to limit the downward movement of the blocking part, and when the blocking part is in a second relative position, the safety bolt is in a non-limiting position at which the limiting arm and the blocking part are arranged in a staggered manner to not limit the downward movement of the blocking part; and the linkage device is arranged between the cover body and the stirring cup.

A safety mixer according to claim 2, wherein the linkage comprises a push arm provided on the safety latch, a force applying mechanism for causing the mixing cup to pass the push arm to switch the safety latch from the retaining position to the non-retaining position when the lid is mounted on the mixing cup, and a second resilient portion for causing the safety latch to be in the retaining position when the lid is not mounted on the mixing cup.

A safety mixer according to claim 3, wherein the force applying means comprises: a buckling groove arranged on the cover bottom plate, and the tail end of the pushing arm is positioned in the buckling groove; and the buckling block is used for generating acting force on the pushing arm when the cup cover is arranged on the stirring cup to enable the safety plug to be switched from the limiting position to the non-limiting position, and the buckling block is arranged at the cup opening of the stirring cup.
5. A safety mixer according to claim 2, wherein the base plate is provided with a first stop plate, and the second resilient portion is disposed between the first stop plate and the pusher arm or between the first stop plate and the stop arm.
6. A safety mixer according to claim 5, wherein the second resilient portion is a V-shaped spring, a U-shaped spring or a spring.
7. A safety mixer according to claim 2, wherein the safety latch has a collar through which the safety latch is pivotally connected to the lid base by a pivot secured to the lid base.
8. A safety mixer according to claim 2, wherein the safety catch further comprises a retaining arm, and the lid base plate is provided with a second retaining plate for retaining the retaining arm.
9. A safety mixer according to claim 2, wherein the blocking portion is cylindrical and is disposed above the drive shaft, and a through hole for exposing an upper end of the drive shaft is provided on an upper end surface of the blocking portion.
10. A safety mixer according to any one of claims 2 to 9, wherein the blocking portion is provided at its lower end with a downwardly projecting abutment arm, the abutment arm being located between the abutment arm and the lid base when the safety catch is in the abutment position.
Technical Field
The invention relates to food processing equipment, in particular to a safe stirrer.
Background
With the increasing living standard of people, more and more food processing devices are used in the market, wherein the supplementary food mixer which can meet the requirements of infants and old people is accepted by the market. The food processing device is a stirrer, and can meet different requirements of consumers, namely, the food can be smashed and mashed.
The existing stirrer generally comprises a host, a cup cover and a stirring cup, wherein the cup cover is usually detachably arranged on the host, a knife group for stirring food is arranged inside the cup cover, and the host is provided with a motor component for driving the knife group. The knife tackle on the cup cover realizes the stirring and crushing of the material object through the high-speed rotation of the motor drive of the main machine. When the food smashing machine is used, food is placed in the stirring cup, the cup cover is covered, then the main machine is assembled, and the main machine is started to smash the food. The existing stirrer is a structure that a cup cover with a cutter is directly arranged on a main machine, so that the rotation of a cutter set is not restricted by whether the cup cover is correctly arranged on a stirring cup, however, when the misoperation that the main machine is started when the stirring cup is not arranged or the cup cover and the stirring cup are not correctly arranged occurs in the use process of a user, the main machine drives the cutter set to rotate at a high speed so that the exposed cutter set is easy to cause dangers such as injury, and the like, thereby having potential safety hazards in use.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a safe stirrer, which ensures that the main machine and the stirring knife can form transmission connection only when the cup cover is arranged on the stirring cup, so as to avoid the use safety risk caused by the rotation of the stirring knife when the stirring knife is exposed.
The invention provides a safe stirrer, which comprises a host, a cup cover and a stirring cup, wherein the cup cover comprises a cover body, a transmission shaft arranged on the lower side surface of the cover body and a stirring knife arranged at the lower tail end of the transmission shaft; and the safety mechanism is used for enabling the main machine to be in transmission connection with the transmission shaft only when the cover body is arranged on the stirring cup, and the installation mechanism is arranged between the cover body and the stirring cup.
In a preferred embodiment, the safety mechanism comprises: the blocking part is arranged on the cover bottom plate of the cover body and is provided with a first relative position where the host can not be installed on the cover body and a second relative position where the host can be installed on the cover body; a first elastic part arranged between the blocking part and the cover bottom plate; the safety bolt is provided with a limiting arm, when the blocking part is in a first relative position, the safety bolt is in a limiting position at which the limiting arm is positioned below the blocking part to limit the downward movement of the blocking part, and when the blocking part is in a second relative position, the safety bolt is in a non-limiting position at which the limiting arm and the blocking part are arranged in a staggered manner to not limit the downward movement of the blocking part; and the linkage device is arranged between the cover body and the stirring cup.
In a preferred embodiment, the linkage includes a push arm disposed on the safety bar, a force applying mechanism for causing the mixing cup to switch the safety bar from the limiting position to the non-limiting position by the push arm when the cup cover is mounted on the mixing cup, and a second elastic part for causing the safety bar to be in the limiting position when the cup cover is not mounted on the mixing cup.
In a preferred embodiment, the force applying mechanism comprises: a buckling groove arranged on the cover bottom plate, and the tail end of the pushing arm is positioned in the buckling groove; and the buckling block is used for generating acting force on the pushing arm when the cup cover is arranged on the stirring cup to enable the safety plug to be switched from the limiting position to the non-limiting position, and the buckling block is arranged at the cup opening of the stirring cup.
In a preferred embodiment, the cover bottom plate is provided with a first limiting plate, and the second elastic part is arranged between the first limiting plate and the pushing arm or between the first limiting plate and the limiting arm.
In a preferred embodiment, the second elastic part is a V-shaped spring, a U-shaped spring or a spring.
In a preferred embodiment, the safety bar has a sleeve, through which the safety bar is rotatably connected to the cover base plate by means of a shaft fixed to the cover base plate.
In a preferred embodiment, the safety bolt is further provided with a retaining arm, and a second limiting plate for limiting the retaining arm is arranged on the cover bottom plate.
In a preferred embodiment, the blocking part is cylindrical and is arranged above the transmission shaft, and the upper end face of the blocking part is provided with a through hole for exposing the upper tail end of the transmission shaft.
In a preferred embodiment, the lower end of the blocking part is provided with a stop arm protruding downwards, and the stop arm is positioned between the stop arm and the cover bottom plate when the safety bolt is in the stop position.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the stirring cup is simple in integral structure, the safety structure is arranged between the cover body of the cup cover and the stirring cup, the main machine can be in transmission connection with the transmission shaft only when the cover body is installed on the stirring cup through the safety structure, the danger that people are easily injured when the stirring knife rotates when exposed is avoided, and the use safety is improved.
