The working principle of the embodiment of the invention is as follows:

when the filter element 3 is installed, the filter element 3 is pushed inwards the sleeve 2, the clamping inclined surface 13 on the clamping block 12 is matched with the guide inclined surface 10 on the clamping groove 17, the filter element 3 is guided to be scratched into the locking turntable 4, meanwhile, the guide inclined surface 10 is pushed, the locking turntable 4 is enabled to rotate away from the locking position, and the torsion spring always stores force in the process. When the engaging block 12 reaches the position opposite to the engaging groove 17, the guiding inclined surface 10 is separated from the engaging inclined surface 13, and the torsion spring applies a return elastic force to the locking turntable 4, so that the locking turntable 4 rotates in the direction until the engaging groove 17 is located at the position where the engaging block 12 is engaged, and the locking process is completed. When the filter element 3 is dismounted, the poking piece 6 is poked to enable the sleeve 2 to rotate, meanwhile, the locking rotary disc 4 rotates until the clamping groove 17 leaves the clamping position, the handle 15 is held to pull the filter element 3 outwards, and then the filter element 3 can be dismounted.
