vitamin C1-3%; 0.2 to 0.5 percent of sodium chloride; 7.5-10% of carbomer; foaming agent 1.0-2.5%.

s1, primary mixing of raw materials: adding deionized water into a reaction kettle, keeping the temperature of the deionized water at 35-45 ℃, sequentially adding corresponding parts by mass of camellia seed extract, ethylene glycol laurate, cationic guar gum, polyglycerol-10, polyglycerol-6 dioleate and sodium citrate into the reaction kettle, and stirring for 10-25min for emulsification to obtain an emulsion;

s2, pH value adjustment: adding a pH value regulator into the emulsion in the S1, and stirring for 5-20min to ensure that the pH value of the emulsion is 6.5-7.0;

s3, stirring in vacuum: and (4) carrying out vacuum stirring on the emulsion of the S2 for 20-25min at the stirring speed of 60-120 r/min.

s2, pH value adjustment: adding a pH value regulator into the emulsion in the S1, and stirring for 5-20min to ensure that the pH value of the emulsion is 6.5-7.0;

s3, stirring in vacuum: and (4) carrying out vacuum stirring on the emulsion of the S2 for 20-25min at the stirring speed of 60-120 r/min.

Furthermore, 1-3% of vitamin C, 0.2-0.5% of sodium chloride, 7.5-10% of carbomer and 1.0-2.5% of foaming agent are added into S3, and then vacuum stirring is carried out.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) the polyglycerol-10 and the polyglycerol-6 dioleate form a macromolecular network structure, have the moisturizing and conditioning effects on scalp and hair, and can play a role in removing dandruff and relieving itching in multiples together with the camellia seed extract, and reduce the irritation of glycol laurate; the hair conditioner has certain antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects, is beneficial to removing dandruff and relieving itching, can effectively nourish hair, and has the effect of repairing split hair tails.

2) The natural plant source is used as the main functional component, the active component of the camellia seed extract can fundamentally slow down the excessive alopecia problem, promote the scalp stratum corneum metabolism, strengthen the nutrient absorption of hair roots, consolidate the growth of the hair roots, reduce hair loss and broken hair, has obvious anti-alopecia effect, is safe and non-toxic, and enhances the anti-alopecia effect by the synergistic action of the mixture polyglycerol-10 and polyglycerol-6 dioleate under the acidic condition.
